Abstract

一种含油轴承结构,应用于风扇,包括轴心座、转轴、含油轴承,所述轴心座上设置有凸台,所述凸台中心处内凹形成槽孔,所述转轴的轴线及所述含油轴承的轴线垂直于所述轴心座设置,所述转轴一端插设在所述槽孔内,另外一端向形成自由端,所述含油轴承套设在所述转轴的外周,所述含油轴承与所述转轴的有效长度为所述风扇厚度的50‑70%。所述薄型风扇,使用上述所述的含油轴承结构。通过增加轴承对转轴的接触面有效长度,使轴承对转轴的包裹性更好,可使转轴转动时更加稳定,使转轴的径向荷载承受力增强,可有效延长转轴的寿命,也能够有效降低转轴转动时的噪声。

技术领域
本申请涉及风扇结构技术领域,特别是指一种含油轴承结构及包含该结构的薄型风扇。
背景技术
本部分旨在为权利要求书中陈述的本申请的实施方式提供背景或上下文。此处的描述不因为包括在本部分中就承认是现有技术。
风扇是电脑散热系统的一个关键组成部件,提高风扇的运行寿命、可靠性对保障电脑系统的稳定运行至关重要。而风扇的轴承润滑和密封设计对提高风扇的使用寿命、降低噪声起着举足轻重的作用。
由于含油轴承(即套筒轴承)具有低成本及运行初期低噪音的特性,风扇广泛采用含油轴承。含油轴承在非运转状态,润滑油充满其孔隙,运转时,轴回转因摩擦而发热,轴瓦热膨胀使孔隙减小,于是,润滑油溢出,进入轴承间隙。当轴停止转动后,轴瓦冷却,孔隙恢复,润滑油又被吸回孔隙。由于含油轴承所在部位的重要,含油轴承的寿命将直接影响到风扇的整机寿命。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种改进的含油轴承。
本申请提供的技术方案为:
一种含油轴承结构,应用于风扇,包括轴心座、转轴、含油轴承,所述轴心座上设置有凸台,所述凸台中心处内凹形成槽孔,所述转轴的轴线及所述含油轴承的轴线垂直于所述轴心座设置,所述转轴一端插设在所述槽孔内,另外一端向形成自由端,所述含油轴承套设在所述转轴的外周,所述含油轴承与所述转轴的有效长度为所述风扇厚度的50-70%。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述转轴与所述含油轴承的接触面之间注有油膜。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述含油轴承与所述凸台之间的间隙在0.15-0.25mm。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述含油轴承指向所述凸台一端设置有支撑部,所述支撑部环设在所述凸台外周,以实现所述含油轴承固定在所述凸台上,所述含油轴承远离所述轴心座一端设置有基座,所述基座上设置有固定所述含油轴承位置的固定装置。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述固定装置为设置在所述基座上的固定环,所述固定环贴合设置在所述含油轴承的外周,所述固定环一端固定在所述基座上,所述固定环远离所述基座一端向所述含油轴承的端面延伸设置有限位环。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述转轴指向所述基座一端端部设置有耐磨片,所述耐磨片两侧面分别与所述基座及所述转轴端面相互贴合设置。
本申请的另外一个目的在于提供一种薄型风扇,使用上述所述的含油轴承结构,所述风扇包括马达组件、扇叶及风扇外壳,所述轴心座外周向所述转轴自由端延伸设置形成延伸部,所述延伸部呈圆环形,所述扇叶固定在所述延伸部的外周,所述马达组件位于所述延伸部的内侧。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述马达组件结构包括马达及马达壳,所述马达固定设置在所述含油轴承的外周,所述马达壳固定贴合在所述延伸部的内侧。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述风扇外壳包括风扇底盖及风扇框,所述风扇底盖呈圆形,所述风扇框环设在所述风扇框的边缘,所述风扇底盖位于所述转轴背离轴心座一端,所述风扇框位于所述风扇底盖指向所述轴心座一侧。
在本申请一些实施例中,所述风扇外壳还包括上盖,所述上盖呈圆环状,所述上盖外周周边固定设置在所述风扇框上。
上述所述含油轴承结构通过增加轴承对转轴的接触面有效长度,使轴承对转轴的包裹性更好,一方面可使转轴转动时更加稳定,同时使转轴的径向荷载承受力增强,可有效延长转轴的使用寿命,另一方面也能够有效降低所述转轴转动时的噪声。且同时转子重心距离轴承中心接近,使转轴与轴承的相互作用力更为平衡,提高寿命。

