本发明的目的在于提供一种泼彩淡染陶瓷的制作方法,利用胚胎收水的特点,各种颜料的薄彩按照颜色的深浅依次排列,成品质量好,色泽光艳,相较于传统方法,色彩更容易把握,容易达到成品的预期效果,避免了原料的浪费。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种泼彩淡染陶瓷的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:釉料准备:混合长石粉、石英、滑石粉、高岭土、氧化锌、瓷片,长石粉、石英、滑石粉、高岭土、氧化锌、瓷片按质量份配比,研磨后的釉料过200目筛网,然后加水调制至50%~55%波美度浓度;
步骤二:坯料准备:混合高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂,高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂按质量份配比,混合后的胚料加入水,加入球磨机球磨30~60分钟,球磨后的过200目筛网,过筛网的混合料进行除铁、榨泥和练泥,并加水和电解质进行化浆处理,再进行过200目筛,真空脱泡备用;
步骤三:颜料制备:制备两份颜料,第一份颜料为颜料10%、水90%,第二份颜料为颜料20%、水80%,两份颜料混合配制成复色颜料;

步骤二:坯料准备:混合高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂,高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂按质量份配比为,40份高岭土:长石粉1份:铝粉1份:石英3份:龙岩砂50份,混合后的胚料加入水,加入球磨机球磨30分钟,球磨后的过200目筛网,过筛网的混合料进行除铁、榨泥和练泥,并加水和电解质进行化浆处理,再进行过200目筛,真空脱泡备用;
步骤三:颜料制备:制备两份颜料,第一份颜料为颜料10%、水90%,第二份颜料为颜料20%、水80%,两份颜料混合配制成复色颜料;
步骤四:制备釉下颜料:釉下高温釉35%、 40%、20%、釉下高温颜料5%;

步骤二:坯料准备:混合高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂,高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂按质量份配比为,50份高岭土:长石粉2份:铝粉2份:石英4份:龙岩砂55份,混合后的胚料加入水,加入球磨机球磨40分钟,球磨后的过200目筛网,过筛网的混合料进行除铁、榨泥和练泥,并加水和电解质进行化浆处理,再进行过200目筛,真空脱泡备用;
步骤三:颜料制备:制备两份颜料,第一份颜料为颜料10%、水90%,第二份颜料为颜料20%、水80%,两份颜料混合配制成复色颜料;

Claims (3)

1.一种泼彩淡染陶瓷的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:釉料准备:混合长石粉、石英、滑石粉、高岭土、氧化锌、瓷片,长石粉、石英、滑石粉、高岭土、氧化锌、瓷片按质量份配比,研磨后的釉料过200目筛网,然后加水调制至50%~55%波美度浓度;
步骤二:坯料准备:混合高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂,高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂按质量份配比,混合后的胚料加入水,加入球磨机球磨30~60分钟,球磨后的过200目筛网,过筛网的混合料进行除铁、榨泥和练泥,并加水和电解质进行化浆处理,再进行过200目筛,真空脱泡备用;
步骤三:颜料制备:制备两份颜料,第一份颜料为颜料10%、水90%,第二份颜料为颜料20%、水80%,两份颜料混合配制成复色颜料;
步骤四:制备釉下颜料:釉下高温釉35%、 40%、20%、釉下高温颜料5%;
步骤五:制模:按照预设的要求造型,进行石膏浇注,修种模,最后翻制工作模;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泼彩淡染陶瓷的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中高岭土、长石粉、铝粉、石英、龙岩砂按质量份配比,40~60份高岭土:长石粉1~3份:铝粉1~3份:石英3~5份:龙岩砂50~60份。
