中国专利公开了:“一种手感柔软仿麂皮绒面料的生产工艺”,公开号:CN113026173A,包括坯布的制备:坯布由经纱和纬纱采用纬面斜纹或纬面缎纹交织而成;所述经纱包括75D/72F涤纶DTY,所述纬纱包括84D/384F涤纶DTY;单面起绒、染色前处理、染色、固色、松式烘干、成品定型。染色时将经过烘干的面料置于15-20KV高压电场中进行双面光电表面改性处理。采用高F数的涤纶涤纶DTY,并且是对比纬纱进行起绒,使得整个面料具有柔软的手感,提高整个面料的品质。并经合适的染色工艺使得面料在保持原有的柔软手感的前提下,具有高色牢度;
纬编仿麂皮绒生产过程中需要对面料进行磨毛处理,先浸轧起毛剂,烘干拉幅后在专用的磨毛机上进行磨毛处理,布面就有了浓密的绒毛,但是对于面料的输送、夹持、切割和磨毛处理,需要不同的设备进行完成,操作人员需要控制较多设备,繁琐且易失误,因此提出一种纬编仿麂皮绒及其生产工艺,整个夹持、磨毛、切割和输送的过程中同时进行,无需操作人员逐一进行驱动和控制,利用同一个驱动源完成,且便于调节砂磨辊的位置,提高适应性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纬编仿麂皮绒及其生产工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本申请实施例采用下述技术方案:

1):选用超细纤维的长丝,利用纬编机将其织制成织物,适合做仿麂皮绒的有涤/涤海岛型和涤/锦橘瓣型,海岛型纤维用溶解法开纤,橘瓣型纤维用剥离法开纤,采用溶解法溶解涤/涤海岛型纤维,使其开纤后成为超细旦纤维的方法较为可靠,纬向采用涤纶+常规涤纶包覆倍捻,溶纤配方采用的是与原料相匹配的专用高温碱水工艺配方;
2):对织制成织物利用一种仿麂皮绒生产用磨毛设备进行磨毛处理和分段处理,采用高温高压溢流喷射染色机进行染色生产,在染色工序结束后必须对织物进行还原清洗;
3):还原清洗后的织物,经脱水整布并浸轧有机硅柔软剂,在140℃的温度下烘干定形,为确保产品绒面风格,织物定形后需进行一次轻微的磨毛整理,然后再检验包装入库,为了有效地控制色差,在织物退浆、精练、开纤和染色过程中,其化学品用量、温度、浴比、布速等工艺参数必须严格控制,定形温度也必须控制在160℃以下。

一种纬编仿麂皮绒,包括布面64,布面64的表面设有经过砂磨辊磨皮处理后的绒面65,所述布面64的另一面贴合有聚氨酯纤维层67,所述聚氨酯纤维层67的另一面贴合有离型纸层66,所述离型纸层66在麂皮绒成品后进行剥离。
一种纬编仿麂皮绒的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
1):选用超细纤维的长丝,利用纬编机将其织制成织物,适合做仿麂皮绒的有涤/涤海岛型和涤/锦橘瓣型,海岛型纤维用溶解法开纤,橘瓣型纤维用剥离法开纤,采用溶解法溶解涤/涤海岛型纤维,使其开纤后成为超细旦纤维的方法较为可靠,纬向采用涤纶+常规涤纶包覆倍捻,溶纤配方采用的是与原料相匹配的专用高温碱水工艺配方;
2):对织制成织物利用一种仿麂皮绒生产用磨毛设备进行磨毛处理和分段处理,采用高温高压溢流喷射染色机进行染色生产,在染色工序结束后必须对织物进行还原清洗;
3):还原清洗后的织物,经脱水整布并浸轧有机硅柔软剂,在140℃的温度下烘干定形,为确保产品绒面风格,织物定形后需进行一次轻微的磨毛整理,然后再检验包装入库,为了有效地控制色差,在织物退浆、精练、开纤和染色过程中,其化学品用量、温度、浴比、布速等工艺参数必须严格控制,定形温度也必须控制在160℃以下。
