Abstract
本发明涉及汽车内饰包覆件表皮贴合胶水技术领域,公开了一种汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,包括放件工位,其特征在于:放件工位上设有胶机传动带,胶机传送带的中部设有冷却装置,胶机传送带的末端设有涂胶装置,涂胶装置包括传动滚筒和位于传动滚筒上方的涂胶滚筒,表皮经由胶机传送带传送至涂胶滚筒与传动滚筒之间,涂胶滚筒斜上方设有上胶滚筒,上胶滚筒的两端上方均设有输胶管的出胶口,输胶管的进胶口均与滚胶加热机连接。本发明还公开了一种汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置的涂覆方法。本发明汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置及其涂覆方法,避免在生产工位进行喷胶,有效改善车间的生产环境。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车内饰包覆件表皮贴合胶水技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置及其涂覆方法。
背景技术
一般汽车内饰包覆零件主要是由塑胶材质基材喷胶和软质包覆表皮贴合所组成,软质包覆零件可以提升零件的美观性,且触感良好。
但以往的软质包覆零件生产骨架贴合表皮时,塑胶基材需预先喷胶烘干后放置在贴合设备的上胎模,表皮放置在贴合设备的下胎模,将骨架使用加热板加热后进行压合。由于喷胶工位在车间内部,有大量的溶剂在喷胶工位及附近区域,对车间环境产生很大的影响,有损操作人员的身体健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对上述技术的不足,提供一种汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置及其涂覆方法,避免在生产工位进行喷胶,有效改善车间的生产环境。
为实现上述目的,本发明所设计的汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,包括放件工位,所述放件工位上设有胶机传动带,所述胶机传送带的末端设有冷却装置,所述胶机传送带的中部设有涂胶装置,所述涂胶装置包括传动滚筒和位于所述传动滚筒上方的涂胶滚筒,表皮经由所述胶机传送带传送至所述涂胶滚筒与所述传动滚筒之间,所述涂胶滚筒斜上方设有上胶滚筒,所述上胶滚筒的两端上方均设有输胶管的出胶口,所述输胶管的进胶口均与滚胶加热机连接。
优选地,调整所述涂胶滚筒与所述传动滚筒之间的距离与所述表皮的厚度适应。
优选地,调整所述涂胶滚筒与所述上胶滚筒的距离来调整涂胶量。
优选地,所述冷却装置内设有冷风机。
一种所述汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置的涂覆方法,包括如下步骤:
A)准备待涂胶的表皮;
B)启动所述滚胶加热机,加热胶水15~20分钟,使胶水达到可涂胶的熔融状态,经所述输胶管传送到所述上胶滚筒上;
C)启动所述胶机传送带,将待涂胶的表皮放到所述胶机传送带上,传送至所述涂胶滚筒及传动滚筒位置,经所述涂胶滚筒对表皮背面涂胶,此步骤中,所述传动滚筒可压紧所述表皮,同时可根据表皮不同厚度,调整所述涂胶滚筒和传动滚筒之间的间距,所述滚胶加热机加热胶水至熔融态通过输胶管进入所述上胶滚筒和涂胶滚筒之间,经所述涂胶滚筒均匀涂覆到表皮背面;
D)涂胶后的表皮继续传送至冷却装置内;
E)所述表皮冷却完成后,在所述冷却装置末端取出表皮,涂胶完成。
优选地,所述表皮是皮革、针织布、无纺布、PU海绵、真皮或麂皮中的任意一种。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
1、通过预先在滚涂胶水工位将胶水滚涂在表皮背面,生产过程中没有溶剂挥发,不会对车间环境造成影响;
2、实现了汽车内饰包覆表皮贴合骨架过程免喷胶,直接将塑胶基材放置在贴合设备的上胎模,预先滚涂胶水的表皮放置在贴合设备的下胎模,将表皮使用加热板加热后进行压合即可;
