Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to an oil-control acne-removing composition, a skin-care product, a skin-care gel and a preparation method thereof
Background
Acne is also known as whelk, comedo and acne. It is mostly found in the area of face, back and chest with many sebaceous glands; the causes of the acne are mainly hyperseborrhea, sebaceous gland follicular hyperkeratosis, massive propionibacterium acnes propagation, perifollicular inflammatory reaction and the like.
Acne is a widespread sebaceous gland chronic inflammatory skin disease, even develops into a serious skin problem, affects more than 85 percent of adolescents worldwide, has wide potential hazards, and has become the eighth global pandemic. While acne has traditionally been considered a disease affecting adolescents, recent studies have shown that acne is affecting an increasing number of adults, about 50% of which are affected by 20 or over 20 years of age.
The existing acne removing products on the market have the following problems: 1. easily cause skin allergy and has great skin irritation; such as: patent CN105796424A discloses an acne-removing composition, which has excellent acne-removing effect. However, chemical components such as salicylic acid and azelaic acid are selected to achieve a good acne removing effect, and meanwhile, certain irritation is often brought to the skin. 2. Such as: the compound acne-removing traditional Chinese medicine extract disclosed in patent CN200910235809 comprises salvia miltiorrhiza, clove, scutellaria baicalensis, rheum officinale and mangnolia officinalis, and has a good clinical effect. Patent CN105012479A acne-removing composition comprises shea butter, phellodendron bark extract, black willow bark extract, purslane extract, perilla extract, centella asiatica extract and mung bean extract. In the patent, a plurality of Chinese herbal medicine plant extracts with low active matter content are selected as acne removing components, and the acne removing components are usually effective only by adding high amount, so that the formula cost is increased, and the effect is slow.

In a preferred embodiment, the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition consists of the following components in parts by weight: tanshinone: 35-55 parts of a solvent; sodium guaiazulene sulfonate: 18-40 parts of a binder; madecassoside: 12-25 parts.
In a preferred embodiment, the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: (1-2): 1.
in a preferred embodiment, the mass ratio of the tanshinone, the sodium guaiazulene sulfonate and the madecassoside is (1.5-3): (1.2-1.8): 1.
the tanshinone added in the oil-controlling acne-removing composition is a salvia miltiorrhiza root extract, is an effective component extracted from the salvia miltiorrhiza root, and has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, eliminating stagnation, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation and inhibiting excessive sebum secretion.
The tanshinone applied in the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition can play a role in effectively inhibiting propionibacterium acnes and staphylococcus aureus. Tanshinone can also inhibit the activity of 5 a-reductase, and a plurality of researches show that the 5 a-reductase can promote the secretion of skin grease. Therefore, the tanshinone applied in the composition for controlling oil and removing acne can balance grease secretion and avoid excessive exuberance of sebaceous glands.
The guaiazulene sodium sulfonate has the effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, removing toxins, relieving pain and reducing swelling.
The madecassoside is a potent and highly pure active ingredient and is one of the main substances present in centella asiatica. It has antipruritic, anti-erythema and anti-desquamation effects, and can relieve sensitive skin, atopic dermatitis and repair acne scar. The application of the madecassoside in the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition can play a role in relieving sensitive skin, atopic dermatitis and repairing acne marks and scars.
The oil-control acne-removing composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: (1-2): 1, preferably (1.5-3): (1.2-1.8): 1. when the mass ratio of tanshinone, guaiazulene sodium sulfonate and madecassoside is (1-4): (1-2): 1, the three active substances can achieve better synergistic effect and oil control and acne removal effects after being compounded.
According to the oil-control acne-removing composition, the addition amount of tanshinone is 25-60 parts, and the addition amount of sodium guaiazulene sulfonate is 15-45 parts; the addition amount of the madecassoside is 10-30 parts, and the total weight of the three is 100 parts.
When the weight of the oil-controlling acne-removing composition is 100 parts, the tanshinone can provide excellent bacteriostatic and oil secretion balancing performances when the tanshinone addition amount is in the range of 25-60 parts. When the addition amount of the tanshinone is less than 25 parts, excellent bacteriostatic and grease secretion balancing performances cannot be obtained; when the addition amount of tanshinone is more than 60 parts, the excessive tanshinone can not exert better effect. Preferably 35-55 parts of tanshinone, and more preferably 50 parts.
The oil-control acne-removing composition is prepared from, by weight, 100 parts of the oil-control acne-removing composition, 15-45 parts of sodium guaiazulene sulfonate, preferably 18-40 parts of sodium guaiazulene sulfonate, and more preferably 30 parts of sodium guaiazulene sulfonate. When the addition amount of the guaiazulene sodium sulfonate is within the range of 15-45 parts, the guaiazulene sodium sulfonate can provide excellent effects of resisting bacteria, diminishing inflammation, removing toxins, relieving pain and diminishing swelling. When the addition amount of the guaiazulene sodium sulfonate is less than 15 parts, excellent effects of antibiosis, antiphlogosis, toxin removal, pain relief and detumescence cannot be obtained; when the addition amount of the guaiazulene sodium sulfonate is more than 45 parts, redundant guaiazulene sodium sulfonate cannot play a better effect.
The adding amount of the madecassoside is 10-30 parts, preferably 12-2 parts, and more preferably 20 parts, based on 100 parts of the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition by weight. When the addition amount of the madecassoside is within the range of 10-30 parts, the madecassoside can provide excellent effects of repairing pox scars. When the addition amount of the madecassoside is less than 10 parts, excellent effect of repairing pox scars cannot be obtained; when the addition amount of the madecassoside is more than 30 parts, the redundant madecassoside can not play a better effect.
The oil-controlling acne-removing composition disclosed by the invention can achieve better synergistic effect and oil-controlling acne-removing effect by compounding according to a specific proportion.
As a second aspect of the invention, the invention also provides a skin care product, which comprises the oil-controlling acne-removing composition in any one of the above schemes, wherein the oil-controlling acne-removing composition accounts for 0.1-1.5% of the skin care product in percentage by mass.
The skin care product can realize the effects of controlling oil and removing acnes only by adding a small amount of the oil-controlling and acne-removing composition. The corresponding skin care product also comprises other acceptable auxiliary materials on the skin care product, and the skin care product can be in a water dosage form, a jelly dosage form, an emulsion dosage form and the like.

From the above experimental data, the following experimental results were obtained:
as can be seen from Table 4, the results of the trial survey of the population show that the acne lesions of the subjects subside to different degrees after 7 days of the skin-care gels I to III. And 7 days after the test product skin-care gel IV-VI is used, the fading condition of the acne skin lesion is poorer than that of the skin-care gels I-III.
C4: skin surface oil content test
The oil content of the skin surface was measured by using an oil content measuring probe of a multifunctional skin tester MPA580 (CK, germany). The probe (SM815) contained a special matt tape 8mm wide and about 0.1mm thick. The principle is that the adhesive tape becomes semitransparent when absorbing grease, and the transparency is larger as the grease amount is increased. Therefore, the light transmission amount is used as the measuring basis of the oil content on the skin surface. Higher values indicate higher oil content of the skin. Table 5 shows the change in the oil content on the skin surface of the subject after 7 days of application and before application.
