Abstract

Description
本发明涉及基于石膏的复合建筑材料,更具体地说即石膏块(又称石膏板)。本发明的另一主题是保护建筑物免受钻孔类昆虫侵害的方法,还包括受此保护的建筑物。
石膏板在现有技术中被广泛用于住宅建筑的建造与装修。在本发明中,石膏块的意思指这样一种复合材料,即一张石膏板的至少一面,最好是两面都覆有一层硬纸板或纸张。石膏块常被用来装在建造隔离壁和墙壁的原材料上,尤其是所述材料构建的室内墙壁上,隔离壁或墙壁可以是各种材料建成的:混凝土、砖等。石膏块的表面状况使得对由其建造或装修的隔离壁或墙壁迅速地进行再终饰(尤其是在上面施加以涂料和/或墙面漆和/或墙纸)成为可能。
而且,已知这类石膏板很容易受到昆虫的侵害,尤其是钻孔类的昆虫,更具体地说即白蚁。实际上,由这类昆虫尤其是白蚁对建筑物造成的损害是相当严重的。实际上,特别是白蚁,因为它们以建筑材料为食物,它能够在建筑物的建筑材料内部迁移致使建筑材料变得脆弱。因为白蚁的破坏作用可以持续到直至最终对建筑造成无法修复的损害而一直不被发现,所以其损害会很严重。而且,如前所述,由于白蚁在建筑物某些难以到达的部分中迁移,这使得对白蚁的直接处理几乎是不可能的。
建筑的木质部分(例如框架或镶板),具体地说如窗框门框,特别容易受到这类昆虫的侵害。
所以,目前需要一种能抗昆虫尤其是白蚁的石膏板。
本发明目的之一是提供一种抗昆虫尤其是白蚁的石膏板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种防止白蚁通过其在建筑物构件内部钻空所成通道内迁移的石膏板。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种含有少量杀虫剂的石膏板。
本发明的另一目的是满足目前对保护建筑物免受白蚁侵害要求的方法。
本发明的另一目的是提供免受白蚁侵害的建筑物。
现在发现,利用本发明的复合材料可以完全或部分达到上述目的。
其中:R1是氢原子或CN或甲基;
R2是S(O)nR3;
R3是烷基或卤代烷基;
R4代表氢原子或卤原子或NR5R6、S(O)mR7、C(O)R7或C(O)O-R7、烷基、卤代烷基或OR8或-N=C(R9)(R10);
R5和R6各自独立地代表氢原子或烷基、卤代烷基、C(O)烷基或S(O)rCF3,或者R5和R6可以共同形成一个其中间被一个或两个氧或硫之类二价杂原子所间隔的二价亚烷基;
R7代表烷基或卤代烷基;
R8代表烷基或卤代烷基或氢原子;
R9代表烷基或氢原子;
R10代表其中或可被一个或多个卤原子或OH、-O-烷基、-S-烷基、氰基或烷基之类基团取代的苯基或杂芳基;
X代表三价氮原子或C-R12,后者中碳原子的另三价构成芳香环的一部分;
R11和R12各自独立地代表氢原子或卤原子;
R13代表卤原子或卤代烷基、卤代烷氧基、S(O)qCF3或SF5;
m、n、q和r各自独立地代表整数0、1或2;
条件是,当R1是甲基时,则R3是卤代烷基,R4是NH2,R11是Cl,R13是CF3,且X是N。
在本说明书中,必须明确的是通式(I)中的烷基指包含1至6个碳原子的直链或支链基团,除非另作说明。有代表二价亚烷基的R5和R6以及与之连接的氮原子的环通常是5元、6元或7元环。
通式(I)的一类优选化合物包括这样一些化合物,其中的R1是CN和/或R3是卤代烷基和/或R4是NH2和/或R11和R12各自独立地是卤原子和/或R13是卤代烷基。
本发明中特别优选的通式(I)化合物是1-[2,6-Cl2-4-CF3苯基]-3-CN-4-[SO-CF3]-5-NH2吡唑,后文称为化合物A。
根据本发明优选的另一种形式,石膏板在两个表面上都分别覆盖了一层纸板或纸纸,其中至少一层或最好两层都含有杀虫剂活性物质。
石膏板的厚度一般为0.5至5厘米,以0.6至2厘米为佳,用于覆盖其一个表面(或最好两个表面)的纸板或纸张的相对密度为50至500克/平方米,以150至250克/平方米为佳。
纸板或纸张的厚度通常为0.1至10毫米,以0.2至5毫米为佳。
本发明的石膏板虽然只在其纸板(纸张)层的厚度内含有一定量的通式(I)化合物,但是其整体可提供得到改进的抗白蚁保护作用,具体是就由白蚁造成的孔穴的数目和大小而言。这种得到改进的保护作用将浸害所述石膏板的白蚁群减少了70%以上,更好的是95%以上。
本发明石膏板中通式(I)化合物的含量是能够有效抵抗昆虫尤其是白蚁钻孔的量。
所述的通式(I)化合物的有效用量通常是0.001至10克/平方米,以0.01至2克/平方米为佳。本发明的特别优越之处在于能够以较少的活性化合物量来达到抗白蚁保护作用的提高。
通式(I)化合物可以利用专利申请WO87/3781、93/6089或94/21606或欧洲专利申请295,117中所述的方法之一,或者化学合成领域的熟练技术人员已知的其它方法来制备。
