Comparative example 3 11.06 7.61
As can be seen from the results of comparing the data of comparative example 1 and example 1 (or examples 2 to 11, comparative examples 1 to 6) in table 1, the effects of strengthening yang and tonifying kidney of the prepared ginseng and pilose antler three-kidney composition can be effectively enhanced by treating the three kidneys (bovine kidney, dog kidney and donkey kidney) with yellow wine. The mass of the seminal vesicle-prostate gland of the experimental mice in examples 1-11 was maintained at 11.58-13.34mg/10g, much higher than that of the experimental mice of comparative example 1 (10.26mg/10 g); the mass of the preputial gland of the experimental mice in examples 1 to 11 was maintained at 7.97 to 8.17mg/10g, which was also higher than that of the experimental mouse in comparative example 1 (6.63mg/10 g).
In the process of triple-kidney treatment, the data results of comparative example 1, example 4-7 and comparative example 1-2 show that the time and amount of yellow wine soaking have great influence on the yang-strengthening and kidney-tonifying effects of the finally prepared ginseng and pilose antler triple-kidney composition: when the amount of the yellow wine is 0.8-1.4 times of the weight of the three kidneys (example 4 and example 5), the prepared ginseng-pilose antler three-kidney composition has good effects of tonifying yang and tonifying kidney. However, it is seen from the data of comparative examples 8 to 11 and comparative examples 3 to 6 that the change in the amount of yellow wine during the treatment of bovine kidney has a greater effect on the kidney-tonifying and yang-strengthening effects of the finally prepared ginseng antler triple-kidney composition than the change in the amount of yellow wine during the treatment of donkey kidney: when the amount of yellow wine for treating the bovine kidney is less than 0.8 times of the weight of the bovine kidney (comparative example 3, the amount of yellow wine for treating the bovine kidney is 0.5 times of the weight of the bovine kidney), the mass of the seminal vesicle-prostate of the experimental mouse is reduced from 13.34mg/10g (example 1) to 11.07mg/10g (comparative example 3), and is reduced by 17.02%; when the amount of yellow wine for treating donkey kidney is less than 0.8 times of the mass of donkey kidney (comparative example 5, the amount of yellow wine for treating donkey kidney is 0.5 times of the mass of donkey kidney), the mass of seminal vesicle-prostate of experimental mouse is reduced from 13.34mg/10g (example 1) to 11.36mg/10g (comparative example 3), which is reduced by 14.84%.
(III) Effect on mouse appendage weight and sperm count
70 mice weighing 20-25g were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10 mice each, 1 normal control group and 6 experimental groups. Normal control group is administered with normal saline at a dose of 10mL/kg once a day for 14 days; the ginseng-pilose antler three-kidney composition prepared in example 1, example 4-5 and comparative example 1-3 was administered to 6 experimental groups at a dose of 30g/kg, once a day for 14 days. Then, 30min after the last administration, the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation and were weighed after taking out bilateral epididymis and testis. Then immediately cutting epididymis into pieces, placing into a test tube containing 0.2mL of physiological saline, placing in a 34 deg.C water bath for 10min, taking out 0.1mL, adding 5% NaHCO3After the solution was diluted, sperm counts were counted on a counting plate. The specific results are shown in Table 2.