3、在塑胶基材贴合表皮过程中,由于骨架基材没有胶水,在放件过程中操作便利性也会提升,因此可提升表皮贴合的效率和品质。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图1及图2所示,本发明汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,包括汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,包括放件工位1,放件工位1上设有胶机传动带2,胶机传送带2的中部设有冷却装置3,冷却装置3内设有冷风机,胶机传送带2的末端设有涂胶装置,涂胶装置包括传动滚筒4和位于传动滚筒4上方的涂胶滚筒5,表皮6经由胶机传送带2传送至涂胶滚筒5与传动滚筒4之间,涂胶滚筒5斜上方设有上胶滚筒7,上胶滚筒7的两端上方均设有输胶管8的出胶口9,输胶管8的进胶口均与滚胶加热机10连接。
本实施例中,调整涂胶滚筒5与传动滚筒4之间的距离与表皮6的厚度适应,调整涂胶滚筒5与上胶滚筒7的距离来调整涂胶量。
本实施例使用时,其胶水涂覆方法,包括如下步骤:
A)准备待涂胶的表皮6;
B)启动滚胶加热机10,加热胶水15~20分钟,使胶水达到可涂胶的熔融状态,经输胶管8传送到上胶滚筒7上;
C)启动胶机传送带2,将待涂胶的表皮6放到胶机传送带2上,传送至涂胶滚筒5及传动滚筒4位置,经涂胶滚筒5对表皮6背面涂胶;
D)涂胶后的表皮6继续传送至冷却装置3内;
E)表皮6冷却完成后,在冷却装置3末端取出表皮6,涂胶完成。
其中,表皮6是皮革、针织布、无纺布、PU海绵、真皮或麂皮中的任意一种。
进一步生产时,将塑胶基材放置在贴合设备的上胎模,预先滚涂胶水的表皮放置在贴合设备的下胎模,将表皮使用加热板加热后进行压合即可。
本发明汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置及其涂覆方法,通过预先在滚涂胶水工位将胶水滚涂在表皮背面,生产过程中没有溶剂挥发,不会对车间环境造成影响;实现了汽车内饰包覆表皮贴合骨架过程免喷胶,直接将塑胶基材放置在贴合设备的上胎模,预先滚涂胶水的表皮放置在贴合设备的下胎模,将表皮使用加热板加热后进行压合即可;另外,在塑胶基材贴合表皮过程中,由于骨架基材没有胶水,在放件过程中操作便利性也会提升,因此可提升表皮贴合的效率和品质。

1.一种汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,包括放件工位(1),其特征在于:所述放件工位(1)上设有胶机传动带(2),所述胶机传送带(2)的末端设有冷却装置(3),所述胶机传送带(2)的中部设有涂胶装置,所述涂胶装置包括传动滚筒(4)和位于所述传动滚筒(4)上方的涂胶滚筒(5),表皮(6)经由所述胶机传送带(2)传送至所述涂胶滚筒(5)与所述传动滚筒(4)之间,所述涂胶滚筒(5)斜上方设有上胶滚筒(7),所述上胶滚筒(7)的两端上方均设有输胶管(8)的出胶口(9),所述输胶管(8)的进胶口均与滚胶加热机(10)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,其特征在于:调整所述涂胶滚筒(5)与所述传动滚筒(4)之间的距离与所述表皮(6)的厚度适应。
3.根据权利要求1所述汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,其特征在于:调整所述涂胶滚筒(5)与所述上胶滚筒(7)的距离来调整涂胶量。
4.根据权利要求1所述汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置,其特征在于:所述冷却装置(3)内设有冷风机。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置的涂覆方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
A)准备待涂胶的表皮(6);
B)启动所述滚胶加热机(10),加热胶水15~20分钟,使胶水达到可涂胶的熔融状态,经所述输胶管(8)传送到所述上胶滚筒(7)上;
C)启动所述胶机传送带(2),将待涂胶的表皮(6)放到所述胶机传送带(2)上,传送至所述涂胶滚筒(5)及传动滚筒(4)位置,经所述涂胶滚筒(5)对表皮(6)背面涂胶;
D)涂胶后的表皮(6)继续传送至冷却装置(3)内;
E)所述表皮(6)冷却完成后,在所述冷却装置(3)末端取出表皮(6),涂胶完成。
6.根据权利要求5所述汽车内饰包覆表皮涂覆胶水装置的涂覆方法,其特征在于:所述表皮(6)是皮革、针织布、无纺布、PU海绵、真皮或麂皮中的任意一种。
