The biogas slurry is used as a sanitary sorting medium for the household garbage, is a product produced in biogas engineering, and is a product of anaerobic fermentation and biodegradation of organic substances of the household garbage; the biogas slurry has the effects of sanitary sorting and washing of the domestic garbage when the temperature of the biogas slurry is 50-60 ℃, and meanwhile, the biogas slurry is concentrated, the nutrients are enriched, the heavy metals are adsorbed, the zero-cost bio-organic fertilizer is produced, and the environment is sanitary; the method is characterized in that biogas slurry is sprayed on the leaching paper, the dust odor is controlled by atomizing and spraying the biogas slurry, the biogas slurry is used as sanitary sorting domestic garbage sorting liquid, and the biogas slurry has the functions of hydraulic propulsion, conveying, washing, flotation, floating, scrubbing and precipitation.
The biogas slurry is set as separation liquid in the operation process, and the separation liquid comprises biogas slurry, separation liquid, organic matter liquid, leachate, cleaning liquid and water. The domestic garbage biogas slurry-organic matter liquid production conversion recycling is common operation of biogas slurry and an operation system, and is a working system for supporting production, utilization and production feedback by carrying out preselection, sanitary separation and production conversion on the domestic garbage from the biogas slurry, decomposing and fermenting the biogas slurry repeatedly in a recycling way, carrying out sanitary concentration on the biogas slurry, and producing biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues through biological decomposition and degradation of the organic matter liquid.

In the sorting process, the sorted materials are respectively input into a sanitary sorting system for domestic garbage biogas slurry in a sorting mode, wherein firstly, the materials are shredded by a shredder and are subjected to sanitary sorting in the whole process; conveying organic solid materials with the particle size of less than or equal to 4cm to more than or equal to 1cm, inputting the organic solid materials into a solid methane tank for fermentation, and performing sanitary separation, wherein the paper material separation device is used for separating the materials, conveying the materials through a pipeline, inputting the materials into a methane residue filter tank, separating methane residues and floating benzene plate particles; thirdly, pumping, pipeline conveying and sanitary separation are carried out on the materials with the particle size less than 1cm, the leachate and the cleaning dirty liquid, wherein the paper material separation device is used for separating the materials, conveying and inputting the materials into a solid methane tank for fermentation.
In the sanitary separation process, taking a light linear flaky material subjected to pre-separation and other materials as an example, separating liquid B, pumping, conveying by a pipeline, inputting biogas liquid into a separation pool and a dirty liquid pool, heating, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃, and controlling the liquid quantity: and (4) inputting the sorting liquid B into the biogas slurry cleaning pool, wherein the input quantity is slightly larger than the output quantity, and overflowing by an overflow device. Conveying, quantity control, material distribution and separation of selected materials: firstly, in the operation process of a biogas slurry cleaning pool, the working procedures of sorting, bin separation and layered discharging are arranged; secondly, in the process of separating the stirring bin and the paper material bin, the working procedures of material fishing, conveying, screening, bin separation and pumping are arranged; and thirdly, in the process of separating the stirring bin, the paper material bin and the precipitation bin, the processes of conveying, screening, separating bin, flotation, sorting and washing are arranged.
Stirring, pulping, scrubbing, hydraulic propulsion, flotation, washing, overflowing, layering and separating processes are arranged in the separation process of the stirring bin; fifthly, in the layered discharging process, the upper layer of the separation liquid B of the stirring bin is provided with the processes of picking, conveying, screening, spraying, cleaning and winnowing to select plastic films and fabrics; sixthly, in the middle layer operation process of the separation liquid B in the stirring bin, the processes of picking, fishing, conveying, lifting, screening, rolling, shredding, pulping, spraying and cleaning are arranged, wherein, the processes of material sieving and air separation are used for selecting plastic, fabric and plant wood, and the material sieving is used for conveying paper material sorting devices; and seventhly, conveying, screening, floating, fishing, conveying, lifting, spraying, cleaning, draining, magnetic separation, tank conveying and vortex separation are carried out in the operation process of the bottom layer of the separation liquid B in the stirring bin to separate inert materials, iron, magnetic batteries, copper and aluminum.
And eighthly, in the process of sorting the paper material bin, the processes of pumping, pulping, conveying, filtering, spraying and cleaning are carried out to sort out the paper material.
Ninthly, in the process of separating operation of the precipitation bin, sand washing, precipitation, pumping, conveying, screening, spraying and cleaning procedures are carried out, and washed sand is separated.
The process of sorting in waste liquid pool at the front part of the wave front is provided with floating, pump suspension drawing, oil-water separation, temperature control and filtration processes to sort out grease.
And in the separation operation process of the biogas slurry cleaning tank and the waste liquid tank, the separation liquid B is pumped, conveyed by a pipeline, circularly operated, separated and extracted to enrich nutrients, and concentrated and produced biogas slurry is converted into organic matter liquid.
In the production and processing process, the working procedures of plastic film conveying, drying, granulating, packaging and plastic particle sanitation recovery are arranged; separating polystyrene board particles from the paper material, and producing the bobbin paper in a papermaking process; benzene board particles, washed sand and inert materials, and a brick making process for producing insulating bricks and baking-free bricks; fabric, plant wood, plate making process and plywood production.
In the biological decomposition process, biogas fermentation and sanitary separation of fermentation products are set.
Firstly, inputting organic matter liquid into a liquid methane tank for anaerobic fermentation, and the method is provided with the working procedures of temperature control, sediment, nidation, anaerobic fermentation, biodegradation, hydraulic propulsion, stirring, separated tank fermentation, layering, sedimentation, pumping and conveying.
Secondly, organic solid materials with the grain diameter less than or equal to 4cm and more than or equal to 1cm are input into a solid methane tank and are subjected to aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation in the same tank, and the process comprises the working procedures of filling, tank sealing, temperature control, forced intermittent oxygen supply, aerobic fermentation, raw methane liquid conveying, anaerobic fermentation, methane liquid pumping, forced intermittent oxygen supply, aerobic fermentation, filtrate, opening a bin, material taking and conveying.
Thirdly, the sanitary separation of the fermentation products is the sanitary separation of the produced biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, wherein, the biogas is purified and the H is removed by desulfurization2S and moisture; purifying and sorting biogas slurry and residues, adsorbing heavy metals, controlling the temperature of the biogas slurry, precipitating, filtering, and producing and utilizing; settling and separating the biogas residues, separating sanitary silt, layering and filtering to produce sanitary biogas residues.
In the production conversion process, energy conversion: burning the biogas, measuring heat energy, recycling, generating electricity by the biogas and utilizing energy; culturing and transforming: earthworm cultivation, namely cultivating earthworms by using sanitary biogas residues and biogas liquid, preparing bait for cultivating earthworms by using sanitary biogas residues, releasing moisture, and producing earthworms and earthworm cast; planting and transforming: and (3) performing stereoscopic planting, namely planting plants by using biogas slurry, biogas residues and wormcast, performing transpiration and moisture release to produce plant products.
In the production and utilization process, a biogas slurry-sorting liquid B-organic matter liquid sanitary sorting procedure is set; biogas slurry + wormcast-sorting solution A, purified air biogas slurry spraying, atomizing, adsorbing, concentrating and recovering; thirdly, drying, granulating, packaging and quality testing the biogas slurry and wormcast to produce the biological granular organic fertilizer; fourthly, concentrating, packaging and inspecting the biogas slurry and the wormcast to produce the biological liquid organic fertilizer; preparing biogas slurry and wormcast, and cleaning the liquid.
In the production feedback process, biogas slurry and energy support operation system operation under a sunlight greenhouse is set, sanitary sorting economic production of household garbage is fed back, and operation procedures of collecting greenhouse effect by electronic energy and utilizing temperature effect of biogas are set; biogas slurry concentration, water vapor sanitary release and sorting decrement process; and (4) recovering condensed water, rainwater and a cleaning liquid water source, and producing and feeding back the working procedures of the operation system.
