Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法,所述高强度多层复合面料包括:高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;所述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维;所述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布;所述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料。本发明制备的明高强度多层复合面料的强度大,抗撕裂能力强,阻燃防水性能优异,透气性好,穿着舒适感强,并且制备方法简单,加工工艺易操作,经济价值高,适合工业化生产加工。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
防护服在防化作战、消防救灾和医疗救护中起着至关重要的作用。防护服按防护和透湿机制可分为4大类:隔绝式、透气式、半透气式和选择性透气式。防护服在研制过程中存在防护性能与生理舒适感之间的矛盾,如果过分强调防护性能而忽视舒适性会导致热量积聚,对使用着产生极大的不适,更有甚者会出现休克现象,而过分强调舒适性会削弱防护性能而失去防护作用。透气式防化服不仅可以提供优良的防护性能,还能改善穿着生理舒适性,并且通过多层结构设计,可以兼顾阻燃、耐高温、防毒、透气、散热等多种功能。
中国专利CN110481130A公开了一种高强度防毒面料,该面料外层为斜纹芳纶1313,内层为聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)无孔膜,该面料外层斜纹芳纶1313与内层PTFE无孔膜之间的粘贴层为水乳性粘合剂,水乳性粘合剂将外层斜纹芳纶1313与内层聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)无孔膜复合为一体。但该专利制备的高强度防毒面料的透气性不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度多层复合面料,所述高强度多层复合面料包括:高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;上述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维40份~60份、玄武岩纤维15份~25份和芳纶纤维10份~25份;上述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布;上述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料;上述内层的原料包括:棉纤维100份、麻纤维20份~35份和涤纶纤维5份~15份。
进一步地,上述吸附材料的制备包括:将10g六水氯化镁溶于无水乙醇中,加入0.8~1.4g表面活性剂,45℃~65℃恒温水浴5分钟~20分钟,缓慢加入氨水和无水乙醇的混合液体,搅拌混合10分钟~25分钟,室温下陈化3小时~10小时,经过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到前驱体;将前驱体研磨后进行煅烧,得到纳米氧化镁粉末;将纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭进行混合,得到吸附材料。
更进一步地,纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭的添加重量比为10:8~15。
更进一步地,上述聚丙烯熔融非织造布的克重为25g/m2~45g/m2。
进一步地,上述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维50份、玄武岩纤维20份和芳纶纤维18份。
本发明的另一发明目的在于提供一种高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,按上述重量份将粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维经混纺得到20tex~50tex纱,再经织造得到高强度外层坯布;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的高强度外层坯布放到整理液中,浸渍10~30分钟后放到55℃条件下干燥20小时,再在85~95℃下烘干60分钟~140分钟,再在130~138℃下烘焙5分钟,冷却至室温得到高强度外层;
步骤S30,将上述重量份的棉纤维、麻纤维和涤纶纤维仅混纺成纱,再经织造得到内层坯布;
步骤S40,选用克重在25g/m2~45g/m2的聚丙烯熔融非织造布作为阻隔层坯布;
步骤S50,将上述吸附材料添加到粘合剂中,并均匀涂覆在步骤S30得到的内层坯布表面,再覆盖上步骤S40得到的阻隔层坯布,经热压粘合,得到中间体;
步骤S60,将中间体阻隔层面与高强度外层进行热压粘合,得到高强度多层复合面料。
进一步地,步骤S20中,上述整理液包括:水100份、改性水性聚氨酯4份~12份、羧甲基壳聚糖1.0份~2.2份、柔软剂1.2份~3.5份、苯甲酸钠0.4份~1.2份和甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份~1.4份。
进一步地,上述改性水性聚氨酯的制备包括:将1份氧化石墨烯加入到100份~130份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,超声分散,得到分散液;将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加入到分散液中,通氮气保护,在65℃~78℃下反应18小时~22小时;用氨水调节分散液的pH为9~10,升温至90℃,加入水合肼,反应60分钟~80分钟,经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,得到改性氧化石墨烯;将改性氧化石墨烯加入到水性聚氨酯中,超声分散20分钟~30分钟,得到改性水性聚氨酯。其中,氧化石墨烯赋予面料优异的力学性能、稳定性,以及拒水性,但其在溶剂中的分散性较差,影响其在面料中的相容性和分散性,故对其进行功能改性,以增加氧化石墨烯与聚合物的相容性,进而提高外层的拒水性能。
