Description

Shea butter sensitive skin full-effect repair emulsion and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of cosmetics. In particular to a sensitive skin full-effect repairing emulsion taking shea butter as an effective component, and a preparation method and application of the emulsion.
Background
In china, nearly 80% of women have skin problems. 72% of the population consciously perceive the skin as sub-healthy, and 14% consider themselves to have significant skin disease. For the treatment of skin problems, 64% of the patients are preferably self-administered or tolerated, and 35.75% of the patients consider to see the dermatology department in time. Even 45% of college students with poor skin condition have affected mental health problems such as unconsciousness, social interaction, and job hunting.
Currently, several major symptoms of skin allergy are: eczema, acne, and red rash, pruritus, blister, and red swelling due to allergy. Wherein the acne accounts for 63%, the dry desquamation accounts for 45%, and the skin sensitivity accounts for 33%. The main current approach to treating allergic muscles is to use antibiotic and hormonal drugs, but the long-term use of these drugs can be harmful to the human body.
In fact, the major skin allergy problem is the impaired skin barrier. The skin barrier is the first line of defense of the human body, and the healthy skin barrier can resist external harmful substances, stimulation and sunlight entering and has the effects of moisturizing and regulating. However, when the skin barrier is fragile or damaged, the skin cannot adapt to the change of the external environment, so that sensitive and inflammatory reactions of the skin can be easily caused, and a lot of troubles of skin allergy can be brought.
However, no skin care product capable of fully relieving all skin allergy symptoms exists in the current skin care products.

Detailed Description
The inventor finds that the existing cosmetics or medicines for treating, improving or relieving skin allergy symptoms cannot simultaneously and obviously improve or treat acne, eczema and various skin allergy symptoms. Through extensive and intensive research, the inventor unexpectedly discovers that the allergic muscle full-effect repair emulsion prepared by taking specific shea butter as a main component and combining other traditional Chinese medicine herbal functional components and adopting a specific process can quickly, effectively and comprehensively relieve all skin allergic symptoms, and particularly can simultaneously play a role in acne, eczema and various skin allergic symptoms. The present invention has been completed based on this finding.
Allergic symptoms of skin
Several major symptoms of skin allergy include:
eczema is a common skin disease in modern society, and patients with eczema can be suffered from various ages and are common to infants. Eczema is a common inflammatory skin disease of epidermis and dermis superficial layer caused by various internal and external factors. Eczema has a complex pathogenesis and is mainly a delayed allergic reaction caused by complex internal and external exciting factors. The sensitivity of a patient is very strong, a lot of substances can be positively reacted during a patch test, but eczema cannot disappear quickly after the sensitizing factors are removed; some patients can change the reactivity of the organism by strengthening exercise, changing the environment and the like, and can not have eczema when receiving various factors which induce the eczema in the past, which all show the complexity of the pathogenesis of the eczema. The subjective symptoms are intense in pruritus. If acute and subacute eczema is not treated actively, the eczema can be converted into chronic eczema if the eczema is not cured repeatedly, the skin lesion is dark red or brownish red spots or maculopapules, the skin lesion is often combined and thickened to be changed like lichen, scales, scratches and blood crusts are formed on the surface of the eczema, and the eczema is scattered around a few papules, maculopapules and the like. And the disease is repeatedly developed at this time.
The current treatment method for eczema comprises the following steps: at present, no specific therapy is available for eczema dermatosis, and oral antihistamine medicines and corticoid medicines are mostly adopted for temporary inhibition. Such as oral western medicine, oral hormone, topical solution lotion, emulsion, paste, oil, ointment, emulsion, plastics, tincture and plaster.
Acne is also known as "whelk", "acne", "comedo" or "pox". The pathogenesis of the cancer is mainly recognized as four aspects: hyperkeratosis of the epithelium of hair follicles and sebaceous glands; sebaceous gland mass secretion; colonization by microorganism (Propionibacterium acnes, Malassezia); inflammation and immune response. In adolescence, a large amount of androgen is secreted, so that the proliferation and abnormal keratinization of the epifollicular sebaceous gland duct are promoted, acne is formed, and pores are blocked. The sebaceous gland secretes a large amount, and the androgen can cause the blockage of a hair follicle duct and can also secrete a large amount of sebum by stimulating the sebaceous gland. Two major microorganisms live in the follicular ducts: propionibacterium acnes and Malassezia are propagated in large quantities. The exuberant sebum secretion tends to accumulate dirt, especially fat-soluble organic substances and many kinds of microorganisms, which induce inflammation and infection. The pores are large, so that bacteria, fungi, viruses and the like can be easily driven in directly to cause infection, thereby causing inflammatory reaction, and acne generates comedones.
The current treatment method for pox comprises the following steps: acne is caused by the fact that sebaceous gland secretion is vigorous due to simple endocrine disturbance, and the symptoms caused by overhigh androgen level can be considered by using estrogen medicines, and the oil secretion is reduced so as to improve the symptoms of the acne; if the follicular orifice is large due to follicular keratosis and then the sebaceous gland duct is blocked, closed-pore pox can occur, the treatment can be carried out by using a medicament for softening the cutin, such as vitamin A acid cream or salicylic acid cream; pox presents an infectious condition that generally requires topical mupirocin cream treatment, and in severe cases oral tetracycline antibiotic treatment is also contemplated.
For sensitive skin, if allergy occurs, symptoms such as red rash, itching, blisters, red swelling, etc. may be caused. Skin allergy may be caused by exposure to allergic substances, such as food with allergic properties, or by the administration of certain drugs. At present, the symptoms of sensitive skin are relieved mainly by taking chlorpheniramine, loratadine, cetirizine and other medicaments.
Therefore, the pathogenesis of eczema and pox is completely different. Eczema is an inflammatory skin disease of epidermis and dermis superficial layer which is mostly generated due to allergy caused by internal and external factors, and is frequently generated in infants. Acne is skin inflammation caused by blockage of sebaceous gland ducts due to large follicular orifices caused by endocrine changes, and is frequently found in whelk. At present, no specific treatment is available for eczema and pox skin diseases. Hormone and antibiotic treatment are mostly used, the treatment is temporary and permanent, and long-term use has side effect on human body.
Shea butter
Shea butter (or shea butter) from Africa is mainly produced in West Fei (70% of the world's Missible oil grows in Buckinasuo in West Fei). Shea butter has a persistent vitality, and shea butter squeezed from the fruit contains rich nutrient substances.
The american shea butter association, established in 2002, classified shea butter into four levels of ABCF. The shea butter used in the present invention is a grade a shea butter, a shea butter with high purity (> 99.9%), low acid value (< 5). The shea butter used in the present invention is rich in natural bioactive substances. In a specific embodiment, the shea butter has a natural bioactive content of 5-10 wt%, and the natural bioactive substances are cinnamic acid, terpineol, episterol, natural vitamins A, E and F, and trace phytonutrients. The shea butter is rich in nutrient substances, fine and smooth and easy to absorb, and does not contain any chemical additive.
As used herein, "acid number" is meant to indicate the number of milligrams of potassium hydroxide (KOH) required to neutralize 1 gram of chemical. Acid number is a measure of the amount of free carboxylic acid groups in a compound (e.g., fatty acid) or mixture. A typical measurement procedure is to dissolve a known aliquot of the sample in an organic solvent, titrate it with a known concentration of potassium hydroxide solution, and use the phenolphthalein solution as a color indicator. The acid value can be used as an index of the degree of deterioration of the oil or fat. The unit of acid number is: (KOH)/(mg/g).
