技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种水性生物基多功能涂料,同时本发明还涉及该涂料的制备方法。
背景技术、
随着人们生活水平的不断提升以及人们对生活居室环境要求的不断提高,涂料领域的行业要求不断,普通的溶剂型涂料和一般水性涂料,无法在满足国家的环保要求,生物基树脂原料来源于植物,为再生原料;它的生产过程更加绿色,符合人们对于环保和可持续发展的追求。生物基涂料净化室内空气,无有害物挥发,对环境无污染,符合人们对居住环境“绿色”、“环保”的要求,是一款环境友好型涂料产品。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种水性生物基多功能涂料,该涂料绿色环保,不含重金属,干性好,阻燃性好,防腐性能优异,且具有隔热保温功能,能用于各类金属,木器和墙面。
一种水性生物基多功能涂料,所述涂料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:去离子水:13-17,生物基树脂:27-32,消泡剂:0.1-0.3,杀菌防霉防藻剂:0.1-0.3,环保防冻剂:0.7-1.2,分散剂:0.7-1.2,防锈颜料:8-12,增稠剂:0.5-0.7,催干剂:0.4-0.6,附着力促进剂:0.7-1.2,纳米氧化锌:4-7,金红石型纳米二氧化钛:8-12,硅溶胶:23-30,空心玻璃微珠,4-7。
进一步的,所述的生物基树脂为Ecoat的Inokem UR 3309,生物基含量57%,不含任何助溶剂。
进一步的,所述涂料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:去离子水:15,生物基树脂:30,消泡剂:0.2,杀菌防霉防藻剂:0.2,环保防冻剂:1,分散剂:1,防锈颜料:10,增稠剂:0.6,催干剂:0.5,附着力促进剂:1,纳米氧化锌:5,金红石型纳米二氧化钛:10,硅溶胶:25,空心玻璃微珠,5。
进一步的,所述的消泡剂为聚硅氧烷混合物,优选BYK-024,所述的分散剂为高分子类分散剂,优选TEGO 750W。
进一步的,所述的杀菌剂防霉防藻剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。
进一步的,所述的防锈颜料为三聚磷酸铝。
进一步的,所述的催干剂为铁系催干剂BorchidOXY-Coat 1101。
进一步的,所述的环保抗冻融助剂为乙二胺PO-EO嵌段共聚物,优选科莱恩2070。
进一步的,所述的附着力促进剂为迈图CoatOSil MP200环氧硅烷齐聚物。
上述的水性生物基多功能涂料的制备方法,按原材料配方依次将生物基树脂、去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂加入搅拌罐中,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,加入防锈颜料,纳米氧化锌,金红石型纳米二氧化钛,空心玻璃微珠2000r/min高速搅拌30min,降低搅拌速度到800r/min加入杀菌防霉防藻剂、环保防冻剂、催干剂和附着力促进剂,硅溶胶搅拌20min,加入增稠剂调整粘度搅拌均匀,即得到生物基多功能涂料。
本发明所述的生水性物基多功能涂料具有以下有益效果:
本发明选用生物基树脂制备多功能涂料,生物基树脂为天然成分,可降解,为可再生原料更加环保。本发明成膜物质为Ecoat的Inokem UR 3309,该树脂是由短油醇酸树脂改性过的水性醇酸树脂,可降解成分占57%,不含APO,不含VOC,绿色环保,由短油醇酸树脂改性过,因此干性特别好,硬度高。与硅溶胶混拼,硅溶胶不会滋生苔藓和藻类、无机涂料不会产生静电,所以表面不会挂灰尘,且硅溶胶含有硅羟基,附着力优异,且硅溶胶与生物基乳液在干燥过程中脱水互相交联,提高耐性。且硅溶胶无机成分具有阻燃的功能。
本发明将有机防霉防藻剂与无机纳米氧化锌杀菌剂相结合,提高生物基涂料的杀菌防腐性能。
本发明采用防锈填料为防锈颜料为三聚磷酸铝,不含铅、铬等有害重金属元素;热稳定性好。改性三聚磷酸根离子能与各种金属离子生成螯合物,在被涂物表面形成卓越的纯化膜,对钢铁以及轻金属等的腐蚀具有极强的抑制作用。
本发明选用金红石型纳米二氧化钛与空心玻璃微珠搭配,赋予生物基涂料隔热保温的功能,金红石型纳米二氧化钛可以反射太阳光,空心玻璃微珠的中空结构具有隔热保温的功能。且利用空心玻璃微珠的中空结构具有阻燃的功能,与硅溶胶搭配,提高涂层的阻燃性能,保护易燃基材。

基于本发明的设计思想,下面,结合具体的实施例对本发明水性生物基多功能涂料做进一步的详细描述:

所述的消泡剂为BYK-024,所述的分散剂为TEGO 750W。所述的杀菌剂防霉防藻剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。所述的防锈颜料为三聚磷酸铝。所述的催干剂为铁系催干剂BorchidOXY-Coat 1101。所述的环保抗冻融助剂为科莱恩2070。所述的附着力促进剂为迈图CoatOSil MP200环氧硅烷齐聚物。
实施例1-3的水性生物基多功能涂料采用以下方法制备得到:
按原材料配方依次将生物基树脂Inokem UR 3309、去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂加入搅拌罐中,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,加入防锈颜料,纳米氧化锌,金红石型纳米二氧化钛,空心玻璃微珠2000r/min高速搅拌30min,降低搅拌速度到800r/min加入杀菌防霉防藻剂、环保防冻剂、催干剂和附着力促进剂,硅溶胶搅拌20min,加入增稠剂调整粘度搅拌均匀,即得到生物基多功能涂料。
对实施例1-3制备得到水性生物基多功能涂料进行性能测试,检测结果如下表所示:

去离子水:13-17,生物基树脂:27-32,消泡剂:0.1-0.3,杀菌防霉防藻剂:0.1-0.3,环保防冻剂:0.7-1.2,分散剂:0.7-1.2,防锈颜料:8-12,增稠剂:0.5-0.7,催干剂:0.4-0.6,附着力促进剂:0.7-1.2,纳米氧化锌:4-7,金红石型纳米二氧化钛:8-12,硅溶胶:23-30,空心玻璃微珠,4-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性生物基多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述的生物基树脂为Ecoat的Inokem UR 3309,生物基含量57%,不含任何助溶剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性生物基多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性生物基多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述的杀菌剂防霉防藻剂为2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性生物基多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述的防锈颜料为三聚磷酸铝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水性生物基多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述的催干剂为铁系催干剂BorchidOXY-Coat 1101。

10.一种如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的水性生物基多功能涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,按原材料配方依次将生物基树脂、去离子水、消泡剂、分散剂加入搅拌罐中,1200r/min高速搅拌15min,加入防锈颜料,纳米氧化锌,金红石型纳米二氧化钛,空心玻璃微珠2000r/min高速搅拌30min,降低搅拌速度到800r/min加入杀菌防霉防藻剂、环保防冻剂、催干剂和附着力促进剂,硅溶胶搅拌20min,加入增稠剂调整粘度搅拌均匀,即得到生物基多功能涂料。