Fourthly, setting an operation system for sanitary sorting and economic production of household garbage

The feeding device is formed by a roller device and a shovel head from top to bottom through a bracket into a whole, the roller device comprises a roller, a material shovel and a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is arranged in the roller and is connected with the roller by being driven by a motor; the upper part of the conveyor is sequentially provided with a moving knife, an electric saw and a clamping mechanism from bottom to top; a grooved wheel is arranged on the machine frame below the conveyor, the grooved wheel is connected with the shovel head in a pushing mode, a propelling device is arranged above the grooved wheel and comprises a hydraulic motor and a reduction gearbox, and the propelling device is connected with the connecting machine in a driving mode; the feeding machine is arranged in the storage bin and measures broken section feeding along the automatic continuous operation of the discharge chute, and the broken section feeding is fed to the household garbage rapid sorting machine. The discharging opening of the storage bin is provided with a grid which divides materials with the size of more than or equal to 70cm, spraying pipes are arranged on two sides of the discharging opening and connected with a biogas slurry dust removal pipeline, and biogas slurry is atomized and sprayed to control dust and peculiar smell; the bottom of the storage bin is provided with a liquid discharge groove, and the liquid discharge groove is connected with a biogas project to collect leachate.
The household garbage quick preselection system is an operation system capable of quickly preselecting and sorting household garbage to obtain single materials and processing the household garbage in a itemized manner, consists of a household garbage inlet, a row bin, a material outlet and a control console, and comprises a household garbage quick sorting machine (patent application number: 201922162773.0), a conveyor, a household garbage pickup machine, a rotary screen, a magnetic separation device and a winnowing device, wherein the processing and sorting device is provided with a shredder, a crusher, a plastic granulator and a glass bottle sorting line.
The household garbage inlet is a discharge port of a household garbage feeding machine, and is provided with a household garbage quick sorting machine A which selects heavy large blocks to be conveyed and connected with a feeding conveyor; the magnetic separation device A is arranged in a driving roller at the discharge end of the feeding conveyor and used for separating out iron blocks and iron bars which are not wrapped, and the quantity control feed hopper at one end of the domestic garbage pickup machine is arranged in front of a magnetic material bin at the rear side below the magnetic separation device A.
The domestic garbage pickup machine (patent application number: 201921061999.5) comprises a machine body, a garbage inlet, a cavity, a material outlet and a control console, wherein the domestic garbage inlet at one end of the machine body is provided with a quantity control feed hopper, the material outlet A is arranged below the quantity control feed hopper, and the material outlet B is arranged at the other end of the machine body; the side of the machine body is provided with a linear sheet material forming and processing system for the household garbage, and the upper part of the machine body is provided with a dust removal system. A fixed cutter and a reel device are arranged in the quantity control feed hopper, the reel device is connected with the row cavity, a screening conveyor is horizontally arranged in the row cavity, the screening conveyor is provided with a screen bottom, a brush device and a vibration device, materials are screened and conveyed, and the screened materials are organic solid liquid materials with the particle size of less than or equal to 4 cm; an electric saw device, a throwing disc device and a picking machine are sequentially arranged above the screening conveyor machine tool, and a conveyor a is arranged below the machine tool in parallel; the pick-up machine comprises two groups of grain pick-up devices, wherein the grain pick-up devices are provided with a conveyor b at the discharge position, and the two groups of grain pick-up devices simultaneously reversely rotate to pick up light linear sheet materials of the household garbage on the conveyor b.
A material outlet A of the domestic garbage pickup machine is provided with a drum sieve, the drum sieve sieves the domestic garbage pickup machine to obtain a material with the particle size of less than or equal to 4cm, the particle size of the material on the sieve is less than or equal to 4cm and more than or equal to 1cm, the material is conveyed to a solid biogas digester connected with a biogas project and is subjected to aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation in the tank, the particle size of the material below the sieve is less than 1cm plus leachate, a biogas slurry sanitary sorting system is conveyed by a pipeline, silt and washed sand are sorted, and other materials return to the solid biogas digester; a winnowing device is arranged at one end of the discharge end of the sieving machine at the material outlet B, a heavy material bin and a light material bin are sequentially arranged in front of the winnowing device, a conveyor c is arranged below a discharge port of the heavy material bin, the conveyor c is connected with a household garbage rapid sorting machine B, and the household garbage rapid sorting machine B is connected with a conveyor d; a conveyor e is arranged below a discharge port of the light material bin, the conveyor e is connected with a conveyor d, and the conveyor d and the conveyor b convey linear, flaky and other materials to be connected with a shredder; the shredder forms linear, flaky and other materials of the household garbage and shreds the household garbage into the materials with the diameter less than or equal to 12 cm. The shredded material biogas slurry is leached and soaked for 24h to dissolve paper to control the air dust odor for sanitary separation of the sanitary separation system of the household garbage biogas slurry. A magnetic separation device B is arranged at the discharging end of the conveyor of the household garbage pickup machine, magnetic materials in materials screened by the screening conveyor are selected by the magnetic separation device B, and a feeding hopper of a drum screen is arranged at the front side of a magnetic material bin below and behind the magnetic separation device B; a dust removal system is arranged above the machine body and is connected with a biogas slurry dust removal pipeline; a liquid discharge groove is arranged below the machine body and connected with a collecting tank, and the collecting tank is an auxiliary tank of the biogas slurry sanitary sorting system.
The quick household garbage sorting machine B is characterized in that the machine body consists of a household garbage inlet, a row cavity and a material outlet. The biogas slurry cleaning pool is composed of a household garbage inlet, a row bin and an outlet, the outlet is formed by material output and separation and is formed by discharge separation equipment, and the pool body is formed by a horizontal cuboid and is provided with heat insulation and sealing. The methane tank is composed of a plurality of groups, a solid methane tank is arranged as an organic material same-tank aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation tank group, and a liquid methane tank is arranged as an organic liquid anaerobic fermentation tank group; the biogas digester is a film type biogas digester, the sealed top of the film type biogas digester is a sealable open film top type, wherein, the solid organic material and the aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation tank are provided with a heating device, a forced oxygen supply device, a biogas slurry input and discharge device and a feeding and discharging device, the organic liquid anaerobic fermentation tank is a hydraulic type biogas digester and is provided with a heating device, a propelling device, a scum precipitation device and a fermentation bed.
One end of the organic matter liquid anaerobic fermentation methane tank is provided with a separation tank, the separation tank is a separation tank for secondary fermentation and clear liquid and sludge, a water pump is arranged in a clear liquid layer, the water pump is provided with a pipeline, the pipeline is connected with a methane liquid pre-selection tank, and the methane liquid pre-selection tank is provided with a heating device and a sedimentation device. And a heavy metal adsorption device is arranged above the biogas slurry pre-selection pool, and the heavy metal adsorption device adsorbs heavy metals in the biogas slurry in the separation liquid preparation process, wherein the heavy metals comprise lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic. Removing heavy metals from the biogas slurry, precipitating, filtering, and controlling temperature to produce a separation solution A, B, wherein wormcast is added into the separation solution A. The separation liquid is used for separating the household garbage through a household garbage separation process to produce converted organic matter liquid, and the organic matter liquid is input into a methane tank for anaerobic fermentation to produce methane, methane liquid and methane slag.
The biogas is provided with a purification device, a biogas boiler and a biogas generator set in the recycling process, and the purification device carries out desulfurization on the biogas to remove H2S gas and moisture; the biogas boiler is provided with a pipeline and a circulating pump, and the pipeline is connected with a plurality of heating devices and drying equipment; the biogas generator set burns biogas, generates electricity, and the electric power supports the equipment production and operation of the domestic garbage sanitary sorting economic production operation system.
The biogas residue is provided with a belt filter press in the recycling process, and the belt filter press is used for filter-pressing the biogas residue to separate water.
The biogas engineering is set as a pivot engineering in a sanitary sorting economic production operation system of the household garbage to produce and convert the household garbage to be hygienically sorted, and the selected organic solid material, organic matter liquid and leachate with the grain diameter of less than or equal to 4 cm-more than or equal to 1cm are obtained; the biogas engineering produces biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, and the products of the biological decomposition participate in and support the sanitary separation economic production of the household garbage.