更进一步地,上述水性聚氨酯与改性氧化石墨烯的添加重量比为100:0.2~1.5。
更进一步地,上述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与氧化石墨烯的重量比为2~8:1。
从上述的技术方案可以看出,本发明的优点是:
1.本发明高强度多层复合面料包括高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层四部分,高强度外层以强度高、阻燃、耐腐隔热的玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维为主要原料,赋予外层优异的强度和防护性能,并对其进行整理液处理,提高外层的疏水、抗静电效果,阻隔层以聚丙烯熔融非织造布,利用其优异的过滤性能和适宜的防水透湿性,吸附透气层中加入适宜比例的纳米氧化镁和球形活性炭,赋予面料一定的吸附降解作用,而内层是舒适的棉麻织物,提高舒适度;
2.本发明制备的明高强度多层复合面料的强度大,抗撕裂能力强,阻燃防水性能优异,透气性好,穿着舒适感强,并且制备方法简单,加工工艺易操作,经济价值高,适合工业化生产加工。

具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法
高强度多层复合面料包括高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;上述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维50份、玄武岩纤维20份和芳纶纤维18份;上述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布;上述内层的原料包括:棉纤维100份、麻纤维28份和涤纶纤维10份;上述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料,上述吸附材料的制备包括:将10g六水氯化镁溶于无水乙醇中,加入1.1g表面活性剂,55℃恒温水浴12分钟,缓慢加入氨水和无水乙醇的混合液体,搅拌混合18分钟,室温下陈化6.5小时,经过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到前驱体;将前驱体研磨后进行煅烧,得到纳米氧化镁粉末;将纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭以重量比10:12进行混合,得到吸附材料。
高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,按上述重量份将粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维经混纺得到40tex纱,再经织造得到高强度外层坯布;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的高强度外层坯布放到整理液中,浸渍20分钟后放到55℃条件下干燥20小时,再在90℃下烘干100分钟,再在134℃下烘焙5分钟,冷却至室温得到高强度外层;
步骤S30,将上述重量份的棉纤维、麻纤维和涤纶纤维仅混纺成纱,再经织造得到内层坯布;
步骤S40,选用克重在35g/m2的聚丙烯熔融非织造布作为阻隔层坯布;
步骤S50,将上述吸附材料添加到粘合剂中,并均匀涂覆在步骤S30得到的内层坯布表面,再覆盖上步骤S40得到的阻隔层坯布,经热压粘合,得到中间体;
步骤S60,将中间体阻隔层面与高强度外层进行热压粘合,得到高强度多层复合面料。
其中,步骤S20中,上述整理液包括:水100份、改性水性聚氨酯8份、羧甲基壳聚糖1.6份、柔软剂2.4份、苯甲酸钠0.8份和甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.9份;
上述改性水性聚氨酯的制备包括:将1份氧化石墨烯加入到115份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,超声分散,得到分散液;将5份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加入到分散液中,通氮气保护,在72℃下反应20小时;用氨水调节分散液的pH为9~10,升温至90℃,加入水合肼,反应70分钟,经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,得到改性氧化石墨烯;将0.8份改性氧化石墨烯加入到100份水性聚氨酯中,超声分散25分钟,得到改性水性聚氨酯。
实施例2
一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法
高强度多层复合面料包括高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;上述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维40份、玄武岩纤维15份和芳纶纤维10份;上述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布,聚丙烯熔融非织造布的克重为25g/m2;上述内层的原料包括:棉纤维100份、麻纤维20份和涤纶纤维5份;上述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料,上述吸附材料的制备包括:将10g六水氯化镁溶于无水乙醇中,加入0.8g表面活性剂,45℃恒温水浴5分钟,缓慢加入氨水和无水乙醇的混合液体,搅拌混合10分钟,室温下陈化3小时,经过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到前驱体;将前驱体研磨后进行煅烧,得到纳米氧化镁粉末;将纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭以重量比10:8进行混合,得到吸附材料。
高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法
