本发明涉及一种提升氟系防水剂耐静水压性能的组合物及其使用方法。该组合物包括:织物改性硬挺剂和高分子蜡乳液。该方法包括:将氟系防水剂、组合物和水混合,将得到的防水整理液对面料进行浸轧处理,然后进行焙烘。该组合物可显著改善防水剂对面料耐静水压性能的提升力,而不会降低面料的透气性、颜色等性质,同时可减少防水剂的用量,大大节约生产成本。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织品功能整理剂领域,特别涉及一种提升氟系防水剂耐静水压性能的组合物及其使用方法。
背景技术
静水压是指水透过面料所遇到的阻力,耐静水压是防水透湿面料(如冲锋衣、帐篷、雨伞、医用防护服等)的重要指标,面料的静水压评价等级越高,防水性、抗渗漏性越好。目前,市面上面料大多采用涂层法或涂层与防水剂复合整理法来提高耐静水压效果。如中国专利CN201320044240.2公开了一种公安制服面料,通过转移涂层工艺将聚氨酯涂布于面料上提升其耐静水压性能,从而满足防雨要求;再如中国专利CN201710607679.4公开了一种涂层布,该面料先进行防水剂浸轧处理再涂刷聚氨酯涂层胶,提供耐静水压性的同时防止了涂层胶胶的渗透。然而,采用涂层法做耐静水压整理,会严重降低纺织品的透气性,在服用过程中会出现闷热不适感;而采用涂层与防水剂复合整理法,经常出现涂层剂与面料的贴合度降低的问题,并且该方法的加工流程较长进而增加了一定的生产成本。若仅通过防水剂的浸轧整理赋予面料耐静水压性能,则可避免上述问题,但该方法仅适用于较高组织密度的面料,如中国专利CN201610044321.0在纯棉帆布面料上通过无氟防水剂的浸轧处理获得了较高的耐静水压效果。且该方法对防水剂的性能要求较高,而多数防水剂存在耐静水压性能不足或所需用量较大的缺点。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种提升氟系防水剂耐静水压性能的组合物及其使用方法,以克服现有技术中防水剂对面料耐静水压性能提升不足的缺点。
本发明提供一种提升氟系防水剂耐静水压性能的组合物,所述组合物包括:织物硬挺剂和高分子蜡乳液,所述织物硬挺剂和高分子蜡乳液的质量比为10~40:60~90。
优选地,上述组合物中,所述织物硬挺剂包括低甲醛改性三聚氰胺树脂、聚醋酸乙烯酯中的一种。
优选地,上述组合物中,所述高分子蜡乳液包括石蜡乳液、聚乙烯蜡乳液中的一种。
优选地,上述组合物中,所述织物硬挺剂和高分子蜡乳液的质量比为2:8~4:6。
本发明还提供一种提升氟系防水剂耐静水压性能的组合物对面料整理的方法,包括:(1)将氟系防水剂、组合物和水混合,得到防水整理液,其中氟系防水剂用量为10~40g/L,组合物用量为8~15g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)中防水整理液对面料进行浸轧处理,然后进行焙烘。
优选地,上述方法中,所述步骤(1)中氟系防水剂包括氟系C8防水剂、氟系C6防水剂中的一种或几种。
优选地,上述方法中,所述步骤(2)中浸轧处理的轧余率为60~100%;焙烘温度为150~180℃,焙烘时间为20~120s。
本发明还提供一种氟系防水整理液,包括上述组合物。
本发明还提供一种提升氟系防水剂耐静水压性能的组合物在防水中的应用。
本发明中组合物可显著改善防水剂对面料耐静水压性能的提升力,而不会降低面料的透气性、颜色等性质,同时可减少防水剂的用量,大大节约生产成本。
本发明中织物硬挺剂可与织物产生交联作用,提升表面成膜性;高分子蜡乳液可提高氟系防水剂在面料上的成膜厚度和连续性,增大面料湿阻并赋予较好的手感。织物硬挺剂和高分子蜡乳液复配后具有复配增效作用,达到提升耐静水压而不影响其它性能的效果。
有益效果
本发明提供的组合物可与氟系防水剂直接混配使用,用于对面料浸轧处理以提升耐水压性能,避免了现有的涂层工艺提升面料耐静水压的技术带来的透气性降低,剥离强度低和工艺流程长等问题。同时,该组合物可提升多数氟系防水剂(包括C8/C6防水剂)对面料的耐静水压提升力,从而减少氟系防水剂在对面料进行耐静水压整理时的使用用量,降低生产成本,也一定程度地释放了对面料品种的限制,适应于更多品种的面料。

