Experimental results show that the turbid discharging and itching relieving liquid soap group (example 3, example 4 and example 5) is 0.1ml/100g) and can obviously improve the itching threshold value of histamine phosphate on guinea pigs when being externally applied, and has obvious turbid discharging and itching relieving effects. In example 1, the effect is obviously inferior to that of examples 3, 4 and 5 because the adding proportion of the sample is too small, and the itch-causing threshold value of the individual medicinal materials of the Chinese wampee tree extract, the pomelo leaf extract, the lantana leaf extract, the loquat leaf extract and the honeysuckle extract to the guinea pigs is relatively low. The above experimental results show that the mixture of the five traditional Chinese medicine extracts has stronger effects of removing turbid pathogen and relieving itching than the single traditional Chinese medicine extract. The experiment result shows that the mixing ratio of the five traditional Chinese medicines is 0.5-2: 1.5-3: 0.5-2, and good turbidity-discharging and itching-relieving effects can be achieved. The antipruritic effects of examples 3 to 5 were far greater than the single-acting effects of examples 6 to 10.
1.2.2 experiments on the bacteriostatic Properties
The test was carried out by the QB/T2738-2012 (7.3) method. The action concentration and time are as follows: 10% concentration, action time 20 minutes. The experimental results are as follows:
TABLE 4 results of the tests of the bacteriostatic properties

Figure BDA0003275720480000061
Figure BDA0003275720480000071
Experiments show that the mixed extract of five traditional Chinese medicines including common lantana, shaddock leaf, loquat leaf extract, honeysuckle and Chinese wampee in examples 1-5 has a bacteriostatic property obviously higher than that of examples 6-10, and the bacteriostatic effect is obviously reduced by using only a single traditional Chinese medicine extract. When the concentration of the traditional Chinese medicine mixed extract containing the lantana camara, the shaddock leaf, the loquat leaf extract, the honeysuckle and the phellodendron amurense is gradually increased from 1% to 10%, the bacteriostasis rate is also increased from 50% to 90%, and the bacteriostasis effect is related to the use concentration. In the embodiments 3 to 5, the composition ratio of the five traditional Chinese medicines is within the range (0.5-2: 1.5-3: 0.5-2), so that the bacteriostatic performance of the product can be ensured.
Experiment 2 application of traditional Chinese medicine composition for removing turbid pathogen and relieving itching in shampoo
Application of Table 51 # extract to shampoo
Figure BDA0003275720480000081
In examples 11 to 13, the shampoo was prepared by the following general shampoo manufacturing formula process: adding APG into deionized water, further adding citric acid, sequentially adding fatty alcohol succinate disodium, CAB, triisostearic acid PEG-120 methyl glucose, olive oil, jojoba oil ester, camellia seed oil, and Chinese medicinal composition for removing turbidity and relieving itching, stirring while adding, heating to about 75 deg.C, cooling to about 40 deg.C, and adding antiseptic and essence.