高强度多层复合面料包括高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;上述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维60份、玄武岩纤维25份和芳纶纤维25份;上述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布,聚丙烯熔融非织造布的克重为45g/m2;上述内层的原料包括:棉纤维100份、麻纤维35份和涤纶纤维15份;上述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料,上述吸附材料的制备包括:将10g六水氯化镁溶于无水乙醇中,加入1.4g表面活性剂,65℃恒温水浴20分钟,缓慢加入氨水和无水乙醇的混合液体,搅拌混合25分钟,室温下陈化10小时,经过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到前驱体;将前驱体研磨后进行煅烧,得到纳米氧化镁粉末;将纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭以重量比10:15进行混合,得到吸附材料。
高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,按上述重量份将粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维经混纺得到50tex纱,再经织造得到高强度外层坯布;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的高强度外层坯布放到整理液中,浸渍30分钟后放到55℃条件下干燥20小时,再在95℃下烘干140分钟,再在138℃下烘焙5分钟,冷却至室温得到高强度外层;
步骤S30,将上述重量份的棉纤维、麻纤维和涤纶纤维仅混纺成纱,再经织造得到内层坯布;
步骤S40,选用克重在45g/m2的聚丙烯熔融非织造布作为阻隔层坯布;
步骤S50,将上述吸附材料添加到粘合剂中,并均匀涂覆在步骤S30得到的内层坯布表面,再覆盖上步骤S40得到的阻隔层坯布,经热压粘合,得到中间体;
步骤S60,将中间体阻隔层面与高强度外层进行热压粘合,得到高强度多层复合面料。
其中,步骤S20中,上述整理液包括:水100份、改性水性聚氨酯12份、羧甲基壳聚糖2.2份、柔软剂3.5份、苯甲酸钠1.2份和甲基三乙氧基硅烷1.4份;
上述改性水性聚氨酯的制备包括:将1份氧化石墨烯加入到130份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,超声分散,得到分散液;将8份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加入到分散液中,通氮气保护,在78℃下反应22小时;用氨水调节分散液的pH为9~10,升温至90℃,加入水合肼,反应80分钟,经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,得到改性氧化石墨烯;将1.5份改性氧化石墨烯加入到100份水性聚氨酯中,超声分散30分钟,得到改性水性聚氨酯。
实施例4
一种高强度多层复合面料及其制备方法
高强度多层复合面料包括高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;上述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维45份、玄武岩纤维20份和芳纶纤维15份;上述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布,聚丙烯熔融非织造布的克重为40g/m2;上述内层的原料包括:棉纤维100份、麻纤维25份和涤纶纤维12份;上述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料,上述吸附材料的制备包括:将10g六水氯化镁溶于无水乙醇中,加入1.0g表面活性剂,50℃恒温水浴10分钟,缓慢加入氨水和无水乙醇的混合液体,搅拌混合15分钟,室温下陈化4小时,经过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到前驱体;将前驱体研磨后进行煅烧,得到纳米氧化镁粉末;将纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭以重量比10:14进行混合,得到吸附材料。
高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,按上述重量份将粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维经混纺得到30tex纱,再经织造得到高强度外层坯布;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的高强度外层坯布放到整理液中,浸渍15分钟后放到55℃条件下干燥20小时,再在90℃下烘干120分钟,再在132℃下烘焙5分钟,冷却至室温得到高强度外层;
步骤S30,将上述重量份的棉纤维、麻纤维和涤纶纤维仅混纺成纱,再经织造得到内层坯布;
步骤S40,选用克重在40g/m2的聚丙烯熔融非织造布作为阻隔层坯布;
步骤S50,将上述吸附材料添加到粘合剂中,并均匀涂覆在步骤S30得到的内层坯布表面,再覆盖上步骤S40得到的阻隔层坯布,经热压粘合,得到中间体;
步骤S60,将中间体阻隔层面与高强度外层进行热压粘合,得到高强度多层复合面料。
其中,步骤S20中,上述整理液包括:水100份、改性水性聚氨酯10份、羧甲基壳聚糖1.2份、柔软剂2.0份、苯甲酸钠0.6份和甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.7份;
上述改性水性聚氨酯的制备包括:将1份氧化石墨烯加入到120份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,超声分散,得到分散液;将4份二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加入到分散液中,通氮气保护,在68℃下反应19小时;用氨水调节分散液的pH为9~10,升温至90℃,加入水合肼,反应75分钟,经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,得到改性氧化石墨烯;将1.2份改性氧化石墨烯加入到100份水性聚氨酯中,超声分散25分钟,得到改性水性聚氨酯。

