本发明涉及一种具有至少部分由塑料制成的进气管的内燃机。
在内燃机中越来越多地使用这样的一种进气管,即在进气管区中设有一个蝶形阀,而蝶形阀部分上置有一调整阀瓣,以控制空气流量。调整阀瓣由一个电机控制,根据控制单元所确定的某些参数向电机提供激励电流,这样电机便可以按照初始的值设定阀瓣的位置。
上述结构中所产生的问题是在进气管区中会出现静电荷,特别是在进气管的塑料部分中会产生静电荷。这就会导致放电,即在由金属的蝶形阀段上放电,在这种情况下产生的电弧电压将对发动机的电器造成严重的影响。
在现有技术中,常用接地的方法来解决放电的问题,即通过设置与车体相连的金属带或金属网的办法分流静电荷。
本发明的任务是提供一种分流静电荷的简单的方法。
权利要求1给出了一种适用的解决上述问题的方案。
根据本发明,借助于至少一个具有导电性的连接部分可以分流所形成的静电荷,在上述情况下,该导线与电机的端子相连。这样就利用了电机低阻抗的控制方式,而且还利用了控制单元,特别是在控制单元中以最后级型式设置的火花制止器,从而减少因电机的高感应性而生产的电压峰值。
采用本发明的回路可在不增加系统重量的情况下,以简单和良好的成本-效率的方式来抵消静电荷。
在本发明的一最佳实施例中,电机的两条供电线与蝶形阀段的外壁相连,这样可以减少一半的电势,并防止了由于天线效应而产生的高频问题。
下面将结合附图对本发明进行描述。
标号10示意性地表示了一根进气管,该进气管可以由塑料制造。进气管区10的下游处设有一蝶形阀段12,该阀以绝缘的方式安装且通常具有一个金属壳体。蝶形阀12设有一个调整阀瓣14,该阀瓣可以随轴16转动,从而打开或关闭该进气管10。调整阀瓣瓣4的轴16由一个电机18驱动。
电机18通过两个端子20和22提供电能,控制单元24示意性地表示了对电机18的控制,其控制元件构成了电子蝶形阀控制系统或空载充气控制系统的传统部分,它们并不是本发明的一部分。
在蝶形阀部分12的壁和与电机18相连的电线20、22之间装有电连部分30和26,这两个电连接部分均在电机18和蝶形阀12的壁之间提供了连接。
设置在电连接部分26或30中、且位于蝶形阀段12和电机端子20、22之间的电阻28和32可以确保不会在电机18的激励电流下产生短路。同样的电阻28和32可以使单元具有高阻抗性能。
在进气管区形成的静电荷可以由电连接部分26和30分流到电机端子20、22,这样可以由最后级以低阻抗的方式放电。如果在用于电机18的控制单元24的最后级中设置火花制止器就更好了,这样可以减小感应电压峰值;同时,所述的火花制止器也是消除静电电压峰值的一个有效工具。
由此,本发明可以用最少的电路元件来有效地分流静电荷。

Claims (3)

1、一种内燃机,该内显然具有一个进气管(10),该进气管上设有一个蝶形阀段(12),该阀段以绝缘的方式安装并与一个调整阀瓣(14)安装在一起,所述阀瓣可以由一台电(18)驱动,其特征在于:用于导电的连接部分(26)设置在蝶形阀段(12)和至少一个电机端子(22)之间。
2、如权利要求1所述的内燃机,其特征在于:所述电机(18)具有两个连接端子(20,22),这两个连接端子(20,22)中的每个都以与蝶形阀段(12)相连的电连接(26,30)的方式连接。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的内燃机,其特征在于:高阻抗电阻(28,32)设置在位于蝶形阀外壁和电机连接线之间的电连接部分(26,30)中。
