Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the nursing sickbed special for surgery of the invention comprises a sickbed main body 1, wherein the sickbed main body 1 comprises a sickbed frame 11, a bottom frame 12 positioned below the sickbed frame 11 and a pair of guide plates 13 fixed on the inner walls of the left side and the right side of the tail part of the sickbed frame 11, a butt strap 2 is arranged on the sickbed main body 1, the butt strap 2 comprises a fixed plate 21, a first movable plate 22 hinged with the fixed plate 21 and a second movable plate 23 hinged with the first movable plate 22, the tail end of the sickbed frame 11 is hinged with a sickbed tail seat 3, and a transmission structure 4 is arranged at the lower position of the sickbed frame 11.
In the invention, a plurality of fixing rods 111 are fixed at the bottom end position of the head of the bed frame 11 through bolts, the end faces of the left side and the right side of the bed frame 11 are hinged with the rails 114, and the tail position of the bed frame 11 is open. A plurality of support rods 121 are fixed between the bottom frame 12 and the bed frame 11 through bolts, so that the bed frame 11 and the bottom frame 12 form a stable integral structure under the action of the support rods 121.

Further, the end of the screw rod 41 is keyed to a first bevel gear 412, the bottom end of one of the fixing rods 111 is tightly welded with a plurality of bottom rods 1111, the transmission shaft 43 penetrates through the bottom rods 1111 and is rotationally connected with the bottom rods 1111, the first end and the last end of the transmission shaft 43 are both keyed to a second bevel gear 431, the second bevel gear 431 is meshed with the first bevel gear 412, when the medical staff rotates the rotation shaft 42 from the tail end of the sickbed main body 1, the rotation shaft 42 drives one of the screw rods 41 to rotate together, so that the screw rod 41 drives the transmission shaft 43 to rotate under the action of the first bevel gear 412, and the screw rod 41 positioned at the other side rotates reversely synchronously.
In addition, the rotary handle 421 is tightly welded to the end of the rotary shaft 42, so that the rotary shaft 42 can be conveniently driven to rotate by the caregivers by rotating the rotary handle 421, and the rotary shaft 42, the screw 41 and the transmission shaft 43 can move together.

When the rotating shaft 42 rotates and drives the two screw rods 41 to reversely rotate at the bottom of the bed frame 11, under the action of reverse threads on the screw rods 41 and the limit of the connecting plate 45, the two movable seats 44 can synchronously move linearly on the two screw rods 41, so that the movable seats 44 drive the first movable plate 22 to rotate around the fixed plate 21 through the connecting plate 45, when the movable seats 44 move towards the head of the sickbed main body 1 along the screw rods 41, the movable seats 44 pull the first movable plate 22 through the connecting plate 45, so that the first movable plate 22 rotates downwards, the tail of the lapping plate 2 is downwards recessed, and the second movable plate 23 can finally be horizontally arranged on the sickbed main body 1 along with the continuous movement of the first movable plate 22, at the moment, the tail of the lapping plate 2 is folded, so that a patient lying on the sickbed can directly sit down on the second movable plate 23 without twisting the patient, and the patient can directly get off the sickbed without body, and secondary injuries caused by the torsion of the patient are prevented.
The working principle of the nursing sickbed special for surgery of the invention is as follows:
