背景技术
随着保护动物观念的推广普及,越来越多的企业选择人造毛皮替代天然毛皮。人造毛皮是指采用机织、针织或胶粘的方式,在织物表面形成长短不一的绒毛,具有接近天然毛皮的外观和服用性能。人造毛皮是指外观类似动物毛皮的长毛绒型织物。绒毛分两层,外层是光亮粗直的刚毛,里层是细密柔软的短绒。人造毛皮常用于大衣、服装衬里、帽子、衣领、玩具、褥垫、室内装饰物和地毯等。人造毛皮制造方法有针织(纬编、经编和缝编)和机织等,以针织纬编法发展最快,应用最广。纬编针织又分为割圈和毛条喂入两种方法,毛条喂入并吸入式人造毛皮是梳理机构把毛条分散成单纤维状,织针抓取纤维后套入底纱编织成圈,由于绒毛在线圈中呈“V”形,具针织底布定形,同时给底布上浆不致掉毛。针织人造毛皮常用原料为腈纶、改性腈纶、氯纶等,以腈氯纶较合适。随着科技的发展,各种原料均在使用,如麻,棉,涤纶,羊毛等。人造毛皮保暖性虽不及真毛皮,但轻柔、美观,可制成仿兽毛美观花纹,人造毛皮常用用大衣、服装衬里、帽子、衣领、玩具、褥垫、室内装饰物和地毯等。
但是人造毛皮采用的面料容易产生静电,在使用过程中产生的静电对人体具有不利影响。且容易产生污染,吸收粉尘,滋生细菌,时间一长,容易产生难闻气味,污染环境。而且在人造毛皮的制作过程中,涉及到如丙酮等作为有机溶剂,而这些有机溶剂皆为有害物质,其在生产过程产生有对人体有害的气体,影响身体健康,而且有害物质还会通过水和空气排放,严重污染环境,环保性差。本发明提供了一种无异味环保人造毛皮的制备方法。

本发明的目的在于提供一种无异味环保人造毛皮的制备方法,以解决现有人造毛皮制作过程中有异味、有机溶剂使用过多的问题。

本发明公开了一种无异味环保人造毛皮的制备方法,包括准备工段,除味工段,后整理工段;所述的人造毛皮在经过准备工段后使用乙醇清洗,而后烘干;
所述的除味工段添加有除味配方,除味配方包括:
脱臭煤油55-65份;
硅油70-85份;
表面活性剂5-20份;
功能性纳米粉末100-200份;
去离子水600-700份;
所述的后整理工段包括:功能性改进→染色、烘干→和毛→制条→织造→剖幅,其中在染色阶段加入UC-588-227涤纶柔软剂,所述的功能性改进过程加入纳米级金红石、碳纳米管;经过整理工段后进行对其进行定型。

在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案,所述的制条中,采用BR211型制条机,毛条克质量为9-10g/m。
在上述方案的基础上并作为上述方案的优选方案,所述的定型参数包括:温度为190-200℃;速度为30-40m/min;风速为400-500r/min。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用的制备方法,使用方便,以离子水为生产过程中的溶剂、生产基料,辅以脱臭煤油、硅油、表面活性剂等一系列优质原材料,具有较强的去污、上光、防尘和着色的功能;纳米级金红石及碳纳米管的使用,增加了人造毛皮的异味吸附能力及热传递效率。而且制备过程中废液能够进行中和,产物无污染,不产生有害气体。

以下结合具体实施例来进一步说明本发明,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
一种无异味环保人造毛皮的制备方法,包括准备工段,除味工段,后整理工段;
所述的人造毛皮在经过准备工段后使用乙醇清洗,而后烘干;
所述的除味工段添加有除味配方,除味配方包括:
脱臭煤油55-65份;
硅油70-85份;
表面活性剂5-20份;
功能性纳米粉末100-200份;
去离子水600-700份;
所述的后整理工段包括:功能性改进→染色、烘干→和毛→制条→织造→剖幅,其中在染色阶段加入UC-588-227涤纶柔软剂,所述的功能性改进过程加入纳米级金红石、碳纳米管;
经过整理工段后进行对其进行定型。
其中,功能性纳米粉末可以是纳米抗菌剂,以提高人造毛皮的抗菌性能,也可以是纳米吸附材料,以吸附环境中的污染气味;也可以是纳米阻燃剂,增强人造毛皮的阻燃性能。以上所述仅是常用技术手段,但不仅限于此。优选的,本发明采用染色后加柔,制条前再加和毛油,两次加柔,克服纤维刚性较大、抱合性能差,在梳理中成网困难的问题。而且本发明无需梳毛烫剪等后整理,生产流程大大简化。后整理工段的功能性改进可以是功能性涂层的设置。
所述的UC-588-227涤纶柔软剂,其成分是以聚醚硅油为主剂,辅以平滑柔软助剂配制而成的乳液,属于永久性柔软整理剂,具有高分子量及聚醚改性,因而拥有良好的亲水效果,有利于保证纤维具有较大的回潮率;所述的纳米级金红石亦称纳米二氧化钛,是一种纳米级的金属氧化物材料,在光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体。
进一步的,碳纳米管的使用,增加了人造毛皮的功能性。碳纳米管,又名巴基管,是一种具有特殊结构(径向尺寸为纳米量级,轴向尺寸为微米量级,管子两端基本上都封口)的一维量子材料。碳纳米管主要由呈六边形排列的碳原子构成数层到数十层的同轴圆管。层与层之间保持固定的距离,约0.34nm,直径一般为2-20nm。碳纳米管的硬度与金刚石相当,却拥有良好的柔韧性,可以拉伸。碳纳米管具有良好的传热性能,碳纳米管具有非常大的长径比,因而其沿着长度方向的热交换性能很高。碳纳米管的使用能够使得制备的人造毛皮迅速从外界获取热量。
具体的,所述的所述准备工段主要包括预浸水、主浸水和除杂质工序。优选的,所述预浸水工序是将原料和水以1:25液比加入到转鼓中,并将水温升到30℃;再将1.5g/L纯碱、1.3g/L油脂分散剂、8g/L的脱脂剂加入转鼓中,以3转/分钟的速度转动120分钟后排液;所述浸水工序包括向转鼓中加入1.5g/L的防腐剂、0.75g/L的油脂分散剂,待转鼓转动120分钟后静置,所述总浸水时间不低于18小时;所述除杂质工序包括往转鼓中加1.2g/L纯碱及吸附性明胶,让转鼓以3转/分钟的速度转动120分钟后排液;最后,向转鼓中注入常温清水,反复清洗,静置30分钟,进入下一工段。

裁剪等大的上述人造毛皮(样品1)与一般工艺制作的人造毛皮(样品2),分别放在体积为0.5m3的封闭玻璃罩中24h,然后随机邀请200名志愿者感官感受封闭玻璃罩中的味道,并写出自身对于封闭玻璃罩中的异味的感受,所得到的志愿者的感官感受如表1所示。

从200名志愿者的感官测试上来判定,本发明的无异味环保人造毛皮的制备方法,从技术效果上而言本发明实施例所制备的人造毛皮具有无异味的特点。

Claims (6)
1.一种无异味环保人造毛皮的制备方法,包括准备工段,除味工段,后整理工段,其特征在于:
所述的人造毛皮在经过准备工段后使用乙醇清洗,而后烘干;
所述的除味工段添加有除味配方,除味配方包括:
脱臭煤油55-65份;
硅油70-85份;
表面活性剂5-20份;
功能性纳米粉末100-200份;
去离子水600-700份;