高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,按上述重量份将粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维经混纺得到40tex纱,再经织造得到高强度外层坯布;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的高强度外层坯布放到整理液中,浸渍20分钟后放到55℃条件下干燥20小时,再在90℃下烘干100分钟,再在134℃下烘焙5分钟,冷却至室温得到高强度外层;
步骤S30,将上述重量份的棉纤维、麻纤维和涤纶纤维仅混纺成纱,再经织造得到内层坯布;
步骤S40,选用克重在35g/m2的聚丙烯熔融非织造布作为阻隔层坯布;
步骤S50,将上述吸附材料添加到粘合剂中,并均匀涂覆在步骤S30得到的内层坯布表面,再覆盖上步骤S40得到的阻隔层坯布,经热压粘合,得到中间体;
步骤S60,将中间体阻隔层面与高强度外层进行热压粘合,得到高强度多层复合面料。
其中,步骤S20中,上述整理液包括:水100份、水性聚氨酯8份、羧甲基壳聚糖1.6份、柔软剂2.4份、苯甲酸钠0.8份和甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.9份。

为了进一步说明本发明的技术进步性,现采用实验进一步说明。
实验方法:对本发明制备的高强度多层复合面料进行性能测试,结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种高强度多层复合面料,其特征在于,所述高强度多层复合面料包括:高强度外层、阻隔层、吸附透气层和内层;所述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维40份~60份、玄武岩纤维15份~25份和芳纶纤维10份~25份;所述阻隔层为聚丙烯熔融非织造布;所述吸附透气层中添加有吸附材料;所述内层的原料包括:棉纤维100份、麻纤维20份~35份和涤纶纤维5份~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度多层复合面料,其特征在于,所述吸附材料的制备包括:将10g六水氯化镁溶于无水乙醇中,加入0.8~1.4g表面活性剂,45℃~65℃恒温水浴5分钟~20分钟,缓慢加入氨水和无水乙醇的混合液体,搅拌混合10分钟~25分钟,室温下陈化3小时~10小时,经过滤、洗涤、真空干燥,得到前驱体;将前驱体研磨后进行煅烧,得到纳米氧化镁粉末;将纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭进行混合,得到吸附材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高强度多层复合面料,其特征在于,纳米氧化镁粉末与球形活性炭的添加重量比为10:8~15。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度多层复合面料,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯熔融非织造布的克重为25g/m2~45g/m2。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高强度多层复合面料,其特征在于,所述高强度外层的原料按其重量份包括:粘胶纤维50份、玄武岩纤维20份和芳纶纤维18份。
6.一种根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的高强度多层复合面料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S10,按所述重量份将粘胶纤维、玄武岩纤维和芳纶纤维经混纺得到20tex~50tex纱,再经织造得到高强度外层坯布;
步骤S20,将步骤S10得到的高强度外层坯布放到整理液中,浸渍10~30分钟后放到55℃条件下干燥20小时,再在85~95℃下烘干60分钟~140分钟,再在130~138℃下烘焙5分钟,冷却至室温得到高强度外层;
步骤S30,将所述重量份的棉纤维、麻纤维和涤纶纤维仅混纺成纱,再经织造得到内层坯布;
步骤S40,选用克重在25g/m2~45g/m2的聚丙烯熔融非织造布作为阻隔层坯布;
步骤S50,将所述吸附材料添加到粘合剂中,并均匀涂覆在步骤S30得到的内层坯布表面,再覆盖上步骤S40得到的阻隔层坯布,经热压粘合,得到中间体;
步骤S60,将中间体阻隔层面与高强度外层进行热压粘合,得到高强度多层复合面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S20中,所述整理液包括:水100份、改性水性聚氨酯4份~12份、羧甲基壳聚糖1.0份~2.2份、柔软剂1.2份~3.5份、苯甲酸钠0.4份~1.2份和甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.5份~1.4份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述改性水性聚氨酯的制备包括:将1份氧化石墨烯加入到100份~130份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中,超声分散,得到分散液;将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯加入到分散液中,通氮气保护,在65℃~78℃下反应18小时~22小时;用氨水调节分散液的pH为9~10,升温至90℃,加入水合肼,反应60分钟~80分钟,经N,N-二甲基甲酰胺洗涤,得到改性氧化石墨烯;将改性氧化石墨烯加入到水性聚氨酯中,超声分散20分钟~30分钟,得到改性水性聚氨酯。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水性聚氨酯与改性氧化石墨烯的添加重量比为100:0.2~1.5。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯与氧化石墨烯的重量比为2~8:1。