本申请提供了一种含油轴承结构及包含该结构的薄型风扇,其中所述含油轴承结构,应用于风扇,包括轴心座、转轴、含油轴承,所述轴心座上设置有凸台,所述凸台中心处内凹形成槽孔,所述转轴的轴线及所述含油轴承的轴线垂直于所述轴心座设置,所述转轴一端插设在所述槽孔内,另外一端向形成自由端,所述含油轴承套设在所述转轴的外周,所述含油轴承与所述转轴的有效长度为所述风扇厚度的50-70%。所述薄型风扇,使用上述所述的含油轴承结构,所述风扇包括马达组件、扇叶及风扇外壳,所述轴心座外周向所述转轴自由端延伸设置形成延伸部,所述延伸部呈圆环形,所述扇叶固定在所述延伸部的外周,所述马达组件位于所述延伸部的内侧。
通常设计的含油轴承与转轴的有效长度占风扇厚度的百分比大于40%并且小于50%,本申请通过增加轴承对转轴的接触面有效长度,使轴承对转轴的包裹性更好,一方面可使转轴转动时更加稳定,同时使转轴的径向荷载承受力增强,可有效延长转轴的使用寿命,另一方面也能够有效降低所述转轴转动时的噪声。且同时转子重心距离轴承中心接近,使转轴与轴承的相互作用力更为平衡,提高寿命。

请参阅图1和图2,一种薄型风扇100,包括含油轴承结构10、马达组件20、若干扇叶30及风扇外壳50,所述含油轴承结构10设置在所述薄型风扇100的中心位置,所述马达组件20、若干所述扇叶30及所述风扇外壳50由内向外依次设置在所述含油轴承结构10的外周。
请参阅图2,所述含油轴承结构10包括轴心座11、转轴12、含油轴承13及基座15,所述轴心座11与所述基座15均呈圆盘形设置,并且所述轴心座11及所述基座15大致平行设置,所述转轴12及所述含油轴承13位于所述轴心座11及所述基座15之间,所述转轴12的轴线及所述含油轴承13的轴线均垂直于所述轴心座11所在平面设置,在一实施方式中,所述含油轴承13与所述转轴12之间的有效长度占薄型风扇100厚度的60%。在其他实施方式中,所述含油轴承13与所述转轴12之间的有效长度占薄型风扇100厚度的百分比为50-70%。
请参阅图2,所述轴心座11包括凸台111及延伸部113,所述凸台111呈圆柱形,且位于所述轴心座11指向所述基座15一侧侧面,所述凸台111上内凹形成有槽孔1111,用于固定所述转轴12。所述延伸部113为所述轴心座11外周向所述基座15一端延伸形成的,所述延伸部113呈圆环状。
所述转轴12插设在所述轴心座11上的槽孔1111内,在所述转轴12的外周覆盖有一层油膜121。所述含油轴承13套设在所述转轴12上,所述含油轴承13的中央设置有轴心孔,用于所述转轴12的贯穿。在一实施方式中,所述含油轴承13的外径大于所述凸台111的外径设置,所述含油轴承13指向所述轴心座11一端设置有支撑部131,所述支撑部131包覆在所述凸台111的外周,且所述含油轴承13与所述凸台111之间的间隙为0.15mm。通过支撑部131的设置,使得含油轴承13与所述转轴12之间的有效长度增加,从而使得含油轴承13对转轴12的包裹性更好。且通过对所述含油轴承13与所述凸台111之间的间隙限定,可以有效的防止含油軸承內的潤滑油流失。在其他实施方式中,所述含油轴承13与所述凸台111之间的间隙还可以设置为0.15-0.25mm的数值。
所述基座15用于抵接所述转轴12远离所述轴心座11一端,所述基座15上设置有固定环151及耐磨片153,所述固定环151环设在所述含油轴承13的外周,所述固定环151远离基座15一端设置有限位环1511,所述限位环1511抵接在所述支撑部131背离所述含油轴承13一端。所述耐磨片153设置在所述基座15指向所述转轴12一侧侧面,具体的,所述耐磨片153设置在所述转轴12的端部,并且所述耐磨片153分别与所述基座15及所述转轴12的端面相互抵接设置。
请参阅图1,所述马达组件20设置在所述延伸部113的内侧,所述马达组件20包括马达21、胶磁23及马达壳25,所述马达21固定设置在所述固定环151的外周,所述马达壳25贴合设置在所述延伸部113的内壁上,所述胶磁23位于所述马达21与所述马达壳25之间,所述胶磁23固定在所述马达壳25内壁上。在一实施方式中,所述马达21上还固定有印刷电路板。
所述扇叶30设置在所述延伸部113的外周,若干所述扇叶30圆周阵列设置,所述扇叶30上向所述延伸部113延伸有固定结构,所述扇叶30通过固定结构固定设置在所述延伸部113上,在一实施方式中,所述固定结构为所述延伸部113上指向扇叶30一侧延伸的自由端。
所述风扇外壳50罩设在所述扇叶30的外周,所述风扇外壳50包括风扇底盖51及风扇框53,所述风扇底盖51大致与所述基座15共面设置,所述风扇底盖51呈圆盘形状,所述风扇框53环设在所述风扇底盖51的外周,所述风扇框53位于所述风扇底盘指向所述轴心座11一侧。在其他实施方式中,所述风扇外壳50还包括上盖55,所述上盖55位于所述风扇框53背离所述风扇底盖51一端,所述上盖55呈圆环状。