一种仿麂皮绒生产用磨毛设备,包括支架1,支架1的表面开设有三个矩形槽一5和五个矩形槽二6,五个矩形槽二6高度交错呈波浪形,每个矩形槽二6的后槽沿均固定铺设有间距相同的限位架22,支架1的前表面设置有切割机构和输送机构,每个矩形槽一5内均固定连接有连接块16,每个连接块16中间部分均铰接有两个转杆一62,每个转杆一62的前端均固定连接有夹杆8,位于左上方的转杆一62的后端固定连接有转杆二20,位于下端的两个转杆一62的后端均固定连接有转杆三18,每个转杆三18的杆面均固定套接有两对连接环一19,位于左上方的转杆二20的固定套接一对同样的连接环一19,每个转杆一62靠近连接块16的一端均固定套接齿轮一17,上下两个齿轮一17啮合,每个矩形槽二6内均活动设置有滑块14,每个矩形槽二6的槽面均开设有两个滑槽,每个滑块14的左右面均固定连接有限位块15,每个滑块14的表面均开设有凹槽9,每个凹槽9的上下槽面均开设有短槽10,五个滑块14的上下面交错固定连接有弹簧13,每个滑块14的前表面均固定连接有砂磨辊7,每个凹槽9内均活动设置有移动块12,每个移动块12的上下面均固定连接有卡块11,卡块11活动设置在对应的短槽10内,移动块12与限位架22的间距匹配;
输送机构包括带板3,每个带板3的前后面均开设有连接槽35,每个连接槽35内均铰接有连接杆36,相近的两个连接杆36之间固定连接有圆块34,带板3组成的完整传送带的两端均设置有支撑辊44,两个支撑辊44使带板3组成的完整传送带绷住,每个支撑辊44的前后端均固定连接有短杆45,每个短杆45远离支撑辊44的一端均铰接有支撑架46,带板3组成的完整传送带的内带面均匀开设有两组齿槽33,两组齿槽33内啮合有两个齿轮二4,两个齿轮二4之间固定连接有转杆四37,转杆四37的后端贯穿位于后端的齿轮二4,转杆四37的后表面固定连接有转板38,转板38的表面开设有四个弧形槽49,相邻的两个弧形槽49之间均开设有驱动槽48,其中一个驱动槽48内活动设置有驱动杆43,驱动杆43的后端固定连接有圆板一39,圆板一39的前表面中间部分固定连接有带弧形槽口的圆板二41,圆板一39转动一圈时转板38转动四分之一圈,圆板一39的后表面固定连接有转轴40,转轴40后端与驱动电机固定连接,转轴40的环面固定套接有连接环二47,连接环二47内活动设置有传动带一42;
切割机构包括竖板2,竖板2的板面开设有圆孔52,竖板2的下端固定连接有两个短块51,两个短块51的上下面均贯穿有通孔50,两个通孔50内均活动套接有竖杆61,两个竖杆61的下端固定连接有切割织布专用的切割刀片53,两个竖杆61的上表面固定连接有横架55,横架55的表面开设有长槽54,长槽54内活动设置有细杆一56,细杆一56的左端固定连接有细杆二57,细杆二57的下端固定连接有细杆三60,细杆三60与圆孔52铰接,细杆三60的左端固定连接有挡块59,细杆三60的杆面活动设置有传动带二63,竖板2与支架1固定连接,位于后端的两个连接环一19之间活动设置有传动带三30,位于左下端的连接环一19和位于中下的连接环一19之间活动设置有传动带四32,支架1的后表面上端固定连接有固定杆29,固定杆29的后端固定套接有一对连接环三21,位于右前的连接环一19与传动带一42的另一端连接;
