Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily life nursing products, and particularly relates to a plant wet tissue and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The wet tissue is a cleaning product with high use frequency, and particularly under the condition of novel coronavirus epidemic situation, the disinfection wet tissue occupies a large part of cleaning and nursing consumer market. The disinfection wet tissue is a product which is prepared by taking purified water as production water, taking non-woven fabric, dust-free paper or other raw materials as a carrier and adding a proper amount of disinfectant and has the functions of cleaning and disinfection. Compared with common paper towels, the disinfectant wet tissue has stronger detergency and is more comfortable to use.
However, the wet tissue is in a wet state, so that microbial pollution and mildew are easily caused. Manufacturers often add certain preservatives, and the addition of the preservatives easily causes allergic reactions in children and adults, and can cause contact dermatitis when contacting with the oral mucosa of infants and the like for a long time. Secondly, in order to satisfy the disinfection function, the disinfection wet tissues on the market usually use a disinfectant containing chlorine or alcohol, which has a certain bactericidal activity but strong irritation to the human body and causes problems of dry skin, etc., and is not suitable for infants in particular. Therefore, the development of a safe and effective disinfectant wet tissue is urgently needed by consumers.

1. One complete skin irritation test
In 24h before the test, hair on both sides of the spine of the guinea pig was removed with depilatory without damaging the skin. The unhairing range is as follows: the left and right are about 3cm by 3cm, respectively. The next day, 0.5ml of the preparation liquid is directly dripped on the unhaired complete skin on one side with the area of 2.5cm multiplied by 2.5cm, and then covered by a layer of non-irritant plastic film and fixed by a non-irritant adhesive plaster. The other side had hair removed as a blank. The application was carried out for 4 hours, and after the completion of the test, the remaining preparation solution was removed with warm water. Then the local skin reactions were observed at 1h, 24h and 48h after washing the formulation, respectively.
The results show that: the skin of the tested guinea pig has no erythema or edema, and the highest integral of one-time complete skin irritation reaction is '0', which is nonirritating.
2. Test of bacteriostatic Effect
The main antibacterial agent (dandelion-lophatherum gracile aqueous extract), the synergist (lysozyme-glycine) and the preparation liquid are subjected to a comparative test of antibacterial effect, and the specific test method comprises the following steps:
the bacteria content is 1 × 105-1×106cfu/ml bacterial suspension (staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and pseudomonas aeruginosa from China general microbiological culture collection center) is evenly smeared on the surface of a culture medium for 3 times, sterile paper sheets dripped with the main antibacterial agent (dandelion-lophatherum gracile aqueous extract), the synergist (lysozyme-glycine) and the preparation solution are respectively stuck on the surface of the culture medium, 3 plates are arranged in each group, 1 negative control is carried out, the culture is carried out for 18 hours at 37 ℃, the diameter (unit: mm) of the bacteriostatic ring is measured, and the comparison results of the bacteriostatic effects of the bacteriostatic agents with different components are shown in the following table 1:
TABLE 1
Group of | Staphylococcus aureus | Escherichia coli | Pseudomonas aeruginosa |
Primary antimicrobial agents | 16.25±0.38 | 17.01±0.67 | 16.65±0.72 |
Synergist | 11.12±0.21 | 12.57±0.91 | 11.54±0.69 |
Preparation liquid | 21.08±0.73 | 23.12±0.62 | 24.43±0.81 |
The results show that: the diameters of antibacterial rings of the prepared solution, the main antibacterial agent (dandelion-lophatherum gracile aqueous extract) and the synergist (lysozyme-glycine) are all larger than 7mm, which shows that the antibacterial agents have the antibacterial effect. But the bacteriostatic effect of the compound of the main antibacterial agent and the synergist is obviously higher than that of the single main antibacterial agent and the synergist.
3. Stability test
The wet tissue is packaged and then placed in a constant temperature and humidity box (the temperature is 40 +/-2 ℃, and the humidity is 75% +/-5%) to carry out an accelerated test for 3 months, and the test result of the bacteriostasis rate is shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Bacterial strain | Bacteriostasis rate (month 0) | Bacteriostasis rate (month 3) |
Staphylococcus aureus | 99.999% | 99.999% |
Escherichia coli | 99.999% | 99.999% |
Pseudomonas aeruginosa | 99.999% | 97% |
As can be seen from Table 2, after the wet tissue provided by the invention is subjected to an accelerated test for 3 months, the bacteriostatic rate of the wet tissue on staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli is still 99.999%, and the bacteriostatic rate on pseudomonas aeruginosa is slightly reduced, but the requirement is still met.
