Abstract

本发明涉及面料制作技术领域,尤其是一种环保新型面料及其制备方法,该环保新型面料由以下成分组成:竹纤维,有机棉纤维,原木天丝,纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆等;通过抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理,抖松和烘干,并进行梳理拉直,并条,纺纱,纳米吸附处理,染色,制作坯布,进行二次染色,着色,固色,清洗,烘干。本发明通过采用了纯天然的原料,不仅保留了原材料自身具备的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,以及自身具有的天然抗菌、抑菌等功能,同时采用了纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆附着在纱线表面,更加均匀,增加了面料整体的抗菌,吸附性能;采用天然染料进行二次染色,不仅非常环保无污染,而且颜色稳定不易褪色。

本发明涉及面料制备技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保新型面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
环保逐渐成为不容忽视的设计倾向。20世纪80年代后半期以来,国际时装设计大师们掀起了一股“生态学热”的风潮,不断推出环保系列服装,而且进入20世纪90年代后随着全球环保意识的提高,这股热潮有增无减,地球宣言组织于2011年1月31日,举行了一个名为“FutureFashion”的时装展,为纽约时装周揭开序幕,“FutureFashion”上展出了30套由多位世界顶级时装设计师,利用持续生产材料设计及制作而成的服装,人类穿衣的历史已有7万年,从最初为了遮盖身体、抵挡风寒,到追求舒适、美观,服装的功能发生了翻天覆地的变化,这种变化既体现了科技的进步又反映出人们对生活质量的要求不断提高,科技的进步使这样的改变成为可能,人们希望服装既要呵护自己,又要保护环境,而环保型纤维服装将是未来的发展趋势,环保面料的定义很广泛,这也是由于面料定义的广泛性所致,一般环保面料可认为低碳节能、自然无有害物质、环保可循环利用的面料,所以在这种环保日益盛行的大环境下,设计一种低碳节能,绿色环保,自然舒适的环保新型面料已经成为趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保新型面料及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种环保新型面料,该环保新型面料由以下成分组成:竹纤维40-60重量份,麻纤维30-50重量份,有机棉纤维20-50重量份,原木天丝10-30重量份,纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆5-10重量份,芦荟纤维5-10重量份,植物染料5-10重量份。
优选的,所述纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆通过为粉化加工成5-10nm直径的颗粒,再将纳米级竹炭微粉进行生物酶处理,再加入生物粘剂搅拌而成。
优选的,所述植物染料为天然环保染料。
优选的,一种环保新型面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对竹纤维、麻纤维、有机棉纤维、原木天丝和芦荟纤维进行抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理;
S2:对处理后的各个原料分别进行抖松和烘干,并进行梳理拉直;
S3:将梳理好的各个原料纤维进在并条机上进行头道并条、二道并条和末道并条;
S4:通过纺纱机纺成纱线,然后将纱线放入含有纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆溶液中搅拌,进行纳米竹炭吸附处理,静置10-15min,拿出晾干;
S5:再将纱线放入植物染料中进行染色,烘干;
S6:将处理后的纱线,经过双罗纹平针组织纺织为经纬纱坯布;
S7:将坯布放入含有植物染料的溶剂中,通过循环溶液流动进行着色,高温着色处理10-15min,进行同温清水清洗,在进行中温固色处理15-30min,同时进行同温清水清洗,通过皂洗,脱水,烘干,得到成品面料。
优选的,所述S1中柔软处理选用的柔软剂为水溶性有机硅柔软剂。
优选的,所述S6中经纬纱的密度确定为:经密355根/10cm、纬密318根/10cm。
优选的,所述S7中高温着色温度为70-85℃,中温固色温度为45-60℃,
本发明提出的一种环保新型面料及其制备方法,有益效果在于:本发明通过采用了竹纤维、麻纤维、原木天丝等纯天然的原料,不仅保留了原材料自身具备的透气性、瞬间吸水性、较强的耐磨性和良好的染色性等特性,以及自身具有的天然抗菌、抑菌等功能,同时采用了纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆经过吸附处理附着在纱线表面,更加均匀,增加了面料整体的抗菌,吸附性能;通过采用天然染料进行二次染色,不仅非常环保无污染,而且颜色稳定不易褪色。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一:一种环保新型面料,由以下成分组成:竹纤维60重量份,麻纤维30重量份,有机棉纤维30 重量份,原木天丝15重量份,纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆5重量份,芦荟纤维5重量份,植物染料5重量份。一种环保新型面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对竹纤维、麻纤维、有机棉纤维、原木天丝和芦荟纤维进行抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理;
S2:对处理后的各个原料分别进行抖松和烘干,并进行梳理拉直;
S3:将梳理好的各个原料纤维进在并条机上进行头道并条、二道并条和末道并条;
S4:通过纺纱机纺成纱线,然后将纱线放入含有纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆溶液中搅拌,进行纳米竹炭吸附处理,静置10min,拿出晾干;
S5:再将纱线放入植物染料中进行染色,烘干;
S6:将处理后的纱线,经过双罗纹平针组织纺织为经纬纱坯布。经纬纱的密度确定为:经密355根/10cm、纬密318根/10cm;
S7:将坯布放入含有植物染料的溶剂中,通过循环溶液流动进行着色,高温70℃着色处理10min,进行同温清水清洗,在进行中温45℃固色处理15min,同时进行同温清水清洗,通过皂洗,脱水,烘干,得到成品面料。
实施例二:一种环保新型面料,由以下成分组成:竹纤维50重量份,麻纤维40重量份,有机棉纤维35 重量份,原木天丝20重量份,纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆10重量份,芦荟纤维10重量份,植物染料10重量份。一种环保新型面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对竹纤维、麻纤维、有机棉纤维、原木天丝和芦荟纤维进行抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理;
S2:对处理后的各个原料分别进行抖松和烘干,并进行梳理拉直;
S3:将梳理好的各个原料纤维进在并条机上进行头道并条、二道并条和末道并条;
S4:通过纺纱机纺成纱线,然后将纱线放入含有纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆溶液中搅拌,进行纳米竹炭吸附处理,静置15min,拿出晾干;

