本发明涉及纺织面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌桑皮混纺面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保和保健意识的增强,越来越多的消费者喜爱天然纤维织物。桑皮纤维属于韧皮类纤维,不仅可以具有泻肺平喘,兴水消肿的功效,还可以用作造纸原料,更是一种新型的天然纺织原料。我国具有丰富的桑皮资源,但桑皮纤维加工技术水平低。桑皮纤维的细度与棉接近,比麻小,长度偏短,长度差异大,短绒率高,纺纱牵伸过程中成纱困难,纱线条干差,存在较多的表面毛羽,纺纱难度大。
中国专利CN101831740A公开了一种桑皮纤维和粘胶基甲壳素纤维混纺纱线,由10-50%的桑皮纤维和50-90%的粘胶基甲壳素纤维混纺而成,得到的混纺纱线特数为9.7-27.8tex。但该专利制备的混纺纱线的粗糙度高,柔软度不佳。中国专利CN103556339A公开了一种丝光棉、茶纤维和桑皮纤维的混纺纱,包括下列成分:丝光棉70-80重量份、茶纤维10-20重量份和桑皮纤维20-30重量份。但该专利得到的混纺纱线的强度和柔软度不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种抑菌桑皮混纺面料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种抑菌桑皮混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤I,将桑皮纤维放到预处理液中,升温至92~96℃,处理40分钟~100分钟,经水洗、柔软剂处理后,晾干,得到预处理桑皮纤维,将预处理桑皮纤维、水溶性维纶纤维和棉纤维以重量比(45~60):(20~35):(5~35)混纺成纱,得到桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉混纺纱;
步骤II,将抗菌棉纤维、锦纶纤维和棉纤维以重量比为(15~30):(30~45):(25~55)进行混纺,得到抗菌棉/锦纶/棉混纺纱,上述抗菌棉/锦纶/棉混纺纱的密度为200T~240T;
步骤III,以桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉混纺纱为芯材,以氨纶纤维为外包纱,得到包芯纱,再将包芯纱放到水中,82~90℃水浴,得到桑皮/棉/氨纶复合纱,上述桑皮/棉复合纱的捻度为650~720T/m;使用氨纶纤维对桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉复合纱进行包裹,可以提高桑皮纤维的纺织性能和弹性,解决桑皮纤维不易纺织,弹性差的问题;
步骤IV,将步骤II得到的抗菌棉/锦纶/棉混纺纱采用大圆机织造成外层面料坯布,将步骤III得到的桑皮/棉复合纱织造成内层面料坯布;
步骤V,将外层面料坯布和内层面料坯布以缝合的方式进行连接,得到抑菌桑皮混纺面料坯布;
步骤VI,抑菌桑皮混纺面料坯布经过后整理:染色、柔软、还原清洗、定型处理,得到抑菌桑皮混纺面料。
进一步地,步骤I中,上述预处理液的原料包括:氢氧化钠2.8g/L~5.5g/L、双氧水1.4~3.5g/L。碱预处理可以将对碱液具有较高稳定性的纤维素进行初步分解,使桑皮初步脱胶,纤维的结构变得疏松,增加了后续果胶酶与桑皮纤维的接触面积,提高酶解效率。
进一步地,步骤I中,上述桑皮纤维的制备方法包括:将桑皮放到碱预处理液中,升温至89~94℃,处理30分钟~50分钟后水洗干净,再放到浓度为0.4~1.2g/L的果胶酶溶液中,调节pH值在4~5之间,升温至48~52℃,处理2小时~3小时,再放到清水中煮沸20~45分钟,经水洗后晾干,得桑皮纤维。
其中,桑皮纤维的纤维素和半纤维素之间填充着木质素和半纤维素,像粘合剂一样使纤维素和半纤维素网络结构更为稳定,纤维素是桑皮纤维的主要化学成分,起到骨架作用,可以提高纤维的强度、刚度和结构稳定性;较高的木质素含量影响纤维的手感,使得纤维发硬、发脆,导致纤维分离效果差;当酶处理时,果胶酶催化水解了果胶,打开了胶质之间的结合,而导致纤维的细度降低,而影响纤维的断裂强度,但胶质去除可以使纤维更为柔软,纺织性增加,为了兼顾纤维的柔软性和强度,采用酶处理和化学处理相结合;而先采用果胶酶处理桑皮纤维再采用较为温和的化学方法进行处理可以得到纤维细度更细,柔软度更佳的桑皮纤维,并且纤维纵向结构中的孔隙可以提高其隔热保暖性。
更进一步地,上述碱预处理液的原料包括:氢氧化钠4.5g/L~6.5g/L、脲素0.4g/L~2.6g/L。
进一步地,步骤II中,上述抗菌棉纤维的制备方法包括:将干燥的小蓟粉碎后装入无纺布抽线袋内,按小蓟与提取溶剂重量比为1:10~20浸泡10~14小时;煎煮60分钟~100分钟,得到第一滤液;再加入6~10倍的提取溶剂,煎煮40~60分钟后,再倒入第一滤液,得到小蓟提取液;向小蓟提取液中加入芦荟粉后,继续煎煮5~10分钟,再加入棉纤维,浸渍处理20分钟~50分钟,取出后置于高温烘箱中烘干,得到抗菌棉纤维。