Claims (10)

1.一种含油轴承结构,应用于风扇,包括轴心座、转轴、含油轴承,所述轴心座上设置有凸台,所述凸台中心处内凹形成槽孔,所述转轴的轴线及所述含油轴承的轴线垂直于所述轴心座设置,所述转轴一端插设在所述槽孔内,另外一端向形成自由端,所述含油轴承套设在所述转轴的外周,其特征在于:所述含油轴承与所述转轴的有效长度为所述风扇厚度的50-70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含油轴承结构,其特征在于:所述转轴与所述含油轴承的接触面之间注有油膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含油轴承结构,其特征在于:所述含油轴承与所述凸台之间的间隙在0.15-0.25mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含油轴承结构,其特征在于:所述含油轴承指向所述凸台一端设置有支撑部,所述支撑部环设在所述凸台外周,以实现所述含油轴承固定在所述凸台上,所述含油轴承远离所述轴心座一端设置有基座,所述基座上设置有固定所述含油轴承位置的固定装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含油轴承结构,其特征在于:所述固定装置为设置在所述基座上的固定环,所述固定环贴合设置在所述含油轴承的外周,所述固定环一端固定在所述基座上,另一端设有限位环,所述限位环向所述含油轴承的端面延伸设置。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含油轴承结构,其特征在于:所述转轴指向所述基座一端设置有耐磨片,所述耐磨片分别与所述基座及所述转轴相互贴合设置。
7.一种薄型风扇,其特征在于:使用权利要求1-6任一所述的含油轴承结构,所述风扇包括马达组件、扇叶及风扇外壳,所述轴心座外周向所述转轴自由端延伸设置形成延伸部,所述扇叶固定在所述延伸部的外周,所述马达组件位于所述延伸部的内侧。
8.根据权利要求7所述的薄型风扇,其特征在于:所述马达组件结构包括马达及马达壳,所述马达固定设置在所述含油轴承的外周,所述马达壳固定贴合在所述延伸部的内侧。
9.根据权利要求7所述的薄型风扇,其特征在于:所述风扇外壳包括风扇底盖及风扇框,所述风扇底盖呈圆形,所述风扇框环设在所述风扇框的边缘,所述风扇底盖位于所述转轴背离轴心座一端,所述风扇框位于所述风扇底盖指向所述轴心座一侧。
10.根据权利要求9所述的薄型风扇,其特征在于:所述风扇外壳还包括上盖,所述上盖呈圆环状,所述上盖外周周边固定设置在所述风扇框上。
