A method for manufacturing an LED (light emitting diode) adhesive dripping lamp band comprises the steps of using a whole roll of a connected flexible circuit board containing a plurality of lamp band circuit boards, adhering components by an SMT (surface mount technology) to form the whole roll of the connected lamp band containing a plurality of bare lamp bands, or using a plurality of single connected flexible circuit boards containing a plurality of lamp band circuit boards, adhering components by a SMT, welding a plurality of single boards end to form the whole roll of the connected lamp band containing the plurality of bare lamp bands, wherein two sides of the whole roll of the plurality of connected bare lamp bands are respectively provided with a plate edge, the plate edges are coated with non-stick agents of non-stick glue, so that the glue after the glue is dripped does not flow out of the plate edge, then dripping waterproof glue on the whole roll, the whole roll is opened to enter a horizontal adhesive transmission belt below a glue dripping device to stick to the whole roll of lamp bands, a horizontal platform is arranged below a transmission belt to be adsorbed and leveled, the glue dripping device is arranged above the lamp band, a plurality of adhesive dripping heads are arranged on the glue dripping device, and the number of the lamp band is the number of the adhesive dripping heads is 1, each glue dripping head is respectively aligned on a single slitting line of a slitting strip of the conjoined lamp strip, the lamp strip is adsorbed by opening a transmission belt to move forwards on a platform, all the glue dripping heads are opened simultaneously, an automatic controller respectively controls the amount of waterproof glue dripping of each glue dripping head, the lamp strip is transmitted and moved to the front side, waterproof glue is continuously dripped on one side of each glue dripping head, the lamp strip dripped with the waterproof glue is driven by the transmission belt to enter a tunnel oven, the lamp strip is taken out of the tunnel oven after being dried and is separated from the glue of the transmission belt until a whole roll of the conjoined lamp strip is dripped with the waterproof glue and is dried, in the process, a plate dripped with the waterproof glue is adsorbed on the transmission belt on a horizontal platform to keep horizontal, the waterproof glue naturally flows, is connected into a whole and is leveled, and is uniformly distributed on the conjoined lamp strip and then enters the tunnel oven, the amount of the waterproof glue dripping is controlled to be an upper limit standard on the surface of the light emitting surface of the waterproof glue which does not flow to the lamp beads, and then, the whole board cured with the waterproof glue is transferred to a slitting machine to be slit into single lamp strips, the slit single lamp strips are longitudinally (in the longitudinal direction) divided into two side surfaces, and the side surface of the circuit board on each side surface and the side surface of the cured glue are respectively arranged on the same cutter surface.
2. An LED adhesive-dripping lamp strip, comprising:
a flexible circuit board;
LED lamp beads or LED lamp beads and control elements;
waterproof glue;
the LED lamp strip is characterized in that the flexible circuit board is a single-layer circuit board or a double-layer circuit board, the LED lamp beads or the LED lamp beads and the control elements are welded on surface bonding pads of the circuit board, the waterproof glue forms solidified soft waterproof glue, the waterproof glue is adhered to the upper surface of the circuit board, the waterproof glue is adhered to a support of the LED lamp beads or adhered to a support of the LED lamp beads and the control elements, the waterproof glue blocks the circuit board, when the upper surface of the circuit board is viewed, the upper surface of the circuit board cannot be seen, the packaging glue of the LED lamp beads is still exposed, the waterproof glue does not influence the light emission of the LEDs, when the lamp strip is provided with the control elements, the surface and the side surfaces of the control elements are completely covered by the waterproof glue, or the side surfaces of the control elements are adhered with the waterproof glue, but the upper surface of the control elements is not adhered with the waterproof glue or is not adhered with the waterproof glue, and the lamp strip faces to the two side surfaces in the longitudinal direction (the long direction), the side of the flexible circuit board of every side and the side of waterproof glue all are on same cutting tool face respectively, and the lamp area is in the optional position of avoiding component department, and the lamp area is under straight state, and waterproof glue's upper surface and two sides are the plane, and the angle that upper surface and two sides formed all is greater than 75 degrees respectively, is less than 105 degrees, and the waterproof glue's of lamp area thickness is greater than or equal to 0.05mm, is less than or equal to 6.0 mm.
3. The LED tape strip according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the LED waterproof tape has a length of 0.5 m or more.

The LED glue dripping lamp strip according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the LED waterproof lamp strip is composed of a plurality of periodic circuits, each periodic circuit has the same circuit, each periodic component is the same, a shearing position is designed among each period, the shearing position can be sheared for use, a metal connecting point is designed at the shearing position, the metal connecting point is used for connecting a plurality of lamp strips for use, or/and is used for connecting a power supply, the metal connecting point is arranged on the front side or/and the back side, when the metal connecting point is arranged on the front side, the metal connecting point is covered by the waterproof glue, and the waterproof glue can be peeled off or removed for use when in use.

The LED drip tape strip according to claim 1, wherein a double-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the back of the plurality of connected strips, and then the strips are cut into strips, the double-sided adhesive tape is waterproof, moistureproof, insulating and adhesive and fixing during installation and use, and the waterproof adhesive tape, the circuit board and the double-sided adhesive tape are respectively arranged on a cutting surface on the two longitudinal (longitudinal) side surfaces of the strip.
6. The LED drip tape according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the waterproof adhesive is a filling adhesive with light blocking and light reflecting functions.
7. The LED adhesive dripping lamp strip according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a layer of waterproof resin is wrapped around the lamp strip in the longitudinal direction to form a higher-grade waterproof lamp strip.
8. A LED tape with adhesive dripping as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein a layer of transparent waterproof adhesive is applied on top of the tape to increase the waterproof rating of the tape.