1.本申请抑菌桑皮混纺面料中添加有植物提取的桑皮纤维,针对桑皮纤维粗糙度高,纺织性和弹性差的问题,将桑皮与棉纤维、水溶性维纶纤维进行混纺,提高其可纺性,并且后续溶解除去水溶性维纶可以提高纱线的柔软性,再以桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉混纺纱为芯材,以高弹力的氨纶纤维为外包纱,提高桑皮纤维的弹力;
2.本申请抑菌桑皮混纺面料对抗菌棉纤维、锦纶纤维和棉纤维进行混纺,提高织物的抗菌性能,抗菌棉纤维是将棉纤维放到自制抗菌液中,自制抗菌液中有效成分为小蓟提取液和芦荟粉,利用天然植物的抗菌性能,赋予纤维以及面料优异的抗菌性能;

抑菌桑皮混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤I,将桑皮纤维放到预处理液中,升温至94℃,处理70分钟,经水洗、柔软剂处理后,晾干,得到预处理桑皮纤维,将预处理桑皮纤维、水溶性维纶纤维和棉纤维以重量比50:25:25混纺成纱,得到桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉混纺纱;上述预处理液的原料包括:氢氧化钠4.2g/L、双氧水2.5g/L;上述桑皮纤维的制备方法包括:将桑皮放到碱预处理液中,升温至92℃,处理40分钟后水洗干净,再放到浓度为0.8g/L的果胶酶溶液中,调节pH值在4~5之间,升温至50℃,处理2.5小时,再放到清水中煮沸30分钟,经水洗后晾干,得桑皮纤维;上述碱预处理液的原料包括:氢氧化钠5.5g/L、脲素1.5g/L;

步骤I,将桑皮纤维放到预处理液中,升温至92~96℃,处理40分钟~100分钟,经水洗、柔软剂处理后,晾干,得到预处理桑皮纤维,将预处理桑皮纤维、水溶性维纶纤维和棉纤维以重量比(45~60):(20~35):(5~35)混纺成纱,得到桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉混纺纱;
步骤II,将抗菌棉纤维、锦纶纤维和棉纤维以重量比为(15~30):(30~45):(25~55)进行混纺,得到抗菌棉/锦纶/棉混纺纱,所述抗菌棉/锦纶/棉混纺纱的密度为200T~240T;
步骤III,以桑皮/水溶性维纶/棉混纺纱为芯材,以氨纶纤维为外包纱,得到包芯纱,再将包芯纱放到水中,82~90℃水浴,得到桑皮/棉/氨纶复合纱,所述桑皮/棉复合纱的捻度为650T/m~720T/m;

4.根据权利要求3所述的抑菌桑皮混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述碱预处理液的原料包括:氢氧化钠4.5g/L~6.5g/L、脲素0.4g/L~2.6g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌桑皮混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤II中,所述抗菌棉纤维的制备方法包括:将干燥的小蓟粉碎后装入无纺布抽线袋内,按小蓟与提取溶剂重量比为1:10~20浸泡10小时~14小时;煎煮60分钟~100分钟,得到第一滤液;再加入6~10倍的提取溶剂,煎煮40分钟~60分钟后,再倒入第一滤液,得到小蓟提取液;向小蓟提取液中加入芦荟粉后,继续煎煮5分钟~10分钟,再加入棉纤维,浸渍处理20分钟~50分钟,取出后置于高温烘箱中烘干,得到抗菌棉纤维。

8.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌桑皮混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤VI中,所述柔软处理的具体工艺包括:在水中加入3.5g/L~6.5g/L的有机硅柔软剂、1.2g/L~2.5g/L的丝素肽,得到柔软整理液;将染色后的抑菌桑皮混纺面料坯布放入到柔软整理液内,在0.3MPa~0.5MPa轧制压强下进行两浸两扎处理,再采用汽蒸处理10秒~25秒,洗涤干燥。
9.根据权利要求8所述的抑菌桑皮混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述柔软整理液中含有5g/L的有机硅柔软剂、1.8g/L的丝素肽。
10.一种抑菌桑皮混纺面料,其特征在于,根据权利要求1~9中任一项所述的制备方法制备而成。
