背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,人们生活水平日益提高,以及物质生活的日益丰富,肥胖人群也在不断增加。肥胖是慢性疾病,会对身体和生活产生不良影响,肥胖患者活动时会出现呼吸急促、行动不灵活、下肢关节变形、心悸、头昏眼花、盗汗等;体重过重会增加心脏负荷,导致心衰及下肢水肿等;胃肠道会出现便秘等症状,与肥胖密切相关的一些疾病如心血管疾病、高血压、糖尿病等患病率和病死率也随着增加,肥胖的并发症有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、静脉血栓等,并增加麻醉和手术的危险性。此外,肥胖患者恶性肿瘤发生率升高,肥胖妇女子宫内膜癌比正常妇女高2~3倍,绝经后乳腺癌的发生率随体重增加而升高,胆囊和胆道癌也较为常见。肥胖男性结肠癌、直肠癌和前列腺癌发生率较非肥胖者高。肥胖患者皮肤皱褶易发生皮炎、擦烂,并容易合并条件致病菌感染。
肥胖给我们带来的危害极大,现在很多人也逐渐意识到肥胖的危害性。因此,近年来减肥之风慢慢兴起。目前常见的减肥方法有:药物减肥、针灸减肥、节食减肥、大运动量减肥、抽脂减肥等。但这些减肥方式要么效果不佳、易反弹,要么会给身体带来一些不利影响,治标不治本,难保持。代餐是一种相对较好的减肥方式,通过在满足人体能量需求的前提下,减少油脂、糖分等的摄入量,但市面上很多代餐粉,虽然可能带来快速减肥的效果,但一方面,口感不佳,另一方面,因营养素的缺乏或不均衡,易导致机体营养不良,且不能长期食用,易反弹。

步骤2)分别将粗粮和山药洗净、去除杂质和不可食用部分,干燥后加工成粉质,再进行炒制得到粗粮粉和山药粉;
步骤3)分别将青梅、芹菜、菠菜、芦荟、甘蓝和猴头菇洗净,去除杂质和不可食用部分,进行冻干、粉碎,获得青梅粉、芹菜粉、菠菜粉、芦荟粉、甘蓝粉和猴头菇粉,而后分别将芹菜粉、菠菜粉、甘蓝粉和猴头菇粉进行低温炒制,得到熟制的芹菜粉、菠菜粉、甘蓝粉和猴头菇粉;
