The invention discloses a biological compound preparation containing eucalyptus oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the biological compound preparation comprises 1-100 parts by weight of eucalyptus oil and 1-100 parts by weight of cyanazine. The biological compound preparation containing the eucalyptus oil has good effect of preventing and treating root nematodes, low toxicity and environmental protection.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cinnamomum camphora application, and particularly relates to a biological compound preparation containing eucalyptus oil and a using method thereof.
Background
Cinnamomum camphora (with the academic name of Gamble N. Chao exH. W. Li) is a evergreen arbor of Lauraceae, with height of 20 m and diameter at breast height of 50 cm; the bark is gray, the branch is cylindrical, hairless, the young branch is fine, the leaves are intergrowth, oval or elliptical, the tip is suddenly short and gradually sharp to long and gradually sharp, the upper surface is dark green, bright, the lower surface is grey green, dark, the two surfaces are hairless, the leaf stalk is flat and back convex, light green, the cone inflorescence axillary, is fine, the branch is fine and weak, each branch is 3-7 flowers of the polypodium, the shaft is hairless, the flower is light yellow, fragrance is provided, the stalk is fine, the flower quilt is cone-shaped, the flower quilt is oval, the filament is white and soft, the filament is glandless, the anther is long round, the ovary is oval, the young fruit is spherical, the flower is in 5-6 months, and the fruit is yielded in 7-9 months.
Yibin is the primary resource of the cinnamomum camphora, and by the end of 2018, 47 ten thousand mu of cinnamomum camphora forest base in the whole market has the crude cinnamomum camphora oil yield of over 70 percent of the whole country, the yibin crude cinnamomum camphora has high oil yield and good oil quality, and belongs to a non-inspection product in the international market.
At present, the main methods for extracting the crude camphor oil comprise a CO2 supercritical extraction method, a water vapor extraction method, an extraction method and the like, and target products are extracted from the crude camphor oil through the extraction methods, wherein the eucalyptus oil is one of the target products.
Root nematodes, also known as root knot nematodes, are an insect of the phylum zoophylum, class nematoda. Male and female variant. The larvae are in the shape of slender worms, harm vegetables, have wide host range and can survive for one year under the condition of no host. The overground part of the damaged plant grows short and slow, the color of the leaves is abnormal, the fruiting is less, the yield is low, and even the plant dies in advance.
Most root nematodes live in soil, are parasitic in plants, are transmitted through soil or seeds, can damage root systems of the plants or invade aerial organs, affect the growth and development of crops, indirectly transmit diseases caused by other microorganisms, and cause great economic loss in agriculture. At present, the special nematicides with better effects in the world are few, only more than ten kinds, and the existing nematicides with better effects have higher toxicity to people and livestock.
Lime nitrogen is a mixture of calcium cyanamide, calcium oxide and other insoluble impurities, is gray black, has special odor, and can be used as root nematode pesticide with a spreading amount of 30g/m2The control effect is about 50 percent.
The existing eucalyptus oil is generally used as cough drops, gum candies, gargles, toothpaste and air cleaning agents, and other purposes are not reported.

Based on the problems, on one hand, the invention provides a biological compound preparation containing eucalyptus oil, which has the advantages of good effect of preventing and treating root nematodes, low toxicity and environmental protection.
A biological compound preparation containing eucalyptus oil comprises:
1-100 parts of eucalyptus oil and 1-100 parts of cyanazine.
In one or more specific embodiments herein, the eucalyptus oil is 10 to 20 parts by weight, and the lime nitrogen is 10 to 20 parts by weight.
In one or more specific embodiments of the present application, the eucalyptus oil is prepared from sassafras.
In one aspect, the invention also provides a method for using the biological compound preparation containing the eucalyptus oil.
The application method of the biological compound preparation containing the eucalyptus oil comprises the step of spreading the biological compound preparation containing the eucalyptus oil in soil, wherein the spreading amount is 10-100g/m2。
In one or more specific embodiments of the present application, the broadcast amount is 30g/m2。
In one or more specific embodiments of the present application, the eucalyptus oil-containing biocomposite formulation is used for controlling and/or killing root nematodes of plants.
In one or more specific embodiments of the present application, the plant is cucumber.
The invention principle and the beneficial effects of the application are as follows:
according to the invention, the lime nitrogen, the eucalyptus oil and the polyethylene glycol are mixed to be used as the biological compound preparation, and surprisingly, the root nematode control agent has a good effect, is low in toxicity and is environment-friendly.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained below.
The examples provided herein are merely to further illustrate the invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention in any way.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the materials and methods of operation used in the present invention are well known in the art, unless otherwise specified, in the following.
In the present invention, parts by weight means measured in units of weight, such as 1 part by weight means: when the weight is Kg, 1 part by weight means 1 Kg; when the weight is g, 1 part by weight means 1g, and the like, and is not limited to a specific Kg or g.
In examples 1-3 below, cyanamide (hymexazol), polyethylene glycol and eucalyptus oil, which is prepared by extracting crude camphor oil, are commercially available.
Example 1
Taking 15 parts by weight of lime nitrogen and 15 parts by weight of eucalyptus oil, and uniformly mixing to obtain a sample 1.
Example 2
10 parts by weight of cyanamide and 20 parts by weight of eucalyptus oil were mixed uniformly to prepare sample 2.
Example 3
20 parts by weight of cyanamide and 10 parts by weight of eucalyptus oil were mixed uniformly to obtain sample 3.