Earthworm breeding engineering:
the domestic garbage earthworm breeding engineering is arranged in a sunlight greenhouse, earthworms are bred in the sunlight greenhouse to biologically decompose biogas residues, which are products of biogas engineering, and produce converted biogas slurry and concentrated biogas slurry to produce zero-cost biological organic fertilizer; is provided with earthworm cultivation, planting, biogas slurry concentration and facilities thereof, and a bio-organic fertilizer production line.
The configuration facilities comprise a sunlight greenhouse, an earthworm breeding facility, a biogas slurry concentration facility and a condensed water recovery facility; the configuration equipment comprises an earthworm bait feeding machine, a screening machine and a condensate water recovery device.
Earthworms are the only decomposers for sorting and decomposing domestic garbage in the nature, are nutritive and saprophytic domestic animals, live in a humid environment and eat putrefactive organic matters. In 1881, Darwen has indicated that earthworms are the most important animal group in the world evolution history, and no earthworms exist in the world and are not fertile. The earthworm breeding by the domestic garbage is the sanitary sorting of the domestic garbage, in particular to the anaerobic fermentation of biogas engineering, the produced biogas residue and biogas liquid, the earthworm breeding, the earthworm and the earthworm cast production and the production of bio-organic fertilizer.
The earthworm breeding engineering is set as an organic three-dimensional ecological production development mode, the engineering mode is a terminal for sanitary sorting economic production of household garbage, and the development of products of the earthworms into human health, environmental health and soil health is traced.

The process of biogas slurry concentration is set as follows: in the sanitary sorting economic production process of household garbage, biogas slurry-organic matter liquid are repeatedly produced, converted and recycled to be concentrated biogas slurry, the concentrated organic matter liquid is subjected to anaerobic fermentation at a terminal, and the produced high-concentration biogas slurry enters a biogas slurry concentration device and a rainwater recovery system of a sunlight greenhouse to produce zero-cost biological liquid organic fertilizer through atomization, solarization, evaporation, concentration, filtration, filling and quality inspection.
Sunlight greenhouse:
the sunlight greenhouse is a factory facility for the sanitary sorting and economic production of household garbage, is provided with sorting production equipment, collects electronic energy, recovers condensed water and concentrates biogas slurry, and is provided with a condensed water recovery device, a biogas slurry concentration device and a rainwater recovery system. The roof of the sunlight greenhouse is designed into a plurality of groups of shed type capping, the sunny part of the roof shed collects electronic energy to generate greenhouse effect, the sunny part of the roof shed collects condensed water, and the roof channel concentrates biogas slurry and recovers rainwater.
The condensed water recovery devices are arranged into A, B groups, wherein the group A is arranged on the rear wall of the sunlight sanitation, and the group B and the rainwater recovery system are integrally arranged on the roof of the sunlight greenhouse.

The sprinkling irrigation facility is provided with a pipeline which is connected with the biogas slurry pre-selection tank and used for spraying and atomizing the sorting liquid A; the interlayer roof is a double layer, the outer layer roof is a color steel veneer, the inner layer is a reflective greenhouse film, the middle is an interlayer, the bottom end is provided with a water tank, one side of the water tank is provided with an air convection hole, the water tank collects condensed water, the water tank is connected with the water tank wall of the channel into a whole, the water tank is a glass fiber reinforced plastic groove, rainwater is collected in rainy days, and biogas slurry is concentrated in sunny days; the biogas slurry concentration device is integrated with a rainwater recovery system outdoors, the biogas slurry concentration device is operated in a way of dividing, a water tank and a water diversion tank are arranged at the lighting position on the top of an indoor cross beam, the water diversion tank is provided with a pipeline, and the pipeline is used for adjusting the concentration water level of the biogas slurry and connecting a bio-organic fertilizer production line.

The sanitary separation of the household garbage is an operation system for sanitary separation and economic production of the household garbage. The working system is formed by the interaction of a sanitary domestic garbage sorting equipment system, an economic production engineering system and biogas slurry, sanitary sorting of economic domestic garbage is realized, and the problems of domestic garbage existence and pollution are solved at one time.
Sanitary sorting and economic production of the household garbage are integrated with supply and demand, and sanitary sorting, biological decomposition, production conversion and production feedback of the household garbage are carried out; setting a sorting medium: the biogas slurry is provided with a technical route for sanitary sorting economic production of the household garbage by converting and recycling the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid, a process flow and a sorting procedure thereof, and is provided with a device system for sanitary sorting of the household garbage and an engineering system for economic production in three-dimensional distribution.
The household garbage is collected in a storage bin, the household garbage is subjected to preselection separation, sectional processing and sorting by a household garbage feeding machine, a conveyor, a household garbage quick sorting machine, a household garbage pickup machine, a magnetic separation device, a winnowing device and a rotary screen of a household garbage quick preselection system, and then a plurality of single sanitary materials are selected by a household garbage biogas slurry sanitary sorting system to obtain the single sanitary materials, wherein the single sanitary materials comprise organic matter liquid, paper materials, plastic films, plastics, polystyrene board particles, fabrics, plant wood, magnetic materials, batteries, nonferrous metals, heavy metals, glass, rubber, washed sand, grease and inert materials. The single sanitary material is not only recycled hygienically, but also directly produced and processed by production equipment of an economic production engineering system, and is used for making paper, bricks and plates, a biogas engineering biological decomposition organic substance is used for producing biogas, biogas slurry, biogas residues and sanitary silt, an earthworm cultivation engineering is used for producing and converting the biogas residues and the biogas slurry, cultivating earthworms and producing biological organic fertilizer, a sunlight greenhouse is used for collecting electronic energy, concentrating the biogas slurry, producing condensed water, controlling dust and peculiar smell, planting three-dimensionally, releasing moisture hygienically and recycling rainwater.
The sanitary separation of the household garbage is the interaction of the household garbage in the sanitary separation, economic production and biogas slurry in the operation process, the production, conversion and cyclic utilization of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid, the biogas slurry temperature is controlled to be 50-60 ℃, the materials are washed and separated, the biogas slurry is sanitary, concentrated, drawn, enriched and converted into the organic matter liquid, and the organic matter liquid meets the biogas fermentation nutrient supply requirements and the requirements of different production objects. The production objects comprise separation liquid, a plurality of single sanitary materials and production products, and the produced biogas, biogas slurry, biogas residues, wormcast, condensed water and collected electrons can be produced and utilized on site, and a production feedback support operation system operates. The operation process and the operation result form a household garbage pollution fault system.
According to the above technical requirements, the adopted way to realize the technology is as follows:
firstly, designing a technical route for sanitary separation and economic production of household garbage
The technical route of sanitary sorting and economic production of the household garbage comprises a sanitary sorting and economic production integrated mode of the household garbage, an operation route of sanitary sorting and economic production of the household garbage and a pollution fault system of the household garbage.
The domestic garbage sanitary sorting and economic production integrated mode is an operation system mode of domestic garbage sanitary sorting economic production consisting of a domestic garbage sanitary sorting equipment system and an engineering system, wherein the equipment system is used for sanitary sorting and sorting domestic garbage to select a plurality of single sanitary materials and supplying production substances for the engineering system; the engineering system produces and processes, biologically decomposes, produces and converts, produces and utilizes the domestic waste, and simultaneously produces and feedbacks and supports the operation of the domestic waste operation system. The integrated mode of sanitary sorting and economic production design of the household garbage has a supply and demand dependence relationship, and the supply and demand dependence relationship and the economic production design have an effect function mutually and jointly, control the cost and reflect the benefit.
The working route of sanitary sorting and economic production of the household garbage is the working process of biogas slurry, the process of production, conversion, cyclic utilization of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid, the technical route of production, conversion and cyclic utilization of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid of the household garbage, the process flow and the sorting process; the equipment system for three-dimensionally distributing sanitary separation of the household garbage and the engineering system for economic production are arranged along the operation line.
