本发明的目的在于提供一种具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,通过模拟蝴蝶翅膀进行结构色仿生设计,采用具有良好的闪色效应的纱线,经纬纱分别采用闪光涤纶长丝、黏胶长丝、蚕丝或丝光棉等,两种以上纱线配置并间隔排列,同一粗细纱线可采用两股或三股捻和的方式改变粗细,在一个组织循环中,有序变化纱线粗细及组织松紧,该种组织结构形成了脊状结构、肋状结构和凹坑结构的分布,脊状结构和肋状结构用纱粗,采用松组织结构,从而交织点少,纱线浮长长,织物平整,形成骨架结构,凹坑结构用纱线细,捻度小,采用紧组织结构,从而交织点多,织物浮长短,织物柔软而亲肤,脊状结构高度大于等于肋状结构高度。

本发明实施例还提供一种具有闪光效应的夏被面料,织物基础经纬纱均采用三角形涤纶纤维、阳离子涤纶纤维、粘胶纤维和金银丝的混纺多彩闪色纱,混纺比为50/25/20/5,纱线粗细为18.2tex,经纱密度267根/厘米,纬纱密度267根/厘米,脊状结构和肋状结构纱线分别采用同款纱线的三合捻线和二合捻线,经剑杆织机织造,坯布整理--烧毛(浸轧-淀粉酶-食盐-渗透剂)-退浆、水洗-热定型,其中酶用量2.5g/L,浴比1:20,在50℃时,保温处理1小时,pH值5.5,经整理后,织物有身骨,弹挺性好,不易变形,吸湿性好,手感滑爽,光洁度好,光泽丰富,细腻,柔和,耐久,可用于夏被面料,织物组织参见图7所示。
实施例3
本发明实施例又提供一种具有闪色效应的窗帘面料,织物基础经纬纱均采用闪光涤纶长丝、黏胶长丝两种纱线,两种纱线间隔排列,两种经纱配置比例为1:2,两种纬纱配置比例为1:1.,纱线粗细为150D,经纱密度433根/厘米,纬纱密度280根/厘米,脊状结构经纱采用闪光涤纶长丝三股线,肋状结构纱线采用黏胶长丝双股线,经剑杆织机织造。织物手感爽滑,弹性好,垂感好,光泽丰富,有贝壳般闪光,色彩细腻,耐久,可用作窗帘面料。织物组织图见图8所示
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,任何在此基础上,对其中配方和工艺的局部变动,都应在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,所述织物结构和家纺面料由凸起的脊状结构、肋状结构和凹坑结构组成;所述脊状结构和肋状结构组合形成突出在表面的蜂窝状结构,所述凹坑结构沉在下面,形成蜂窝的底部,所述脊状结构的凸起略高于所述肋状结构的凸起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,所述脊状结构由沿织物径向等间距凸起的若干个隆起组成,单个隆起为一个独立的经向单元,径向单元作为经纱凸起的结构特征;
所述脊状结构在径向单元的循环中,由经纱Ⅰ、经纱Ⅱ、经纱I二合股线、经纱Ⅱ二合股线和经纱I三合股线闪色纱线间隔排列组成;
经纱根数为Nj,从第一根经纱开始至最后一根经纱结束,纱线分别按照3,2,2,2,1,...,1,2,2,2的比列依次排列,Nj为12至30根,在整个布面上脊状结构均匀分布,脊状结构间距在0.3厘米至0.8厘米之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,所述脊状结构的仿生模拟通过脊状结构由脊状经纱构成,由细度为36.4tex-55.5tex的经纱垒起在织物表面的浮长,构成脊状部分的经纱最粗,或由细度为36.4tex-55.5tex单根纱线构成,或者由细度为12.9tex-18.2tex的3股、或2股的纱线构成三合股线或二合股线。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,所述脊状结构采用经纱浮长长、与纬纱交织点少、脊状隆起的松组织,用于整理过程中脊状隆起;
脊间距为0.3cm-0.8cm,在一个组织单元中,除脊状经纱外,其余为基础经纱,构成凹坑部分,基础经纱采用细度为18.2tex-27.8tex的纱线,经纱在织物中占比55%-60%,脊状结构的纱线占比为整个织物的25%-30%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,所述肋状结构的凸起在织物纬向有规律的隆起,单个隆起的肋状为一个独立的纬向单元,作为纬纱凸起的结构特征;
所述肋状结构构成的纬向单元中,由纬纱Ⅰ、纬纱Ⅱ和纬纱I二合股线三种闪色纱线组成并间隔排列,纬纱根数为Nw从第一根纬纱开始至最后一根纬纱结束,纱线分别按照2,1,...,1的比列有序排列纬纱,Nw为10-22根,在整个布面上肋状结构均匀分布,肋状结构间距为0.2厘米-0.6厘米之间;
所述隆起高度略低于脊状,自经纱截面方向依次由高到低下落设置,该部分的仿生模拟通过粗纬纱垒起在织物表面的浮长,构成肋状部分的纬纱,其细度为25.8tex-36.4tex的纱线构成,或者由2股细度为12.9tex-18.2tex纱线构成;
在一个组织单元中,除肋状纬纱外,其余为基础纬纱,构成凹坑部分,基础纬纱采用细度为12.9tex-18.2tex的纱线,所述肋状结构采用纬向浮长长,与经纱交织点少的松组织;纬纱在织物中占比40%-45%,肋状结构的纱线占比为整个织物的18%-25%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,织物后整理,溢流缸放淀粉酶水洗退浆,完成脱水、拉幅、定型,酶用量3g/L,浴比1:20,在50℃时,保温处理1h,pH值控制在4.5-5.5,再以1℃/min升温至70℃-80℃,处理10min进行纯化处理得所述蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的具有蝴蝶仿生闪色效应的织物结构和家纺面料,其特征在于,所述凹坑结构构成在一个组织循环中,位于所述脊状结构和肋状结构外形成的低洼部分,由单根经纱和单根纬纱交织而成。