固定杆29的中间部分固定套接有齿轮三23,连接环三21与位于中上的连接环一19之间活动设置有传动带五31,固定杆29的右侧固定连接有方杆一26,方杆一26的后端固定连接有方杆二24,方杆二24上端铰接有横杆27,横杆27的杆面固定套接有一对连接环四25,连接环四25与传动带二63另一端连接,驱动电机带动转轴40转动,转轴40转动带动圆板一39转动,圆板一39转动时通过圆板二41和驱动杆43使得转板38间歇性转动,转板38的转动带动两个齿轮二4转动,两个齿轮二4转动带动带板3组成的传送带间歇性转动,转轴40转动同时通过连接环二47、传动带一42、传动带四32、传动带三30使得转杆三18、连接环一19和转杆二20随之转动,这样通过齿轮一17使得上下两组夹杆8将面料不断夹持输送向右端,此时操作人员根据面料输送过程中承受的张力的情况,上下移动滑块14,使得五个滑块14位置改变,使面料承受的张力适合磨毛操作,在砂磨辊7表面选择性的套接磨毛面,使面料指定的一面进行磨毛处理,通过传动带二63使得细杆三60不断转动,细杆三60转动过程中带着细杆一56一起转动,细杆一56转动带动横架55上下移动,横架55上下移动时通过竖杆61带动切割刀片53上下做切割动作,进行间歇性切割,横杆27的右端固定连接有齿轮四28,齿轮四28与齿轮三23啮合。
在使用时,驱动电机带动转轴40转动,转轴40转动带动圆板一39转动,圆板一39转动时通过圆板二41和驱动杆43使得转板38间歇性转动,转板38的转动带动两个齿轮二4转动,两个齿轮二4转动带动带板3组成的传送带间歇性转动,转轴40转动同时通过连接环二47、传动带一42、传动带四32、传动带三30使得转杆三18、连接环一19和转杆二20随之转动,这样通过齿轮一17使得上下两组夹杆8将面料不断夹持输送向右端,此时操作人员根据面料输送过程中承受的张力的情况,上下移动滑块14,使得五个滑块14位置改变,使面料承受的张力适合磨毛操作,在砂磨辊7表面选择性的套接磨毛面,使面料指定的一面进行磨毛处理,通过传动带二63使得细杆三60不断转动,细杆三60转动过程中带着细杆一56一起转动,细杆一56转动带动横架55上下移动,横架55上下移动时通过竖杆61带动切割刀片53上下做切割动作,进行间歇性切割。

1.一种纬编仿麂皮绒的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:1):选用超细纤维的长丝,利用纬编机将其织制成织物,适合做仿麂皮绒的有涤/涤海岛型和涤/锦橘瓣型,海岛型纤维用溶解法开纤,橘瓣型纤维用剥离法开纤,采用溶解法溶解涤/涤海岛型纤维,使其开纤后成为超细旦纤维的方法较为可靠,纬向采用涤纶+常规涤纶包覆倍捻,溶纤配方采用的是与原料相匹配的专用高温碱水工艺配方;2):对织制成织物利用一种仿麂皮绒生产用磨毛设备进行磨毛处理,采用高温高压溢流喷射染色机进行染色生产,在染色工序结束后必须对织物进行还原清洗;3):还原清洗后的织物,经脱水整布并浸轧有机硅柔软剂,在140℃的温度下烘干定形,为确保产品绒面风格,织物定形后需进行一次轻微的磨毛整理,然后再检验包装入库,为了有效地控制色差,在织物退浆、精练、开纤和染色过程中,定形温度也必须控制在160℃以下,其中2)所述的一种仿麂皮绒生产用磨毛设备,包括支架(1),所述支架(1)的表面开设有三个矩形槽一(5)和五个矩形槽二(6),五个所述矩形槽二(6)高度交错呈波浪形,每个所述矩形槽二(6)的后槽沿均固定铺设有间距相同的限位架(22);所述支架(1)的前表面设置有切割机构和输送机构,每个所述矩形槽一(5)内均固定连接有连接块(16),每个所述连接块(16)中间部分均铰接有两个转杆一(62),每个所述转杆一(62)的前端均固定连接有夹杆(8),位于左上方的所述转杆一(62)的后端固定连接有转杆二(20),位于下端的两个