The biogas slurry is a product produced by domestic garbage biogas engineering, the organic matter liquid is a material separated by a domestic garbage sanitary separation equipment system, the two materials are produced, converted and recycled through mutual operation of the domestic garbage sanitary separation equipment system and an economic production engineering system, a sanitary separation process and a product production process of a plurality of materials of the domestic garbage are formed, and the process forms an operation route of the sanitary separation economic production of the domestic garbage. The working process and the obtained working result formed by the economic production of sanitary sorting of the household garbage along the working line form a household garbage pollution fault system. The result is sanitary sorting of the domestic garbage, and the single sanitary material is selected: organic matter liquid, paper material, plastic film, plastic, polystyrene board particles, fabric, plant wood, magnetic materials, batteries, nonferrous metals, heavy metals, washed sand, glass, rubber, grease and inert materials; the domestic garbage is produced economically, and a plurality of sanitary products are produced: plastic particles, bricks, plates, paper, biogas slurry, biogas residues, sanitary silt, earthworms, wormcast, bio-organic fertilizer, water vapor and condensed water. The sorted materials are arranged to react with the produced products to meet the cost requirement and the environmental requirement of sanitary sorting economic production of the household garbage, so that the problems of the household garbage and pollution are solved at one time.
Step two, setting a sanitary sorting medium of the household garbage: biogas slurry
Sanitary sorting medium for household garbage: the biogas slurry is derived from biogas slurry, can be used for sanitary separation of household garbage, is derived from household garbage, and can be used for separation and production of biogas slurry. Sanitary sorting of household garbage requires a sorting medium, and the household garbage can be hygienically sorted through the interaction of the sorting medium and an operation system; the biogas slurry is used as a sorting medium, the sorting medium can realize the production, conversion and cyclic utilization of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid in the sanitary sorting economic production process of the household garbage, and also is a biogas slurry fermentation process, and the substance conversion process of the production, conversion and cyclic utilization of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid can realize the conversion of the household garbage from existence and pollution thereof into resource products.
The biogas slurry is used as a sanitary sorting medium for the household garbage, is a product produced by biological decomposition in biogas engineering, and is a product of anaerobic fermentation and biodegradation of organic substances in the household garbage; the biogas slurry has the effects of sanitary sorting and washing of the domestic garbage when the temperature of the biogas slurry is 50-60 ℃, and meanwhile, the biogas slurry is concentrated, draws enriched nutrients, adsorbs heavy metals, produces zero-cost bio-organic fertilizer and is in a sanitary environment; the method is characterized in that biogas slurry is sprayed on the leaching paper, the dust odor is controlled by atomizing and spraying the biogas slurry, and the biogas slurry is set as sanitary sorting domestic garbage sorting liquid and has the functions of propelling, conveying, washing, flotation, floating, scrubbing, filtering and precipitating.
The biogas slurry is set as separation liquid in the operation process, and the separation liquid comprises biogas slurry, separation liquid, organic matter liquid, leachate, cleaning liquid and water. The separation liquid has different characteristics in the production stage and the separation stage of the sanitary separation of the domestic garbage from the biogas slurry, and the separation liquid is arranged as follows in the component composition of the sanitary separation operation process of the domestic garbage and the biogas slurry according to the characteristics:
the biogas slurry is set as biogas slurry in the anaerobic fermentation and preselection processes, the domestic garbage sorting process and the biogas slurry spraying and atomizing process for controlling dust odor in the biogas slurry cleaning pool and the waste liquid pool, and the paper dissolving process of biogas slurry spraying are set as sorting liquid, and the sorting liquid is set as organic liquid in the process of inputting the biogas from the waste liquid pool into the biogas digester during the day knot or midway; the leachate of the sorted materials is set as leachate; in the cleaning process of the clean water tank, cleaning liquid is set in the process of converting water into organic liquid, and a deodorant is arranged in the cleaning liquid, wherein the main component of the deodorant is wormcast. The organic liquid comprises sewage, dirty liquid, sludge, dirty sticky matter, toxic and harmful substances, dirty oil, gums, saccharides, salts, pesticides, feces, worm eggs, microorganisms, pathogens, cellulose, protein, amino acids, heavy metals and peculiar smell.
Thirdly, setting a process flow and a sorting procedure for producing, converting and recycling the domestic garbage biogas slurry-organic matter liquid
The domestic garbage biogas slurry-organic matter liquid production conversion recycling is a working system for supporting the domestic garbage by preselecting, sorting, sanitary sorting, producing and converting the domestic garbage from the biogas slurry into the organic matter liquid, repeatedly recycling, decomposing and fermenting the biogas slurry, hygienically concentrating the biogas slurry, biologically decomposing and degrading the organic matter liquid to produce biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, producing, utilizing and producing feedback.
1. Process flow for producing, converting and recycling biogas slurry-organic matter liquid
Storing the original ecological household garbage in a storage bin, sealing the storage bin, sorting the storage bin, dividing the materials with the grain diameter of more than or equal to 70cm by a grid, and inputting the household garbage from the storage bin by a household garbage feeding machine into a quick household garbage preselection system for sorting;

2. sorting process of household garbage
The sanitary sorting process of the household garbage is set by the operation route and the technical route of the sanitary sorting economic production of the household garbage and the process flow requirement of the production, conversion and cyclic utilization of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid; the method comprises the sorting processes of domestic garbage collection and sorting, preselection and sorting, item processing, sorting, sanitation sorting, biological decomposition, production and processing, production conversion, production utilization and production feedback.
In the process of collecting, storing and sorting, domestic garbage discharging, collecting and storing, storing and sorting, separating materials with the size of more than or equal to 70cm by a storage bin grid, spraying the sorting liquid A of the dust removal system, controlling dust and peculiar smell, sealing the storage bin, feeding, conveying the leachate by a pipeline, recovering and sorting.
In the preselection sorting process, electric energy drive, control, operation process are equipped with domestic waste material loading machine: get, continuous material loading, broken section, transport from the storage bin, input a domestic waste quick sorter A: accuse volume, broken piece, transport and select separately, suppress, pop out the stereoplasm bold, material loading conveyer: carry, promote, the magnetic separation, select the iron plate ironbar, machine is picked up to domestic waste: the dust removal system induces air, performs negative pressure, absorbs and sprays the sorting solution A, atomizes and controls dust and peculiar smell; sorting material control amount, breaking, distributing, conveying and screening, and screening materials: conveying, screening, bag breaking, bag shaking, loosening, picking, conveying, shredding, forming materials, spraying biogas slurry and dissolving paper, wherein the particle sizes of other materials of the light linear flaky material are less than or equal to 12 cm; screening out materials: winnowing, wherein, the light materials: conveying, returning and shredding, wherein the weight material: conveying and magnetic separation are carried out, magnetic materials are selected, and the selected materials are input into a household garbage rapid sorting machine B: conveying and sorting, namely: brick and tile stone, glass bottle, shoes, plastic bottle, benzene board piece and other materials, other materials: conveying, returning and shredding; the particle size of the undersize material is less than or equal to 4 cm: vibration, screening, brushing, collection, conveying, magnetic separation and input into a drum screen: screening, wherein the particle size of the materials on the screen is less than or equal to 4cm to more than or equal to 1cm, conveying the biogas, screening out leachate with the particle size of the materials less than 1cm, collecting, conveying by a pipeline, and inputting into a collecting pool.
In the item processing process, the processed materials are input into the pulverizer in items: crushing the materials into particles with the diameter less than or equal to 2cm, cleaning and sorting the materials, and conveying cleaning liquid into a collecting pool; wherein, the brick and tile stone and the porcelain bottle are subjected to the processes of particle breaking, cleaning, conveying and brick making; glass bottles, sorting, breaking, cleaning and recovering materials; manually separating the shoe upper and the shoe sole, carrying and shredding the shoe upper, breaking the shoe sole, cleaning, packaging and recovering materials; plastic bottle, conveying, breaking, cleaning, packaging and recovering materials; benzene plate, cleaning, breaking, conveying and making bricks.
In the sorting process, the sorted materials are respectively input into a sanitary sorting system for domestic garbage biogas slurry in a sorting mode, wherein firstly, the materials are shredded by a shredder and are subjected to sanitary sorting in the whole process; conveying organic solid materials with the particle size of less than or equal to 4cm to more than or equal to 1cm, inputting the organic solid materials into a solid methane tank for fermentation, and performing sanitary separation, wherein the paper material separation device is used for separating the materials, conveying the materials through a pipeline, inputting the materials into a methane residue filter tank, separating methane residues and floating benzene plate particles; thirdly, pumping, pipeline conveying and sanitary separation are carried out on the materials with the particle size less than 1cm, the leachate and the cleaning dirty liquid, wherein the paper material separation device is used for separating the materials, conveying and inputting the materials into a solid methane tank for fermentation.