实施例三:一种环保新型面料,由以下成分组成:竹纤维40重量份,麻纤维40重量份,有机棉纤维50 重量份,原木天丝30重量份,纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆10重量份,芦荟纤维5重量份,植物染料10重量份。一种环保新型面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:对竹纤维、麻纤维、有机棉纤维、原木天丝和芦荟纤维进行抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理;
S2:对处理后的各个原料分别进行抖松和烘干,并进行梳理拉直;
S3:将梳理好的各个原料纤维进在并条机上进行头道并条、二道并条和末道并条;
S4:通过纺纱机纺成纱线,然后将纱线放入含有纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆溶液中搅拌,进行纳米竹炭吸附处理,静置15min,拿出晾干;
S5:再将纱线放入植物染料中进行染色,烘干;
S6:将处理后的纱线,经过双罗纹平针组织纺织为经纬纱坯布。经纬纱的密度确定为:经密355根/10cm、纬密318根/10cm;
S7:将坯布放入含有植物染料的溶剂中,通过循环溶液流动进行着色,高温85℃着色处理15min,进行同温清水清洗,在进行中温55℃固色处理30min,同时进行同温清水清洗,通过皂洗,脱水,烘干,得到成品面料。

1.一种环保新型面料,其特征在于:该环保新型面料由以下成分组成:竹纤维40-60重量份,麻纤维30-50重量份,有机棉纤维20-50重量份,原木天丝10-30重量份,纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆5-10重量份,芦荟纤维5-10重量份,植物染料5-10重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保新型面料,其特征在于,所述纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆通过为粉化加工成5-10nm直径的颗粒,再将纳米级竹炭微粉进行生物酶处理,再加入生物粘剂搅拌而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保新型面料,其特征在于,所述植物染料为天然环保染料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保新型面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:对竹纤维、麻纤维、有机棉纤维、原木天丝和芦荟纤维进行抗起球处理、酶处理和柔软处理;
S2:对处理后的各个原料分别进行抖松和烘干,并进行梳理拉直;
S3:将梳理好的各个原料纤维进在并条机上进行头道并条、二道并条和末道并条;
S4:通过纺纱机纺成纱线,然后将纱线放入含有纳米竹炭粘胶纤维浆溶液中搅拌,进行纳米竹炭吸附处理,静置10-15min,拿出晾干;
S5:再将纱线放入植物染料中进行染色,烘干;
S6:将处理后的纱线,经过双罗纹平针组织纺织为经纬纱坯布;
S7:将坯布放入含有植物染料的溶剂中,通过循环溶液流动进行着色,高温着色处理10-15min,进行同温清水清洗,在进行中温固色处理15-30min,同时进行同温清水清洗,通过皂洗,脱水,烘干,得到成品面料。