所述转杆一(62)的后端均固定连接有转杆三(18),每个所述转杆三(18)的杆面均固定套接有两对连接环一(19),位于左上方的所述转杆二(20)的固定套接一对同样的连接环一(19),每个所述转杆一(62)靠近连接块(16)的一端均固定套接齿轮一(17),上下两个所述齿轮一(17)啮合,所述切割机构包括竖板(2),所述竖板(2)的板面开设有圆孔(52),所述竖板(2)的下端固定连接有两个短块(51),两个所述短块(51)的上下面均贯穿有通孔(50),两个所述通孔(50)内均活动套接有竖杆(61),两个所述竖杆(61)的下端固定连接有切割织布专用的切割刀片(53),两个所述竖杆(61)的上表面固定连接有横架(55),所述横架(55)的表面开设有长槽(54),所述长槽(54)内活动设置有细杆一(56),所述细杆一(56)的左端固定连接有细杆二(57),所述细杆二(57)的下端固定连接有细杆三(60),所述细杆三(60)与圆孔(52)铰接,所述细杆三(60)的左端固定连接有挡块(59),所述细杆三(60)的杆面活动设置有传动带二(63),所述竖板(2)与支架(1)固定连接,位于后端的两个所述连接环一(19)之间活动设置有传动带三(30),位于左下端的所述连接环一(19)和位于中下的连接环一(19)之间活动设置有传动带四(32),所述支架(1)的后表面上端固定连接有固定杆(29),所述固定杆(29)的后端固定套接有一对连接环三(21),位于右前的所述连接环一(19)与传动带一(42)的另一端连接,所述固定杆(29)的中间部分固定套接有齿轮三(23),所述连接环三(21)与位于中上的连接环一(19)之间活动设置有传动带五(31),所述固定杆(29)的右侧固定连接有方杆一(26),所述方杆一(26)的后端固定连接有方杆二(24),所述方杆二(24)上端铰接有横杆(27),所述横杆(27)的杆面固定套接有一对连接环四(25),所述连接环四(25)与传动带二(63)另一端连接,所述横杆(27)的右端固定连接有齿轮四(28),所述齿轮四(28)与齿轮三(23)啮合;
每个所述矩形槽二(6)内均活动设置有滑块(14),每个所述矩形槽二(6)的槽面均开设有两个滑槽,每个所述滑块(14)的左右面均固定连接有限位块(15),每个所述滑块(14)的表面均开设有凹槽(9),每个所述凹槽(9)的上下槽面均开设有短槽(10),五个所述滑块(14)的上下面交错固定连接有弹簧(13),每个所述滑块(14)的前表面均固定连接有砂磨辊(7),每个所述凹槽(9)内均活动设置有移动块(12),每个所述移动块(12)的上下面均固定连接有卡块(11),所述卡块(11)活动设置在对应的短槽(10)内,所述移动块(12)与限位架(22)的间距匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纬编仿麂皮绒的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述输送机构包括带板(3),每个所述带板(3)的前后面均开设有连接槽(35),每个所述连接槽(35)内均铰接有连接杆(36),相近的两个所述连接杆(36)之间固定连接有圆块(34),所述带板(3)组成的完整传送带的两端均设置有支撑辊(44),两个所述支撑辊(44)使带板(3)组成的完整传送带绷住,每个所述支撑辊(44)的前后端均固定连接有短杆(45),每个所述短杆(45)远离支撑辊(44)的一端均铰接有支撑架(46),所述带板(3)组成的完整传送带的内带面均匀开设有两组齿槽(33)。