In the sanitary separation process, taking a light linear flaky material subjected to pre-separation and other materials as an example, separating liquid B, pumping, conveying by a pipeline, inputting biogas liquid into a separation pool and a dirty liquid pool, heating, controlling the temperature to be 50-60 ℃, and controlling the liquid quantity: and (4) inputting the sorting liquid B into the biogas slurry cleaning pool, wherein the input quantity is slightly larger than the output quantity, and overflowing by an overflow device. Conveying, quantity control, material distribution and separation of selected materials: firstly, in the operation process of a biogas slurry cleaning pool, the working procedures of sorting, bin separation and layered discharging are arranged; secondly, in the process of separating the stirring bin and the paper material bin, the working procedures of material fishing, conveying, screening, bin separation and pumping are arranged; thirdly, in the process of separating the stirring bin, the paper material bin and the precipitation bin, the procedures of conveying, screening, separating bin, flotation, sorting and washing are arranged.
Stirring, pulping, scrubbing, hydraulic propulsion, flotation, washing, overflowing, layering and separating processes are arranged in the separation process of the stirring bin; fifthly, in the layered discharging process, the upper layer of the separation liquid B of the stirring bin is provided with the processes of picking, conveying, screening, spraying, cleaning and winnowing to select plastic films and fabrics; sixthly, in the middle layer operation process of the separation liquid B in the stirring bin, the processes of picking, fishing, conveying, lifting, screening, rolling, shredding, pulping, spraying and cleaning are arranged, wherein, the processes of material sieving and air separation are used for selecting plastic, fabric and plant wood, and the material sieving is used for conveying paper material sorting devices; and seventhly, conveying, screening, floating, fishing, conveying, lifting, spraying, cleaning, draining, magnetic separation, tank conveying and vortex separation are carried out in the operation process of the bottom layer of the separation liquid B in the stirring bin to separate inert materials, iron, magnetic batteries, copper and aluminum.
And eighthly, in the process of sorting the paper material bin, the processes of pumping, pulping, conveying, filtering, spraying and cleaning are carried out to sort out the paper material.
Ninthly, in the process of separating operation of the precipitation bin, sand washing, precipitation, pumping, conveying, screening, spraying and cleaning procedures are carried out, and washed sand is separated.
The process of sorting in waste liquid pool at the front part of the wave front is provided with floating, pump suspension drawing, oil-water separation, temperature control and filtration processes to sort out grease.
And in the separation operation process of the biogas slurry cleaning tank and the waste liquid tank, the separation liquid B is pumped, conveyed by a pipeline, circularly operated, separated and extracted to enrich nutrients, and concentrated and produced biogas slurry is converted into organic matter liquid.
In the production and processing process, the working procedures of plastic film conveying, drying, granulating, packaging and plastic particle sanitation recovery are arranged; separating polystyrene board particles from the paper material, and producing the bobbin paper in a papermaking process; benzene board particles, washed sand and inert materials, and a brick making process for producing insulating bricks and baking-free bricks; fabric, plant wood, plate making process and plywood production.
In the biological decomposition process, biogas fermentation and sanitary separation of fermentation products are set.
Firstly, inputting organic matter liquid into a liquid methane tank for anaerobic fermentation, and comprising the working procedures of temperature control, sediment, nidation, anaerobic fermentation, biodegradation, hydraulic propulsion, hydraulic stirring, separated tank fermentation, layering, sedimentation, pumping and conveying.
Secondly, organic solid materials with the grain diameter less than or equal to 4cm and more than or equal to 1cm are input into a solid methane tank and are subjected to aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation in the same tank, and the process comprises the working procedures of filling, tank sealing, temperature control, forced intermittent oxygen supply, aerobic fermentation, raw methane liquid conveying, anaerobic fermentation, methane liquid pumping, forced intermittent oxygen supply, aerobic fermentation, filtrate, opening a bin, material taking and conveying.
Thirdly, the sanitary separation of the fermentation product is the sanitary separation of the produced biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, wherein the biogas is purified and the H2S and water are removed by desulfurization; purifying and sorting biogas slurry and residues, adsorbing heavy metals, controlling the temperature of the biogas slurry, precipitating, filtering, and producing and utilizing; settling and separating the biogas residues, separating sanitary silt, layering and filtering to produce sanitary biogas residues.
In the production conversion process, energy conversion: burning the biogas, measuring heat energy, recycling, generating electricity by the biogas and utilizing energy; culturing and transforming: earthworm cultivation, namely cultivating earthworms by using sanitary biogas residues and biogas liquid, preparing bait for cultivating earthworms by using sanitary biogas residues, releasing moisture, and producing earthworms and earthworm cast; planting and transforming: and (3) performing stereoscopic planting, namely planting plants by using biogas slurry, biogas residues and wormcast, performing transpiration and moisture release to produce plant products.
In the production and utilization process, a biogas slurry-sorting liquid B-organic matter liquid sanitary sorting procedure is set; biogas slurry + wormcast-sorting solution A, purified air biogas slurry spraying, atomizing, adsorbing, concentrating and recovering; thirdly, drying, granulating, packaging and quality testing the biogas slurry and wormcast to produce the biological granular organic fertilizer; fourthly, concentrating, packaging and inspecting the biogas slurry and the wormcast to produce the biological liquid organic fertilizer; preparing biogas slurry and wormcast, and cleaning the liquid.
In the production feedback process, biogas slurry and energy support operation system operation under a sunlight greenhouse is set, sanitary sorting economic production of household garbage is fed back, and operation procedures of collecting greenhouse effect by electronic energy and utilizing temperature effect of biogas are set; biogas slurry concentration, water vapor sanitary release and sorting decrement process; and (4) recovering condensed water, rainwater and a cleaning liquid water source, and producing and feeding back the working procedures of the operation system.
Fourthly, setting an operation system for sanitary sorting and economic production of household garbage
The working system for the sanitary sorting and economic production of the household garbage consists of a sanitary sorting equipment system of the household garbage and an economic production engineering system.
1. The sanitary household garbage sorting equipment system consists of a household garbage feeding machine and a storage bin thereof, a quick household garbage preselection system and a sanitary household garbage biogas slurry sorting system.
The household garbage feeding machine and the storage bin (patent application number: 201922162772.6) thereof are characterized in that a feeding machine body consists of a garbage inlet, a row cavity and a garbage outlet, wherein the garbage inlet is provided with a feeding device; a conveyor and a rack are arranged behind the feeding device, the feeding machine is provided with a probe A, B and a console, and the console operates the feeding machine to feed; the storage bin consists of a discharge opening, a bin and a discharge chute. The feeding device is formed by a roller device and a shovel head from top to bottom through a bracket into a whole, the roller device comprises a roller, a material shovel and a driving mechanism, and the driving mechanism is arranged in the roller and is connected with the roller by being driven by a motor; the upper part of the conveyor is sequentially provided with a moving knife, an electric saw and a clamping mechanism from bottom to top; a grooved wheel is arranged on the machine frame below the conveyor, the grooved wheel is connected with the shovel head in a pushing mode, a propelling device is arranged above the grooved wheel and comprises a hydraulic motor and a reduction gearbox, and the propelling device is connected with the connecting machine in a driving mode; the feeding machine is arranged in the storage bin and measures broken section feeding along the automatic continuous operation of the discharge chute, and the broken section feeding is fed to the household garbage rapid sorting machine. The equipment system for sanitary separation of the household garbage, production equipment, biogas engineering and earthworm breeding engineering are sequentially arranged in a sunlight greenhouse against a main wind direction in a construction site, and the sanitary separation equipment system is distributed in a three-dimensional space of an economic production engineering system.
