Abstract
본 발명은 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍에서 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 팽창가능한 앵커는 생크의 후방단부에서 제품에 고정하기 위한 수단을 가지고, 이것의 전방단부에서 팽창기 원추를 결합하는 감소된 단면의 하나 이상의 부분을 가지고 감소된 부분위에 위치된 생크와, 팽창가능한 슬리브로 구성된다.
인장영역에서 고정을 신뢰성있게 얻기 위해서, 팽창가능한 슬리브(11,12)의 비드(18,19)는 하나 이상의 개구(10)를 구비한다. 그래서 상기 비드(18,19)의 강성은 감소되고, 상기 앵커는 보다 용이하게 구동체결될 수 있다. 상기 개구는 펀칭된 원형구멍의 형상을 가질 수 있다.

Claims (5)
- 생크의 후방단부에서 제품을 고정하기 위한 수단을 가지고, 전방단부에서 팽창기 원추와 결합하는 감소된 단면의 2개 이상의 부분을 가지며, 각각의 감소된 넥크부위에 위치된 생크와, 방사 외향으로 돌출되는 2개 이상의 오목한 비드가 장착된 팽창가능한 슬리브로 구성된 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍을 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커에 있어서, 상기 비드(18,19)는 하나 이상의 개구(10)를 구비하고, 상기 감소된 넥크부(31,32)의 직경은 서로 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍을 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구는 비드(18,19)의 강성 영역(15)내에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍을 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개구(10)는 원형구멍 형상을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍을 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 개구(10)는 날카로운 치형형상의 모서리(21)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍을 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 넥크부(31)의 직경은 상기 부분(32)의 직경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 구성품내에 드릴된 구멍을 앵커링하기 위한 팽창가능한 앵커.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
