Abstract

本发明涉及一种钢丝绳芯管状输送带,包括上覆盖胶层、带芯层、下覆盖胶层、增强钢网、经向钢丝绳骨架与织物增强层,增强钢网包括纬向长钢丝绳、纬向短钢丝绳与编织绳,纬向长钢丝绳与纬向短钢丝绳通过编织绳编织成网状,相邻两组纬向长钢丝绳之间设有一组纬向短钢丝绳,所有纬向长钢丝绳的长度均相等,所有纬向短钢丝绳的长度均相等,纬向长钢丝绳与纬向短钢丝绳呈平行设置,纬向长钢丝绳以及纬向短钢丝绳均垂直于经向钢丝绳骨架。本发明解决了现有技术中由于增强钢网采用相同长度的纬向钢丝绳而造成的端部应力集中与管型不规则的问题,从而解决了在安装与使用过程中的胀管、扭管等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及管状输送带技术领域,具体地说是一种钢丝绳芯管状输送带。
背景技术
目前,钢丝绳芯管状输送带,采用钢网增强时,增强钢网的纬向钢丝绳长度一致,会出现纬向钢丝绳端部应力集中,容易造成管型不规则,在安装与使用过程中容易出现胀管、扭管等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种可以分散增强钢网中纬向钢丝绳的端部应力、方便安装与使用的钢丝绳芯管状输送带。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,所述钢丝绳芯管状输送带,包括上覆盖胶层、带芯层、下覆盖胶层、增强钢网、经向钢丝绳骨架与织物增强层;在带芯层的上表面固定有上覆盖胶层,在带芯层的下表面固定有下覆盖胶层,在带芯层内设有经向钢丝绳骨架,在经向钢丝绳骨架上方的带芯层内设有增强钢网,在经向钢丝绳骨架下方的带芯层内设有织物增强层;
所述增强钢网包括纬向长钢丝绳、纬向短钢丝绳与编织绳,纬向短钢丝绳的长度小于纬向长钢丝绳的长度,纬向长钢丝绳与纬向短钢丝绳通过编织绳编织成网状,相邻两组纬向长钢丝绳之间设有一组纬向短钢丝绳,且所有纬向长钢丝绳的长度均相等,所有纬向短钢丝绳的长度均相等,纬向长钢丝绳与纬向短钢丝绳呈平行设置,且纬向长钢丝绳以及纬向短钢丝绳均垂直于经向钢丝绳骨架。
作为优选,所述纬向长钢丝绳的直径为1.0~2.5mm,纬向短钢丝绳的直径为1.0~2.5mm。
作为优选,所述纬向短钢丝绳的长度比纬向长钢丝绳的长度少3%~30%。
作为优选,每组纬向短钢丝绳的数量为1~3根,每组纬向长钢丝绳的数量为1根。
作为优选,相邻两根纬向长钢丝绳之间、相邻两根纬向短钢丝绳之间以及相邻的纬向长钢丝绳与纬向短钢丝绳之间的距离相等且均为5~20mm。
本发明通过调节增强钢网中的纬向长钢丝绳与纬向短钢丝绳的排布,解决了现有技术中由于增强钢网采用相同长度的纬向钢丝绳而造成的端部应力集中与管型不规则的问题,从而解决了在安装与使用过程中的胀管、扭管等问题。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
一种钢丝绳芯管状输送带,如图1和图2所示,包括上覆盖胶层1、带芯层2、下覆盖胶层3、增强钢网4、经向钢丝绳骨架5与织物增强层6;在带芯层2的上表面固定有上覆盖胶层1,在带芯层2的下表面固定有下覆盖胶层3,在带芯层2内设有经向钢丝绳骨架5,在经向钢丝绳骨架5上方的带芯层2内设有增强钢网4,在经向钢丝绳骨架5下方的带芯层2内设有织物增强层6;