The production equipment comprises a plastic granulator, brick making, board making and paper making equipment, and is provided with the procedures of brick making, board making and paper making and a production line thereof. The plastic film of the sanitary sorted material is made into plastic granules by a plastic granulator; the paper stock is used for producing the bobbin paper by the production equipment of the papermaking process; respectively producing insulating bricks and baking-free bricks by using polystyrene board particles, washed sand and inert materials through production equipment in a brick making process; the fabric and the plant wood are used for producing the plywood by production equipment in a board making process.
The domestic garbage methane engineering is a pivotal engineering of an operation system, wherein organic matter liquid, leachate and organic solid materials with the particle size of less than or equal to 4 cm-more than or equal to 1cm of the domestic garbage are biologically decomposed and degraded, and methane, biogas slurry and biogas residues are produced, converted and produced and utilized. The anaerobic fermentation process of the biogas engineering is set as biogas medium-temperature fermentation (33-35 ℃) in daily production, and is set as biogas high-temperature fermentation (50-55 ℃) in the biogas slurry extraction process. One end of the liquid methane tank is provided with a separation tank which is a secondary fermentation tank and is also a separation tank for methane liquid, methane slag and sludge. A water pump is arranged in the separation tank, and the water pump is arranged for layering and extracting materials in the separation tank in terms; the water pump is provided with a pipeline which is connected with the biogas slurry pre-selection tank and the biogas residue filtering tank.
The biogas slurry pre-selection tank is provided with a heating device and a precipitation device. And a heavy metal adsorption device is arranged above the biogas slurry pre-selection pool, and the heavy metal adsorption device adsorbs heavy metals in the biogas slurry in the purification and separation process of the biogas slurry, wherein the heavy metals comprise lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic. Removing heavy metals from the biogas slurry, precipitating, filtering, and controlling the temperature to produce a sorting solution A, B and a cleaning solution. The sorting solution and the cleaning solution act on an equipment system for sanitary sorting of the household garbage to carry out sanitary sorting on the household garbage, the household garbage is converted into organic matter liquid in the sanitary sorting operation process, and the organic matter liquid is input into a liquid methane tank to carry out anaerobic fermentation to produce methane, methane liquid and methane slag.
The solid methane tank is a solid organic material same-tank aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation tank group which is provided with a heating device, a forced oxygen supply device, a methane liquid input and discharge device and a feeding and discharging device. In the same-tank aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation, organic solid materials with the grain size of less than or equal to 4cm to more than or equal to 1cm are filled, the top is sealed, the oxygen is fed intermittently by force, and the temperature is controlled for aerobic fermentation; the fermentation material is heated and aerobic environment is stably input into the raw biogas slurry to discharge oxygen in the material, and anaerobic bacteria in the biogas slurry are utilized for rapid anaerobic fermentation; and (3) finishing the anaerobic fermentation process, extracting biogas slurry, forcibly and intermittently delivering oxygen, controlling temperature, needing fermentation, finishing the fermentation process, taking out the fermented material, and inputting the fermented material into a domestic garbage biogas slurry sanitary sorting system for regeneration, sorting and deep conversion.
The biogas is provided with a purification device, a biogas boiler and a biogas generator set in the energy utilization process, and the purification device carries out desulfurization on the biogas to remove H2S and moisture; the biogas boiler is provided with a pipeline and a circulating pump, and the pipeline is connected with a plurality of heating devices and drying equipment; the biogas generator set burns biogas, generates electricity, and the electric power supports the operation of the domestic garbage sanitary sorting economic production system.
Filtering, precipitating and dehydrating the biogas residues in a biogas residue filtering tank in the recycling process, and conveying the dehydrated biogas residues to an earthworm cultivation project for earthworm cultivation; the biogas residue filtering tank is provided with three bins, and the three bins are used for filtering, precipitating and distributing materials integrally; the biogas residue filtering tank and the biogas slurry pre-selection tank are arranged in a connected manner, and are used for purifying and sorting biogas slurry and biogas residues in a layered manner in sequence, producing biogas slurry through heavy metal adsorption, temperature control, precipitation and filtration, preparing bait through layering, filtering and extracting sanitary biogas residues, and precipitating and sorting sanitary silt.
The earthworm cultivation engineering comprises the steps of cultivating, planting and converting biogas slurry and biogas residues, producing sorting solution A, a bio-organic fertilizer and cleaning solution, and is provided with earthworm cultivation, three-dimensional planting and facilities thereof, and a bio-organic fertilizer production line. The earthworm cultivation is the sanitary sorting of the domestic garbage in a production feedback mode, and the products of the earthworm cultivation are retroactively developed into soil health, environmental health and human health.
In a sunlight greenhouse, one side of the engineering system is provided with a biogas engineering, and the other side of the engineering system is provided with a bio-organic fertilizer production line middle section which is layered from bottom to top and is provided with earthworm cultivation and stereoscopic planting, so that the engineering system which produces and converts biogas slurry and sanitary biogas residues, produces earthworms, earthworm feces and plants, and evaporates hygienically and releases water through the interaction of the stereoscopic planting and the earthworm cultivation is formed.
The production line of the biological organic fertilizer is used for processing and producing a biological liquid organic fertilizer, a biological particle organic fertilizer, a sorting solution A and a cleaning solution. The biological liquid organic fertilizer is prepared by shrinking concentrated biogas slurry, filtering, filling, quality inspection and zero cost; the biological granular organic fertilizer is prepared by drying concentrated biogas slurry and wormcast, granulating, packaging and inspecting quality; the separation liquid A and the cleaning liquid are prepared by adding wormcast according to the requirement of a production object, proportioning, stirring, precipitating and filtering.
The sunlight greenhouse is a plant facility of a household garbage sanitary sorting equipment system and an economic production engineering system to produce temperature effect operation, is provided with a sunlight greenhouse for collecting electronic energy, recovering condensed water, concentrating biogas slurry and controlling dust odor, and is provided with a condensed water recovery device A, B, a biogas slurry concentration device, a rainwater recovery system and a dust removal system. The sprinkling irrigation facility is arranged on the ridge and sprays and atomizes biogas slurry; collecting, solarizing, evaporating and naturally concentrating biogas slurry by using a glass fiber reinforced plastic type groove; the pipeline and the water diversion tank are used for adjusting the water level of the biogas slurry and are connected with the biogas slurry pre-selection tank and the bio-organic fertilizer production line.
The dust removal system is a spraying facility and a pipeline which are arranged in the roof of the sunlight greenhouse, the sorting liquid A is utilized to carry out biogas slurry spraying atomization on the materials sorted in the processes of collecting, sorting and preselecting the domestic garbage to control dust odor, and the biogas slurry is sprayed for 24-36h to dissolve paper, and the odor is absorbed in the process of recovering condensed water.
