3.如权利要求2所述的一种液体硅藻泥,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为十二碳醇酯。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种液体硅藻泥,其特征在于,所述粘度调节剂为水。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种液体硅藻泥,其特征在于,所述增稠剂选用陶氏聚氨酯增稠剂RM-8W,所述防霉剂选用TROY PP678。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种液体硅藻泥,其特征在于,所述煅烧高岭土的目数为4000目,所述滑石粉的目数为1250目。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种液体硅藻泥,其特征在于,所述净植苯丙乳液为苯丙乳液516T。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的液体硅藻泥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将34-36份水,0.3-0.5份羟乙基纤维素,0.4-0.5份OROTAN KUAIYI分散剂,1.4-1.7份EMULSOGEN LCN 407表面活性剂,0.6-0.8份成膜助剂,0.2-0.4份Defoamer334消泡剂,0.5-0.8份AMP-95多功能助剂依次加入生产釜中,300-500转/分钟搅拌5分钟;
S2、将11-13份R-996金红石钛白粉,6-8份煅烧高岭土,3-5份CMS-666滑石粉,8-12份硅藻土,4-6份700目重钙,3-6份1000目重钙,依次加入生产釜中,800-1200转/分钟高速搅拌15-20分钟;
S3、搅拌均匀后,降低转速至300-500转/分钟,加入14-16份净植苯丙乳液,0.4-0.7份增稠剂,0.2-0.4份巴斯夫消泡剂A10,0.1-0.3份
