Abstract
在构件钻孔中锚固用的膨胀式锚固螺栓,它有一个杆身,杆身的后端具有用来固定物件的装置,在它的前端至少有一个横截面缩小的段和与之相连的膨胀锥,在此缩小的段上套有一个膨胀套筒。为了可靠地固定在拉伸区,膨胀套筒11、12的凸缘18、19上制有一个或多个通孔10。由此减弱了凸缘的刚性,螺栓的打入亦可比较容易进行。通孔可以是冲制的圆孔。
Description
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1所述类型的金属膨胀式锚固螺栓,用来锚固在构件的钻孔中。
这类膨胀锚固螺栓特别适用于硬质建筑材料中,其中,在伸出构件和要固定物件的螺杆上拧上螺母,使制在杆上的膨胀锥拉入支承在孔壁上的膨胀套筒中。因此,膨胀套筒扩张并楔入孔中。膨胀套筒通过制在它上面的止动部分支撑在此钻孔中,止动部分紧紧地抠入孔壁中。
由DEPS4117238已知这类有两个锥面的膨胀锚固螺栓,每个锥面上方装有一个膨胀套筒。膨胀套筒上制有隧道状向外拱的凸缘,它们一直延伸到膨胀套筒的大体中央,并制有一个连续的纵向缝和多个沿轴向的切口。
虽然这种已知的膨胀锚固螺栓可以不打滑地锚固住,但需要用较大的力打入,以克服插入时的阻力。
试验证明,刚性较大的凸缘外表面,对于锚固螺栓的插入性能起不良作用。其原因可认为是,凸缘的外表面形成两个不同的区域:一个后部,在锚栓插入时它表现为弹性的;另一个是刚性的前部。凸缘的刚性区造成高的挤压力,并因而造成与混凝土大的摩擦力,使锚固螺栓难以打入钻孔。
本发明的目的是提出一种本文开始所述类型的膨胀式锚固螺栓,它可以更容易插入,并保证可靠地固定在混凝土构件的拉伸区中。
此目的通过权利要求1所述的特征来达到。
通过在凸缘区加工一个通孔减弱了凸缘的刚性。尤其是,由于减小了凸缘在刚性区中的面积,所以减小了插入阻力,使锚固螺栓更容易打入。此通孔可以是冲制的圆孔。因而使凸缘获得齿状构形。孔的外缘边起制动棱的作用,在将膨胀锥插入时将膨胀套筒沿径向和轴向不可动摇地固定在钻孔中。通过锐边啮合在孔壁中,使膨胀套筒紧紧地抠入孔壁,并因而牢固地固定。
在施加转矩时套筒保持不动,并将螺栓拉入套筒中。
对于直径较大的锚固螺栓,最好在凸缘的弹性区再加设一个通孔。从而更加显著地降低凸缘的刚性,并使锚固螺栓的打入性能得到了进一步的改善。
将前轴颈段设计得比后轴颈段细,可增大在那里的膨胀套筒与轴颈之间的空隙。这使得膨胀套筒更易于向里变形,并使膨胀套筒与锥角匹配得更好。这一点又改善了膨胀套筒在锥体上的滑动,并在由于形成裂纹使钻孔扩大的情况下,保证均匀良好的再膨胀性能。
下面借助于附图详细说明本发明。

图1所示的膨胀式锚固螺栓包括一个杆身4,在杆身4的后端制有螺纹段3,用来固紧物件。在前部如图3所示制有台阶段38、39,在台阶段上朝前端方向各连接有一个带搭接区23的膨胀锥1、2。在台阶段38、39所在区内套有一个膨胀套筒11、12。膨胀套筒11和12分别用一个薄板条制成,薄板条弯曲成一个带轴向连续缝13的套筒。膨胀套筒11和12上除缝13外,还有两个表示在图2中的切口34、35,它们从膨胀套筒的前边缘16起,沿轴向一直延伸到膨胀套筒的大约中央。
从膨胀套筒11和12的后边缘17起,延伸有两个在图1和2中可见的凸缘18、19,它们凸出于杆身4的外表面。凸缘18、19有一个或多个通孔10。通孔10为冲制的圆孔。因此,凸缘18、19有齿状构形并带有如图7所示的止动棱21。
通孔10制在止缘18、19的前部15上。作为插入的辅助手段,膨胀式锚固螺栓有第一标记5和第二标记6。此外,在图1中可见一个拧在膨胀式锚固螺栓后端7上的螺母8和一个垫片9。
图3表示由图1已知的膨胀式锚固螺栓已打入一个圆筒形钻孔27,其中,膨胀套筒11、12表示为通过凸缘18、19的纵剖面。此外,由图3可以看出轴颈部31、32,它们过渡到膨胀锥1、2。轴颈段31的直径小于轴颈段32的直径。图3中可以看出,在膨胀套筒扩张前,凸缘18、19的外表面就如何已经与钻孔壁形成良好接触的情况。
要固定在基础25上的构件26借助于螺母8和垫片9紧压在基础25上。通过拧紧螺母8,膨胀套筒11、12留在它的在孔27中的原始位置上,而膨胀锚固螺栓带着它的膨胀锥1、2通过轴向移动被拉入膨胀套筒11、12中,如图4所示。由于轴颈段31、32的直径不同以及在凸缘18、19刚性区所制的孔10,所以膨胀套筒11、12轻度扩张。此时,孔10的外棱边21(表示在图5和6中)啮合在孔壁中,并使膨胀套筒11、12紧紧地抠入基础25中。
图5表示其上制有凸缘18、19和孔10以及切口34、35的薄板条,由此薄板条制成膨胀套筒11、12。在凸缘18前区15中的一个孔10可以例如用两个孔10来代替,如凸缘19那样。第二个孔10制在凸缘的后区14。
Claims (5)
1.锚固在构件钻孔中的膨胀式锚固螺栓,它有一个杆身,在杆身的后端具有用来固定物件的装置,在它的前端至少有两个横截面缩小的段和与之相连的膨胀锥,在缩小的轴颈段上各套有一个膨胀套筒,套筒上至少制有两个沿径向向外拱的凸缘,其特征为:凸缘(18、19)上制有一个或多个通孔(10);缩小的轴颈段(31、32)的直径是不同的。
2.按照权利要求1所述的膨胀式锚固螺栓,其特征为:通孔制在凸缘(18、19)的刚性区(15)内。
3.按照权利要求1所述的膨胀式锚固螺栓,其特征为:通孔(10)是圆孔。
4.按照权利要求3所述的膨胀式锚固螺栓,其特征为:通孔(10)构成齿形锐棱边(21)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的膨胀式锚固螺栓,其特征为:轴颈段(31)的直径小于轴颈段(32)的直径。