The operation process of the domestic garbage sanitary sorting economic production operation system is as follows:
1. the domestic garbage is stored and unloaded to a storage bin, sorting solution A is sprayed to control dust odor in the unloading process, materials which are larger than or equal to 70cm are separated by grids, a domestic garbage feeding machine continuously, uniformly and automatically feeds the materials from the storage bin and inputs the materials into a domestic garbage quick preselection system, heavy blocks are ejected out by a domestic garbage quick sorting machine A, the materials are conveyed by a feeding conveyor and are fed by a magnetic separation device A, and the materials are conveyed and fed into a quantity control feeding hopper of a domestic garbage picking machine;
2. a reel device and a fixed cutter of the quantity control feed hopper operate to crush large cloth materials and convey and sieve the large cloth materials at one end of a sieving conveyor, materials on the sieve are broken by an electric saw device, shaken by a flail disc device and loosened, light linear flaky materials are picked up by a pick-up device of a pick-up machine on the conveyor and conveyed to a shredder to be shredded, and the light linear flaky materials are shredded into materials with the diameter less than or equal to 12 cm; materials with the undersize particle size of less than or equal to 4cm are conveyed by a conveyor and magnetically separated by a magnetic separation device to obtain magnetic materials, the magnetic materials are screened by a drum screen, the materials with the oversize particle size of less than or equal to 4cm and more than or equal to 1cm are conveyed to a solid methane tank of the methane engineering for aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation in the same tank, and the materials with the undersize particle size of less than 1cm and leachate are conveyed to a collecting tank by a pipeline;
3. screening materials on a screen of a screening conveyor of the household garbage pickup machine, winnowing by a winnowing device, separating light materials from heavy materials, conveying the light materials, and shredding by a return shredder; the heavy materials are separated by a household garbage quick separator B, brick and tile blocks, glass bottles, shoes, plastic bottles, benzene plate blocks and other materials are obtained through separation and processing, wherein firstly, the brick and tile blocks, the heavy blocks, the grid are divided into materials with the diameter of more than or equal to 70cm, and the materials are crushed by a porcelain bottle conveying crusher and are crushed into the materials with the diameter of less than or equal to 2cm, and then the materials are cleaned and separated; secondly, sorting glass bottles by a glass bottle sorting line, inputting single materials of the glass bottles into a crusher for crushing, grinding the materials into particles with the diameter less than or equal to 2cm, cleaning and sorting, hygienically recovering the materials, and returning porcelain bottles and other materials to the first step; thirdly, manually separating the shoe upper and the shoe sole, and conveying the shoe upper and other materials to a shredder for shredding; conveying the sole to a crusher for particle breaking, cleaning and sorting, packaging and recovering materials; fourthly, plastic bottles are conveyed to a crusher to be crushed, cleaned, packaged and recycled; the polystyrene board block enters a cleaning channel for cleaning, water conveying, picking, particle crushing by a crusher, air conveying and brick making;
4. in the process, the dirty liquid and the leachate are cleaned and conveyed to a collecting pool through a pipeline; the material pump of the collecting tank is a sanitary sorting system for domestic garbage biogas slurry, wherein firstly, the material slag filtered by a paper sorting device and organic matter liquid in a dirty liquid tank are pumped into a solid biogas pool of a biogas project to perform aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation in the same pool; sieving by a drum sieve of a material discharging and sorting device of the sedimentation bin to obtain washed sand with the particle size of less than 1cm and more than or equal to 0.15cm, and conveying and brick making;
5. in the process, the materials with the particle size less than or equal to 12cm are shredded by the shredder, the biogas slurry is leached for 24h-36h to dissolve the paper to control the wind dust odor, and then the sanitary separation and the sorting are carried out by a sanitary separation system of the household garbage biogas slurry, and the operation process (comprising the 4 items) is as follows:
a. starting a biogas boiler, supplying heat to a separation liquid circulating system, heating prepared biogas slurry and separation liquid B, keeping the temperature at 50-60 ℃, conveying the biogas slurry to a biogas slurry cleaning pool and a waste liquid pool, continuously feeding a preselected material domestic garbage feeder, inputting the preselected material into a quantity control feeding hopper, measuring and distributing materials by a reel device, and feeding the materials into a stirring bin in a quantitative sequence;
b. the storehouse is gone to the preliminary election material in pond liquid cleaning pond, in separation liquid B, at the mixer: seventhly, under the simultaneous and rapid operation of a washboard, a hydraulic propulsion device, a flotation device, a sand washing device, a sorting device and an overflow device, under the operation of repeated stirring, kneading, hydraulic propulsion, conveying, washing, flotation, washing and overflow, under the operation of liquid temperature effect, washing and liquid buoyancy, the selected materials are separated and layered, and are screened and conveyed by a screening conveyor and a material fishing machine A to be separated into bins, and meanwhile, the operation of producing, converting, recycling and utilizing biogas slurry and organic matter liquid is also carried out;
c. meanwhile, discharging, sorting and cleaning are also carried out, materials selected in the sorting liquid of the stirring bin of the biogas slurry sorting tank are divided into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer:
firstly, on the upper layer of the sorting liquid, the material on the upper layer of the sorting liquid is picked up by a pick-up device of the pick-up machine and thrown onto a track of a conveyor for conveying, screening and cleaning, cleaning liquid flows into a production pool, cleaning dirt liquid flows into a biogas liquid cleaning pool, and the selected material is subjected to flat airflow winnowing by a winnowing device a at the discharge end of the conveyor to be selected: the fabric and the plastic film fall into a bin A and a bin B respectively; fabric conveying, drying and plate making, plastic film conveying, drying, granulation by a plastic granulator, packaging and material recovery;
secondly, on the surface layer of the separation liquid, operating an overflow device, setting the flow rate of the separation liquid, wherein the input liquid of the biogas slurry cleaning pool is slightly larger than the extraction liquid, and residual liquid flows into a sewage pool from an overflow pipe of the overflow device through a nylon net sleeve for filtering and distributing, flows into a liquid guide pipe automatically, and carries away grease, and the liquid level is measured;
thirdly, in the middle layer of the sorting liquid, the selected materials enter the operation range of a material fishing machine A under the operation of a hydraulic propulsion device, a flotation device, a sorting device and a sewage pump; conveying, lifting and screening materials by a material fishing machine A, conveying and lifting the materials on a screen in a paper material bin, and conveying and lifting the materials on the screen in a wire kneading machine; separating water and nutrient substances in the plant materials by a thread rolling machine, peeling paper and plastic, and throwing the selected materials to a double-layer drum sieve; conveying, screening and cleaning materials by a double-layer drum screen, placing the undersize materials and cleaning liquid in a paper material sorting device, placing the materials in a bin C in the screen, winnowing the materials on the screen by a flat airflow of a winnowing device b, sequentially entering the bin C and a bin D, and sorting to obtain fabrics, plant wood and plastics; conveying, drying and plate making of fabrics and plant wood, wherein plastic conveying is carried out by granulating, packaging and material recovery of a plastic granulator;
on the bottom layer of the sorting liquid, the selected materials are conveyed to a material fishing machine B by a screening conveyor, the material fishing machine B conveys, lifts and screens the materials, the undersize materials and the cleaning sewage are placed in a paper material bin, the oversize materials are conveyed and lifted at a discharge end and are magnetically separated by a magnetic separation device, the materials are sorted by an eddy current sorting machine, the magnetic materials, the inert materials and the nonferrous metals are sequentially selected and enter a bin E, F and a bin G; respectively packaging magnetic materials and nonferrous metals, recovering the materials, conveying inert materials and making bricks;
d. in the middle layer of the sorting liquid of the paper material bin, the selected material is pumped from the paper material bin by a sewage pump and conveyed to a paper material sorting device through a sewage pipeline for solid-liquid separation, spraying, washing and filtering are carried out, cleaning liquid flows into a production pool, washing sewage flows into a sewage pool, the paper material is flushed into a bin H, the selected paper material enters a papermaking process;
e. the bottom is selected separately in the storehouse that deposits, is washed by the sand washing device by screening conveyer screening screen down the material and washes and wash as to the silt particle collecting box, is screened as to the drum screen by the mortar pump, washes and selects, carries, selects: washing sand, entering a material bin J, and automatically flowing undersize washing sewage into a sewage pool; washed sand conveying and brick making;
f. in the dirty liquid pool separation liquid, the grease floats from the driven liquid level to the static liquid level, the oil suction device extracts floating oil from the static liquid level of the static liquid bin and inputs the floating oil into the cyclone oil-water separator for oil-water separation, and the grease is filtered and selected by the grease filter box to obtain: grease and separated dirt liquid automatically flow back to the dirt liquid pool;
g. percolating the selected materials in bins A-J, and allowing percolate to flow into a production pool;
h. the selected materials are precipitated in a filter tank of a clean water tank to form a dirty liquid-organic liquid, and the precipitated dirty liquid is pumped and conveyed to the methane tank by a water pump 4 #;
j. the selected materials form organic liquid in the operation process, namely: the organic matter liquid is conveyed back to a liquid methane tank of the methane project from a sewage tank by a water pump 1# in a daily knot or operation stage for anaerobic fermentation;
6. the method comprises the following steps of performing aerobic-anaerobic-aerobic fermentation on a solid biogas digester in biogas engineering, wherein the particle size of the material is not more than 4cm and not more than 1cm, the particle size of the fermented material is not more than 4cm, sorting in sequence, feeding the material by a household garbage feeding machine, conveying the material by a conveyor to a household garbage biogas slurry sanitary sorting system for sanitary sorting, and performing the same operation process as the above steps: wherein the solid materials separated by the paper material separation device are delivered to an earthworm breeding project to breed earthworms;
7. the biogas engineering works simultaneously to produce biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residues, wherein the biogas is purified and input into a gas boiler to be combusted, a heating device supplies heat to an operation system, and the biogas is input into a generator set to generate power to supply power to the operation system so as to meet the requirements of sanitary sorting economic production operation of household garbage; biogas slurry is extracted from a liquid clear layer at the discharging end of the liquid biogas digester and is input into a biogas slurry preselection tank for sedimentation, filtration and heating, heavy metal production sorting liquid A, B is adsorbed and selected by a heavy metal adsorption device, the sorting liquid A is input into a dust removal system to control dust odor, paper dissolution, washing operation equipment and a field, and leachate automatically flows into a collection tank through a pipeline; pumping the separation liquid B into a biogas slurry cleaning pool and a waste liquid pool, and circularly separating the materials to produce organic matter liquid; pumping biogas residues, inputting the biogas residues into a biogas residue filtering tank, filtering and dehydrating, separating biogas residues and biogas slurry, adsorbing heavy metals, sorting sanitary silt, producing sanitary biogas residues, conveying the sanitary biogas residues to an earthworm breeding project, preparing baits, and breeding earthworms;
8. earthworm cultivation engineering is used for cultivating earthworms and stereoscopic planting, cultivation transformation is carried out, biogas residues and biogas slurry are planted and transformed, moisture is released, earthworms and earthworm feces are cultivated and produced, then a bio-liquid organic fertilizer and a bio-particle organic fertilizer are produced by a bio-organic fertilizer production line, plants are planted, and plant products are produced;
9. collecting solar energy by a sunlight greenhouse facility, generating a greenhouse effect, evaporating water, concentrating biogas slurry, recovering condensed water by a condensed water recovery device, concentrating the biogas slurry by a biogas slurry concentration device, and recovering rainwater by a rainwater recovery system; condensed water and rainwater automatically flow into a clean water tank through a pipeline, and concentrated biogas slurry is input into a bio-organic fertilizer production line to produce a bio-liquid fertilizer;
10. the operation process is controlled by the operation of the electric control console driven by the biogas energy.

