Technical Field
A functional additive for treating a blue-ear disease and a preparation method thereof belong to the technical field of veterinary drugs, and particularly relate to the technical field of treatment of the blue-ear disease.
Background
Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, swine mystery disease and the like are viral infectious diseases of pigs and are mainly characterized by abortion, stillbirth, mummy, weak fetus and respiratory disturbance. Clinical symptoms pregnant sows are mainly seen in sows of more than 100 days in gestation period, particularly 107-112 days, and show sudden anorexia, respiratory symptoms such as sneezing, cough and the like of the sows can appear, the sows also can have high body temperature, but the sows usually do not have high residual heat. In severe cases, depression and dyspnea occur, and the ear tip and the ear margin are bluish purple due to dyspnea and anoxia, so the disease is called 'blue-ear disease'. Infected pregnant sows suffer from lassitude, poor appetite, temporary high body temperature, cough, dyspnea of various degrees, abnormal oestrus or infertility, premature birth of pregnant sows, abortion, stillbirth, abnormal fetus, weak fetus and the like. The incidence of disease of piglets in infected pig farms can reach 100%, the mortality can reach more than 50%, the abortion rate of sows can reach more than 30%, infected fattening pigs can also die, nonpregnant sows and breeding boars can also be infected, and symptoms such as anorexia, dyspnea, cough, fever and the like also appear after infection.
At present, two main directions are provided for preventing and treating the blue-ear pig disease, one is vaccination, prevention and treatment are carried out by combining the modes of adding medicines and mixing materials in feed in the later period and disinfecting the environment, but the effect is general and the cost is high; second, western medicine prevention and treatment, but the use of western medicine is abused to bring great potential safety hazard to pork meat products, and the medicine residue has become one of the main factors influencing the safety of pork products; therefore, the research and development of the functional additive for the blue-ear disease, which has low cost, no side effect and good effect, has very important practical significance.