所述增强钢网4包括纬向长钢丝绳41、纬向短钢丝绳42与编织绳43,纬向长钢丝绳41的长度为1360mm、直径为1.2mm,纬向短钢丝绳42的长度为1260mm、直径为1.2mm,所有纬向长钢丝绳41的长度均相等,所有纬向短钢丝绳42的长度均相等,相邻两根纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42之间的距离为10mm,纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42通过编织绳43编织成网状,相邻两根纬向长钢丝绳41之间设有一根纬向短钢丝绳42,纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42呈平行设置,且纬向长钢丝绳41以及纬向短钢丝绳42均垂直于经向钢丝绳骨架5。
实施例2
一种钢丝绳芯管状输送带,如图1和图3所示,包括上覆盖胶层1、带芯层2、下覆盖胶层3、增强钢网4、经向钢丝绳骨架5与织物增强层6;在带芯层2的上表面固定有上覆盖胶层1,在带芯层2的下表面固定有下覆盖胶层3,在带芯层2内设有经向钢丝绳骨架5,在经向钢丝绳骨架5上方的带芯层2内设有增强钢网4,在经向钢丝绳骨架5下方的带芯层2内设有织物增强层6;
所述增强钢网4包括纬向长钢丝绳41、纬向短钢丝绳42与编织绳43,纬向长钢丝绳41的长度为1360mm、直径为1.2mm,纬向短钢丝绳42的长度为1260mm、直径为1.2mm,所有纬向长钢丝绳41的长度均相等,所有纬向短钢丝绳42的长度均相等,相邻两根纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42之间以及相邻两根纬向短钢丝绳42之间的距离均为10mm,纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42通过编织绳43编织成网状,相邻两根纬向长钢丝绳41之间设有一组且每组为三根的纬向短钢丝绳42,纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42呈平行设置,且纬向长钢丝绳41以及纬向短钢丝绳42均垂直于经向钢丝绳骨架5。
本发明通过调节增强钢网4中的纬向长钢丝绳41与纬向短钢丝绳42的排布,分散了增强钢网4中纬向钢丝绳的端部应力,解决了现有技术中由于增强钢网采用相同长度的纬向钢丝绳而造成的端部应力集中与管型不规则的问题,从而解决了在安装与使用过程中的胀管、扭管等问题。

1.一种钢丝绳芯管状输送带,包括上覆盖胶层(1)、带芯层(2)、下覆盖胶层(3)、增强钢网(4)、经向钢丝绳骨架(5)与织物增强层(6);在带芯层(2)的上表面固定有上覆盖胶层(1),在带芯层(2)的下表面固定有下覆盖胶层(3),在带芯层(2)内设有经向钢丝绳骨架(5),在经向钢丝绳骨架(5)上方的带芯层(2)内设有增强钢网(4),在经向钢丝绳骨架(5)下方的带芯层(2)内设有织物增强层(6);
其特征是:所述增强钢网(4)包括纬向长钢丝绳(41)、纬向短钢丝绳(42)与编织绳(43),纬向短钢丝绳(42)的长度小于纬向长钢丝绳(41)的长度,纬向长钢丝绳(41)与纬向短钢丝绳(42)通过编织绳(43)编织成网状,相邻两组纬向长钢丝绳(41)之间设有一组纬向短钢丝绳(42),且所有纬向长钢丝绳(41)的长度均相等,所有纬向短钢丝绳(42)的长度均相等,纬向长钢丝绳(41)与纬向短钢丝绳(42)呈平行设置,且纬向长钢丝绳(41)以及纬向短钢丝绳(42)均垂直于经向钢丝绳骨架(5);
所述纬向长钢丝绳(41)的直径为1.0~2.5mm,纬向短钢丝绳(42)的直径为1.0~2.5mm;
所述纬向短钢丝绳(42)的长度比纬向长钢丝绳(41)的长度少3%~30%;
每组纬向短钢丝绳(42)的数量为1~3根,每组纬向长钢丝绳(41)的数量为1根;
相邻两根纬向长钢丝绳(41)之间、相邻两根纬向短钢丝绳(42)之间以及相邻的纬向长钢丝绳(41)与纬向短钢丝绳(42)之间的距离相等且均为5~20mm。