本发明的复合材料可利用以下两种方法中至少其一来制备:
a)根据情况,将石膏液倾倒在一张纸板(或纸张)上或者两张水平的纸板(或纸张)之间,所述这两张纸反(或纸张)在辊轮上连续运动,且相隔与石膏板厚度相等的距离。至少一张,最好是两者张纸板(纸张)都已经事先浸渍了含有通式(I)活性化合物的组合物。此制造过程根据已知工艺,继续进行,包括一干燥阶段。
用于浸渍的组合物一般是用已知方法制备的通式(I)化合物在丙二醇之类溶剂中的溶液或可水乳化的浓缩液。
所述的浸渍过程可以通过例如将该组合物加入制造纸板的纸浆中,或者令干燥的纸板通过一加有所述组合物的罐中液体来进行。
b)石膏板由一种已知方法来制备。将含有通式(I)活性物质的组合物喷涂在覆盖于所述石膏板一个外表面或两个外表面的纸板或纸张上。
本发明的另一主题是保护建筑物免受钻孔类昆虫侵害的方法,其特征在于,将本发明复合材料装在隔离壁和墙壁的50%,更好是95%的内墙总表面积上。由于本发明复合材料抗钻孔类昆虫尤其是白蚁的作用,整个建筑物能由此获得抗此类昆虫的更好保护,尤其是那些特别容易受到这类浸害的木质部件,不论其在建筑物中的位置如何。
在造成所述侵害的钻孔类昆虫中,特别不好对付的是白蚁。
本发明的最后一个主题是提供其抗钻孔类昆虫保护作用获得提高的建筑物,其特征在于,其隔离壁和墙壁的至少50%,更好是95%的内墙总表面积用本发明的复合材料覆盖。
以下实施例将进一步说明本发明,并证明其可实施性,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例
使用一石膏板,其表面积为30平方厘米,厚0.8厘米,在其两个主表面上覆以相对密度为195克/平方米,厚0.2毫米的纸板。
在所述石膏板的两个主表面上喷以化合物A的丙二醇溶液,喷洒量使得石膏块含有0.05克/平方米的化合物A。
用以上处理过的石膏板将两个竖直的直径5厘米的圆柱仓隔开。上仓中装有含160个白蚁的潮湿堆肥。下仓中置有一块放在潮湿沙中的木板。
21天后发现,白蚁死亡率为100%。
Claims (13)
1.一种复合材料,它包含一块石膏板,至少在其一个表面上覆盖有一层纸板或纸张,其特征在于,所述的一层或两层纸板或纸张含有作为杀虫活性物质的具有通式(I)的1-芳基吡唑:
其中:R1是CN;
R2是SOR3;
R3是C1-6卤代烷基或C1-6烷基;
R4代表NR5R6;
R5和R6各自独立地代表氢原子或C1-6烷基、C1-6卤代烷基;
X代表C-R12,碳原子的另三价构成芳香环的一部分;
R11和R12各自独立地代表卤原子;
R13代表C1-6卤代烷基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合材料,其特征在于,石膏板的两个表面分别覆盖有一层所述纸板或纸张,至少所述的一层纸板或纸板含有所述杀虫活性物质。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,在通式(I)化合物中,R1是CN和/或R3是C1-6卤代烷基和/或R4是NH2和/或R11和R12各自独立地是卤原子和/或R13是C1-6卤代烷基。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,其中的杀虫活性物质是1-[2,6-Cl2-4-CF3苯基]-3-CN-4-[SO-CF3]-5-NH2吡唑。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,石膏板的厚度为0.5至5厘米,纸板或纸张的相对密度为50至500克/平方米。
6.根据权利要求5所述的复合材料,所述石膏板的厚度为0.6至2厘米,纸板或纸张的相对密度为150至250克/平方米
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,纸板或纸张的厚度为0.1至10毫米。
8.根据权利要求7所述的复合材料,其特征在于,纸板或纸张的厚度为0.2至5毫米。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的复合材料,其特征在于,通式(I)化合物的含量为能够有效抗白蚁的量。
10.根据权利要求9所述的复合材料,其特征在于,通式(I)化合物的含量为0.001至10克/平方米。
11.根据权利要求10所述的复合材料,其特征在于,通式(I)化合物的含量为0.01至2克/平方米。
12.一种保护建筑物免受白蚁侵害的方法,其特征在于,其隔离壁和墙壁内墙总表面积的至少50%上装有至少权利要求1至8之一所述的复合材料。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其隔离壁和墙壁内墙总表面积的至少95%上装有至少权利要求1至8之一所述的复合材料。