组合物贮藏稳定性评价:
将复配好的组合物放置于室温阴凉的环境中30天,观察沉淀情况并根据以下标准评价;
○:完全没有沉淀
△:有少量沉淀
×:有大量沉淀
耐静水压测试:
按照GB/T 4744-1977《纺织品抗渗水性测定-静水压测试法》进行。即在标准大气条件下,试样的一面承受持续上升的水压,直到有三处渗水为止,并记录此时压力。
手感评价:
以未添加耐静水压提升组合物的防水剂处理的面料为标样,根据以下标准评价
○:手感与标样相近或优于标样
△:手感较差于标样
×:手感下降明显
色变评价:
按照ISO 105 A05:1996/Cor.1:1997,光源D65 10Deg进行,记录色差值△E。
实施例1
面料选择:100%涤纶300T春亚纺蓝色。
防水剂选择:氟系C8防水剂SG-480C。
1)将石蜡乳液AX-601与低甲醛改性三聚氰胺类织物硬挺剂AX-ME3按质量比85:15进行复配,得耐静水压提升组合物;
2)制备耐静水压整理工作液,配方为:
C8防水剂SG-480C 20g/L
上述耐静水压提升组合物 10g/L
2)浸轧处理,工艺为:卧式轧车,压力2.5kg,车速6m/min,轧余率70%;
3)焙烘处理:温度170℃,时间60s。
耐静水压测试结果见下表2(其中配方1整理面料的过程与配方2相同):

从结果可见,仅用C8防水剂SG-480C整理的面料耐静水压为2548mm/H2O,而添加10g/L的耐静水压提升组合物,整理后的面料的耐静水压提升至2972mm/H2O,防水剂对面料的耐静水压提升力明显改善。
实施例2
面料选择:100%涤纶300T春亚纺蓝色。
防水剂选择:氟系C6防水剂SG-6655S、SG-6656M、TG-5546。
1)将石蜡乳液AX-601与低甲醛改性三聚氰胺类织物硬挺剂AX-ME3按质量比85:15进行复配,得耐静水压提升组合物;
2)制备耐静水压整理工作液,配方为:
C6防水剂 35g/L
上述耐静水压提升组合物 10g/L
3)浸轧处理,工艺为:卧式轧车,压力2.5kg,车速6m/min,轧余率70%;
4)焙烘处理:温度170℃,时间60s。
耐静水压测试结果见下表3(其中配方1-6整理面料的过程相同):

从结果可见,仅用C6防水剂SG-6655S整理的面料耐静水压为2446mm/H2O,而添加10g/L的耐静水压提升组合物,整理后的面料的耐静水压提升至3010mm/H2O,防水剂对面料的耐静水压提升力明显改善。该现象也同样发生在另外两只不同的C6防水剂对面料耐静水压的提升上,可见该组合物对不同的C6防水剂具有通用性。
实施例3
将石蜡乳液AX-601与织物硬挺剂AX-ME3以质量比7:3复配得耐水压提升组合物,重复与实施例2相同的操作,并对处理后面料的耐静水压和手感进行评价。
实施例4
将石蜡乳液AX-601与织物硬挺剂AX-ME3以质量比8:2复配得耐水压提升组合物,重复与实施例2相同的操作,并对处理后面料的耐静水压和手感进行评价。
实施例5
将石蜡乳液AX-601与织物硬挺剂AX-ME3以质量比9:1复配得耐水压提升组合物,重复与实施例2相同的操作,并对处理后面料的耐静水压和手感进行评价。
上述实施例3-5手感和色变评价以未添加耐静水压提升组合物的防水剂处理的面料为标样,按以下标准进行。

2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述织物硬挺剂包括低甲醛改性三聚氰胺树脂、聚醋酸乙烯酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述高分子蜡乳液包括石蜡乳液、聚乙烯蜡乳液中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述织物硬挺剂和高分子蜡乳液的质量比为2:8~4:6。
5.一种如权利要求1所述组合物对面料整理的方法,包括:
(1)将氟系防水剂、组合物和水混合,得到防水整理液,其中氟系防水剂用量为10~40g/L,组合物用量为8~15g/L;
(2)将步骤(1)中防水整理液对面料进行浸轧处理,然后进行焙烘。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中氟系防水剂包括氟系C8防水剂、氟系C6防水剂中的一种或几种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中浸轧处理的轧余率为60~100%;焙烘温度为150~180℃,焙烘时间为20~120s。
8.一种氟系防水整理液,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述组合物。
9.一种如权利要求1所述组合物在防水中的应用。
