本发明涉及脱模剂技术领域,具体为一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂。
背景技术
现目前铸造工厂在湿砂造型时,多采用煤油、柴油或轻机油等纯油性脱模剂,这种脱模剂功能单一,不易清洗,润滑性不足且不防锈,不能满足目前使用需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,具备高清洗性高润滑且防锈的优点,解决了目前脱模剂功能单一,不易清洗,润滑性不足且不防锈,不能满足目前使用需求的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现高清洗性高润滑且防锈的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:溶剂油72-86份、高级润滑剂3-5份、高级脂肪酸3-5份、表面活化剂2-5份、水5-10份和滑石粉1-3份。
一种如高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:挑选原材料:溶剂油、高级润滑剂、高级脂肪酸、表面活化剂、水和滑石粉;
S2:根据生产需求称取所需份数的溶剂油、高级润滑剂、高级脂肪酸、表面活化剂、水和滑石粉;
S3:以溶剂油为基本原料,添加高级润滑剂和高级脂肪酸,将其进行混合并进行搅拌;
S4:待S3中混合溶剂搅拌均匀后,再添加表面活化剂和水,将其加热并恒温搅拌,搅拌中添加滑石粉,形成湿砂造型脱模剂。
优选的,所述滑石粉经过筛选去杂,随后加入至球磨机中球磨,进行多次研磨,得到细腻的滑石粉。
优选的,所述S3步骤中,通过搅拌器对溶剂油、高级润滑剂和高级脂肪酸进行搅拌,搅拌时间为15-20min,搅拌速度为100-120r/min。
优选的,所述S4步骤中,加热温度至120-150℃,并恒温25-30min,恒温过程中持续搅拌,搅拌速度为350-400r/min。
优选的,所述S4步骤中,添加滑石粉后,搅拌速度为550-700r/min,搅拌30-40min,搅拌温度为110-125℃。
优选的,所述S4步骤中,形成湿砂造型脱模剂后,低速搅拌降温到30-40℃后出料包装。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,具备以下有益效果:
该高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,具有高清洗性,降低了增加清洗模具的难度;具体高润滑性和优良的脱模性,降低了脱模难度的同时提高了模具精度;同时具有优良的防锈性,防止模具生锈和腐蚀,满足目前使用需求。

一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:溶剂油86份、高级润滑剂3份、高级脂肪酸3份、表面活化剂2份、水5份和滑石粉1份。
实施例2
一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,由以下质量百分比的各组分组成:溶剂油72份、高级润滑剂5份、高级脂肪酸5份、表面活化剂5份、水10份和滑石粉3份。
实施例3
一种如高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:挑选原材料:溶剂油、高级润滑剂、高级脂肪酸、表面活化剂、水和滑石粉,所述滑石粉经过筛选去杂,将滑石粉中含有的杂质进行筛选取出,随后加入至球磨机中球磨,进行多次研磨,得到细腻的滑石粉;
S2:根据生产需求称取所需份数的溶剂油、高级润滑剂、高级脂肪酸、表面活化剂、水和滑石粉;
S3:以溶剂油为基本原料,添加高级润滑剂和高级脂肪酸,将其进行混合并进行搅拌,通过搅拌器对溶剂油、高级润滑剂和高级脂肪酸进行搅拌,搅拌时间为15min,搅拌速度为100r/min;
S4:待S3中混合溶剂搅拌均匀后,再添加表面活化剂和水,将其加热并恒温搅拌,加热温度至150℃,并恒温25min,恒温过程中持续搅拌,搅拌速度为350r/min,搅拌中添加滑石粉,搅拌速度为700r/min,搅拌30min,搅拌温度为125℃,形成湿砂造型脱模剂后,低速搅拌降温到30℃后出料包装。
实验数据
取本实施例1与2中湿砂造型脱模剂和市面上常见的湿砂造型脱模剂划分为ABC两组,A组为实施例1中湿砂造型脱模剂,B组为实施例2中湿砂造型脱模剂,C组为市面上常见的湿砂造型脱模剂,将其在同样的工作环境下进行使用,对比使用A组和B组一周后后模具数据如下表:

综上所述,该高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂,具有高清洗性,降低了增加清洗模具的难度;具体高润滑性和优良的脱模性,降低了脱模难度的同时提高了模具精度;同时具有优良的防锈性,防止模具生锈和腐蚀,满足目前使用需求。

2.一种如权利要求1所述的高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:挑选原材料:溶剂油、高级润滑剂、高级脂肪酸、表面活化剂、水和滑石粉;
S2:根据生产需求称取所需份数的溶剂油、高级润滑剂、高级脂肪酸、表面活化剂、水和滑石粉;
S3:以溶剂油为基本原料,添加高级润滑剂和高级脂肪酸,将其进行混合并进行搅拌;
S4:待S3中混合溶剂搅拌均匀后,再添加表面活化剂和水,将其加热并恒温搅拌,搅拌中添加滑石粉,形成湿砂造型脱模剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂的制造方法,其特征在于:所述滑石粉经过筛选去杂,随后加入至球磨机中球磨,进行多次研磨,得到细腻的滑石粉。

7.根据权利要求2所述的一种高清洗性高润滑且防锈的湿砂造型脱模剂的制造方法,其特征在于:所述S4步骤中,形成湿砂造型脱模剂后,低速搅拌降温到30-40℃后出料包装。
