本发明涉及一塑料制矩形食品密封容器。
如图4至图6所示的一塑料制密封容器101被广泛用作为放置和储藏食品的容器。
这种塑料制密封容器101包括容器体103和盖子102，多个锁定凸出部110位于容器体103的顶部位置，还有可通过铰链106折叠或展开的锁定翼片105，更确切地说，锁定翼片可沿与盖子102的顶盖面104做成一体的铰链106转动，翼片105上制有锁定孔107，可插入且被锁定于锁定凸出部110上，锁定孔107的位置分别与各锁定锁定凸出部110对应。
还有，一凹槽111形成于盖子102的顶盖面104，该凹槽111面对容器体103的顶边113，且一密封件112塞入凹槽111。

因此本发明为解决上述问题而提出，本发明的一个目的是提供一种塑料制矩形食品密封容器，其结构可引导塑料熔液平稳、均匀地流向各个方向，并使熔合线产生于的容器体不受强度影响的部位，从而避免铰链部分反复受到弯曲应力的作用。
为达到上述目的，本发明是一塑料制矩形食品密封容器，其结构包括：
一矩形容器体，一边长度大于另一边；
多个锁定凸出部，其中一个或两个凸出部分别形成于容器体的四边上，但对于容器较长边而言至少形成两个凸出部分，其间有一预定的距离；
一盖子，包括锁定翼片部分，其中锁定用锁定孔形成于正对锁定凸出部各位置上，便于插入各锁定凸出部以及顶盖片，它通过铰链与锁定翼片转动连接；
一密封件，装于盖子的顶盖片上且严密封闭容器体；
其特点为，熔液截流孔用来形成所界定的咽喉部分，该咽喉部分形成于锁定翼片左右各侧两个锁定孔之间，由此塑料熔液从旁路流过熔液截流孔而被导入两端的末梢部分。
以下，将参照附图更细致地描述本发明一较佳实施例。

另一方面，由于熔液流经咽喉部分9a、9b时速度变慢，即便处于中心的浇注口15到锁定翼片两端部分5b的距离远大于处于中心的浇注口15到熔液截流孔8的距离，通过咽喉部分9a、9b和边缘部分5a、5b的液体交汇于图中标号16所表示的部分并相互碰撞，因此熔合线17形成于标号16所表示的部分，从而避免了熔合线17象以前那样形成于铰链6的末端6a。这样，通过将熔合线17从铰链部分6的末端部分6a移到标号16所表示的部分，铰链部分6就不易受损，而且即便为了安装盖子2而将锁定翼片5长时间反复折叠与展开，原定使用寿命仍能得以保证。
另一方面，熔液截流孔8被做成长度大于宽度的形状，且当它形成于铰链廓线6上时，铰链6的全长被缩短，因此作用于锁定翼片5的回弹力被减弱，由此使安装盖子2变得轻易，且铰链6上的残余应力也有减弱，由此减少了铰链6弯曲所带来的损害。

如上所述的本发明，熔液截流孔形成于塑料制矩形密封器锁定翼片上两锁定孔之间，其中形成咽喉部分，由此当熔化的塑料材料如硅或特殊合成树脂被灌入注塑模，导致熔化材料的移动时间的改变，从而避免熔合线形成于通常很薄而且受反复弯曲应力的铰链部分，因此盖子能在设计的使用寿命内继续使用而无损坏，从而解决了用户不满意的问题，且减少铰链部分的残余应力，还可延长使用寿命。

Claims (3)

1.一塑料制矩形食品密封容器，其结构包括：
一矩形容器体，所述容器的一边长于另一边；
多个锁定凸出部，在容器体四边上各自形成一至两个凸出部，其中在较长边上至少形成两个彼此相隔一预定距离的凸出部；
一盖子，所述盖子包括锁定翼片部分，其中用于插入每个锁定凸出部的锁定孔形成于正对各锁定凸出部的位置，以及顶盖片，其中锁定翼片和铰链转动连接；
一密封件，安装于盖子的顶盖片上用于密封地盖住所述容器体，
其特征在于，在所述锁定翼片左边和右边各侧锁定孔之间的制有一构成咽喉部分的熔液截流孔，由此塑料熔液从旁流过所述熔液截流孔而被导入两边的咽喉部分。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料制矩形食品密封容器，其特征在于，所述熔液截流孔沿铰链部分形成，因此铰链部分的全长被缩短。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料制矩形食品密封容器，其特征在于，一矩形环状支承凸出部形成于容器体底部，且盖子的顶面有通过腐蚀该表面使之粗糙且无光泽而形成的一腐蚀处理部分而形成，所述腐蚀处理部分与所述支承凸出部接触。
