Firstly, the equipment is arranged at a position required to be used, a headboard 2, a tailstock 3 and a bracket component 4 are used for fixing, an old person needing to be monitored lies on a monitoring bed board 1, the movement of the old person is integrally monitored through a camera 7, the body position information of the old person is captured, the obtained target data is input into a corresponding preset network model for autonomous learning and deduction, so that an output result is obtained, the physiological state of the old person is further determined, when the old person lies down for rest, the cough monitoring system operates to monitor the body of the old person, when the body of the old person is severely fluctuated, the equipment autonomously learns and deduces the obtained target data, the old person is judged to be in a cough state through the output result, the auxiliary rising system is controlled to operate, the old person is assisted to rise up to relieve cough symptoms, the waist of the old person is fed with water, and stretching nursing is carried out on the waist of the old person, when the old person rises up to bed at night and needs to go to a toilet, the device autonomously learns and deduces through the obtained target data by sensing through the auxiliary rising system, judges that the old people need to get up through outputting the result, and transmits information to the pressure receiver 6, transmits signals to the nursing staff through the pressure receiver 6, and synchronously transmits signals to the light controller 5 to control the turning on of the light, when the elderly with urinary incontinence needs to be replaced with adult diapers, the assistant replacing system assists the nursing staff to replace, move the ankles of the old and carry out knocking massage on the crus of the old, the device can transmit the information to the nursing staff in time through the intelligent monitoring of the computer according to the body state and the activity information of the old, and the nursing bed provides help for the old people, assists nursing staff to nurse the old people, and avoids the effect that the old people are in dangerous situations due to emergency when the nursing staff is not near the old people.
When an old person lies down for a rest, two groups of first electric slide rails 203 in the mounting box 201 are controlled to drive the first connecting plate 204 to move, the first infrared sensor 205 and the second infrared sensor 206 move along with the movement, so that the first infrared sensor 205 and the second infrared sensor 206 move to be consistent with the height of the body of the old person lying down, the V-shaped distribution of the second infrared sensor 206 and the two groups of first infrared sensors 205 enables the monitoring positions of the second infrared sensor 206 and the two groups of first infrared sensors 205 to be fit with the radian of the middle of the old person lying down, the front side and the back side are low, the body horizontal position of the old person is sensed through the first infrared sensor 205 and the second infrared sensor 206, when the old person coughs, the body can fluctuate violently, when the body fluctuation is monitored through the first infrared sensor 205 and the second infrared sensor 206, the equipment autonomously learns the obtained target data, and if the old people are judged to cough through the output result, transmitting a signal to the auxiliary rising system to enable the auxiliary rising system to operate.
