Abstract
本发明的目的是在胎面内侧形成不受轮胎硫化成型时热度的影响,不含气体的密封性很高的密封液层。
轮胎硫化成型时,通过在胎体1及在其内表面接合的内衬5之间的粘合面涂抹脱膜剂9,形成粘合状态的袋状部6,待硫化成型完了后,给上述袋状部6注入密封液而形成密封液层。
Description
本发明涉及带密封液层轮胎的制造方法。通过这种方法制造的轮胎在胎面的内侧设有环状密封液层,用密封液层中的密封液自行密封来自钉子等的胎面扎伤。以尽可能推迟扎口处的漏气的带密封液层的轮胎。
以往,已知的作为带密封材料层轮胎是,在胎体帘布层内侧的配设的两层可硫化的橡胶组成层之间夹着密封层。(如,日本专利公报特开平4-286631号)。
由于上述带密封材料层轮胎的密封材料层只能在轮胎毛坯成形阶段形成,因而在硫化成形时受高温(约180℃)的作用而产生气体,该气体对密封材料的自我密封性及轮胎性能(刚性,耐久性等)会产生不良影响。另外,为了不管轮胎的使用(行驶)温度如何总能发挥良好的自我密封性,要求密封材料层时常保持稳定的较低粘度;而为了获得上述物理性质而掺杂的成分恐怕在上述硫化成形时因加热而受到变质等不良影响。
本发明鉴于上述几点,以提供下述带密封液层轮胎的制造方法为目的。即:在密封层的形成时采用袋状部和向其内部注入的密封液,这样对密封液的自我密封性及轮胎性能不带来不良影响,可忽视并且可以不考虑在硫化成形时的热度而自由选定密封液。
为了达到上述目的,本发明具有如下特征,在轮胎硫化成形时在胎面的内侧形成由粘合两个对置面而成的袋状部,等硫化成形后,在其袋状部里注入密封液而构成密封液层。
根据上述特征,因袋状部处于粘合状态,所以在轮胎硫化成形时在其内部不产生气体。而且由于在硫化成形后往粘合状态的袋状部注入密封液,所以可得到不合气体的自我密封性高的密封液层,且可不考虑硫化成形时的热度选用所希望的密封液。
下面,结合图说明本发明的实施例。
图1是由本发明第一实施例的方法制造的轮胎,装至轮辋状态下的纵向剖面图。
图2是图1中轮胎的硫化成形完了时的纵向剖面图。
图3是由本发明第2实施例的方法制造的轮胎,装至轮辋状态下的纵向剖面图。
图4是图3中轮胎的硫化成形完了状态下的纵向剖面图。
图5是由本发明第3实施例的方法制造的轮胎,装至轮辋状态下的纵向剖面图。
图6是图5中轮胎硫化成形完了状态下的纵向剖面图。
图7是由本发明第4实施例的方法制造的轮胎装至轮辋状态下的纵向剖面图。
图8是图7中轮胎硫化成形完了状态下的纵向剖面图。
图中符号为,S-密封液层,T-轮胎,2-胎面,6-袋状部。
首先,说明由图1及图2所示本发明的第一实施例。图1示出通过本发明方法制造的带密封液层轮胎的结构。图1中的轮胎T为无内胎型轮胎,1是胎体、3是缓冲层,2是在胎体1的外周夹住缓冲层3而形成的胎面。胎体1与在其内表面接合的内衬5之间,形成差不多与胎面2的宽幅等宽的被密封的环形袋状部6;在其内部注入密封液形成环形密封液层S。
上述轮胎T装至轮辋R时,与轮辋之间形成空气室7,通过轮辋R的气阀8住空气室7充气。
在车辆行驶当中,当钉子等物穿透轮胎T的胎面2,胎体1、密封液层S等扎入空气室7时,通过密封液层S的自行密封作用填补由钉子等物导致的轮胎各部的扎伤,可大大延缓由扎口处的漏气。
下面,说明类似上述带密封液层S的轮胎T的制造方法。
首先,如图2所示,在轮胎半成品的成形工序中,向胎体1的内表面叠加内衬5时,在胎体1及内衬5的接合面上、与胎面2的宽幅差不多的宽幅领域,涂上滑石粉等脱膜剂。
然后将轮胎半成品硫化成形,此时胎体1及内衬5除了涂有1脱膜剂的部分外相互粘合,脱膜剂9的涂抹部密闭而粘合状态的袋状部6。由此上述袋状部6内没有产生气体。
其次,利用注射器等向袋状部6注入规定量的密封液,使袋状部6胀至规定厚度,而形成密封液层S。通过上述工序制出了图1中的轮胎T。
如上所述,因在轮胎T硫化成形之后,向粘合状态的袋状部6注入密封液,而形成密封液层S,所以可获得不含气体的自我密封性优异的密封液层S。再者,所使用的密封液,不应担心在硫化成形时因受热而变质排除了可任选持有所希望物理性后的密封液。
下面,借助图3、图4说明本发明的第2实施例。在图中与上述实施例相对应的部分标上同样的符号。
首先,如图4所示,在轮胎半成品的成形工序中,给内衬5的内表内叠加辅助内衬10时,在两者的接合面上差不多与胎面2等宽的宽幅领域涂上脱膜剂9。再将其轮胎硫化成形时,内衬5及辅助内衬10之间涂有脱膜剂9的部分形成密闭而粘合状态的袋状部6。接着,通过向袋状部6注入规定量的密封液,可获得图3所示在内衬5的内表面设有密封液层9的轮胎T。
下面,借助图5,图6说明本发明的第3实施例。在图中与上述第1实施例相对应的部分,标上与其同样的符号。
首先,如图6所示,在轮胎半成品的成形工序中,构成胎体1的多层帘布层12相叠加时,给某2层相邻帘布层12、12的接合面上差不多与胎面2等宽的宽幅领域涂抹脱膜剂9。而后,将其轮胎硫化成形时,在2层帘布层12、12之间涂有脱膜剂9的部分形成密闭而粘合的袋状部6。
接着,向此袋状部6注入规定量的密封液,就可获得图5所示在胎体1中设有密封液层S的轮胎T。
下面,借助图7图8说明本发明的第4实施例。图中与上述第1实施例相对应的部分标上与其相同的符号。
首先,如图8所示,在轮胎半成品的成形工序中,给内衬5的整个内表面涂抹脱膜剂9,再将以硫化橡胶压制的管13,粘到内衬5的粘合面上与胎面2差不多等宽的宽幅领域上。将上述轮胎硫化成形,那么,管13粘合在内衬5的同时,在管13内形成密闭而粘合的袋状部6。
接着,给袋状部6注入规定量的密封液,就可得到图7所示在内衬5内表面设有密封液层S的轮胎T。
本发明不仅仅限制在上述实施例,在不脱离上述要点的范围内可变更设计形式。例如,亦可在袋状部的内周壁设一个密封液注入阀等等。
如上所述,根据本发明,因为在硫化成形时形成在胎面内侧粘合成的袋状部,待硫化成形完了,向其袋状部注入密封液而形成密封液层,所以在轮胎硫化成形时形成的粘合状态的袋状部不产生气体。因而给上述袋状部注入密封液,可获得不含气体的自我密封性高的密封液层。而且,所使用的密封液,可不考虑轮胎硫化成形时的热度,自由地选定。
Claims (1)
1.一种带密封液层轮胎的制造方法,在胎面(2)的内侧设置环形密封液层(S),其特征是:在轮胎(T)硫化成形时形成粘合于胎面(2)内侧的袋状部,待硫化成形完了后,向该袋状部(6)注入密封液从而形成密封液层(S)。