1. A method for rapidly and sanitarily sorting domestic garbage is not only used for sorting domestic garbage, but also not limited by components of the domestic garbage, especially not limited by water, the sorting rate reaches 95%, and the resource recycling rate is 100%, and is characterized in that: the sanitary separation of the household garbage is an operation system for sanitary separation and economic production of the household garbage, the operation system is formed by the interaction of a sanitary separation equipment system of the household garbage, an economic production engineering system and biogas slurry, and the sanitary separation of the household garbage is used for producing the household garbage economically;
sanitary sorting and economic production of the household garbage are integrated with supply and demand, and sanitary sorting, biological decomposition, production conversion and production feedback of the household garbage are carried out; the device is provided with a sorting medium: biogas slurry, wherein a technical route, a process flow and a separation procedure of sanitary separation and economic production of the household garbage are set by converting and recycling the production of the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid, and a device system for sanitary separation and an engineering system for economic production are configured and arranged in a three-dimensional distribution manner;
storing the household garbage in a storage bin, preselecting and sorting, sectioning and sorting the household garbage by a household garbage feeding machine, a conveyor, a quick household garbage sorting machine, a household garbage pickup machine, a magnetic separation device, a winnowing device and a rotary screen of a quick household garbage preselecting system, and then hygienically sorting by a sanitary household garbage biogas slurry sorting system to obtain a plurality of single hygienical materials comprising organic matter liquid, paper material, plastic film, plastic, polystyrene board particles, fabric, plant wood, magnetic material, battery, non-ferrous metal, heavy metal, glass, rubber, washed sand, grease and inert material; the single sanitary material is not only recycled hygienically, but also directly produced and processed by production equipment of an economic production engineering system, and is used for making paper, bricks and plates, biogas engineering is used for producing biogas, biogas slurry, biogas residues and sanitary silt through biological decomposition, earthworm cultivation engineering is used for producing and converting biogas residues and biogas slurry, cultivating earthworms and producing bio-organic fertilizer, a sunlight greenhouse is used for collecting electronic energy, concentrating biogas slurry, producing condensed water, controlling dust and peculiar smell, planting three-dimensionally, releasing moisture hygienically and recycling rainwater;
the sanitary separation of the household garbage is the interaction of the household garbage in the sanitary separation, economic production and biogas slurry in the operation process, the biogas slurry-organic matter liquid production conversion recycling is realized, the biogas slurry is washed and separated at the temperature of 50-60 ℃, the biogas slurry is hygienically concentrated, the nutrient is enriched and converted into the organic matter liquid, and the organic matter liquid meets the biogas fermentation nutrient supply requirement and the requirements of different production objects; the production objects comprise separation liquid, a plurality of single sanitary materials and production products, the produced biogas, biogas slurry, biogas residues, wormcast, condensed water and collected electrons can be produced and utilized on site, and a production feedback support operation system is operated, and the operation process and the operation result form a household garbage pollution fault system.

the biogas slurry is used as a sanitary sorting medium for the household garbage, is a product produced by biological decomposition in biogas engineering and is a product of anaerobic fermentation and biodegradation of organic substances in the household garbage; the method has the advantages that the effects of sanitary sorting and washing of the domestic garbage are achieved when the temperature of the biogas slurry is 50-60 ℃, meanwhile, the biogas slurry is concentrated, the nutrients are enriched, the heavy metals are adsorbed, the zero-cost bio-organic fertilizer is produced, and the environment is sanitary; the method is characterized in that biogas slurry is sprayed on the leaching paper, the dust odor is controlled by atomizing and spraying the biogas slurry, and the biogas slurry is set as sanitary sorting household garbage sorting liquid and has the functions of propelling, conveying, washing, flotation, floating, scrubbing and precipitation; the natural pond liquid is established to the separation liquid at the operation in-process, and the separation liquid includes natural pond liquid, sorting solution, organic matter liquid, leachate, washing liquid and water, and the separation liquid possesses different characteristics at natural pond liquid sanitary separation domestic waste's production stage and sorting stage, and the operation process composition that the sanitary separation of natural pond liquid of domestic waste will be selected separately to liquid according to this characteristic constitutes to set up as follows:

the biogas slurry pre-separation pool is provided with a heating device and a precipitation device, a heavy metal adsorption device is arranged above the biogas slurry pre-separation pool, the heavy metal adsorption device adsorbs heavy metals in the biogas slurry in the purification and separation process of the biogas slurry, the heavy metals comprise lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and arsenic, the biogas slurry removes the heavy metals, precipitates, filters and controls the temperature to produce separation liquid A, B and cleaning liquid, the separation liquid and the cleaning liquid act on an equipment system for sanitary separation of the household garbage to hygienically separate the household garbage, organic matter liquid is formed in the sanitary separation operation process, and the organic matter liquid is input into a liquid biogas digester to be anaerobically fermented to produce biogas, biogas slurry and biogas residue;

the biogas is provided with a purifying device, a biogas boiler and a biogas generator set in the process of energy utilization, and the purifying device carries out desulfurization on the biogas to remove H2S and moisture; the biogas boiler is provided with a pipeline and a circulating pump, and the pipeline is connected with a plurality of heating devices and drying equipment; the biogas generator set burns biogas to generate electricity, and the electric power supports the operation of the domestic garbage sanitary sorting economic production operation system;
filtering, precipitating and dehydrating the biogas residues in a biogas residue filtering tank in the recycling process, and conveying the dehydrated biogas residues to an earthworm cultivation project for earthworm cultivation; the biogas residue filtering tank is provided with three bins, and the three bins are used for filtering, precipitating and distributing materials integrally; the biogas residue filtering tank and the biogas slurry pre-selection tank are arranged in a connected manner, and are used for purifying and sorting biogas slurry and biogas residues in a layered manner in sequence, producing biogas slurry through heavy metal adsorption, temperature control, precipitation and filtration, preparing bait through layering, filtering and extracting sanitary biogas residues, and precipitating and sorting sanitary silt.
