Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of veterinary drug preparation, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The livestock and poultry mainly refer to various animals domesticated by human beings through long-term labor in order to meet the requirements of meat, eggs, milk, fur and the like, and the livestock and poultry are greatly different from wild animals and mainly have the following four points: after long-term artificial feeding, the feed is widely applied to production; the phenotype and wild animals of the transgenic plant are essentially changed, and the transgenic plant has stable artificial selection economic characters; a stable epidemic prevention and control system is formed; according to international convention.
The livestock and poultry comprise traditional livestock and poultry, mainly refer to wild animals which can normally breed offspring and have certain economic value for human beings through artificial domestication and breeding. In the process of livestock and poultry breeding, respiratory diseases almost all occur in large-scale farms, the morbidity is 30-60%, the mortality is 5-30%, and the respiratory diseases are difficult to prevent and control. Respiratory diseases include acute pneumonia and chronic mild pneumonia, and death can be caused when acute pneumonia is severe; the chronic mild pneumonia causes slow growth rate of livestock and poultry and reduction of feed conversion rate, and causes different fattening rates of livestock and poultry groups, thereby causing more serious problems. Therefore, respiratory diseases are still the main diseases affecting livestock and poultry production, and are the diseases causing the largest economic loss for livestock and poultry industry.
Although the western medicine has the advantages of high purity, quick response and the like, the western medicine also has certain side effects. Therefore, farmers mostly adopt the Chinese medicinal preparation to treat respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry in recent years. However, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation sold in the market at present has relatively poor treatment effect on livestock, which not only affects the growth of livestock, but also causes economic loss to a certain extent for farmers.

s2, placing the obtained raw material powder into a frying pan, adding clear water with the mass 8-10 times of the total mass of the raw material powder into the frying pan, decocting the raw material powder with water for 3 times, wherein the decocting time is 50min each time, after the decoction is finished, carrying out vacuum reduced pressure concentration on the obtained liquid medicine, and storing the obtained thick paste for later use;
s3, adding a proper amount of sucrose and dextrin into the thick paste obtained in the step S2, mixing and stirring uniformly, then granulating and drying to finally obtain the finished product of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
In step S1, the raw materials are ground to have a particle size of 200 mesh.
The density of the thick paste obtained in step S2 was 1.2g/cm3。
In the step S3, the mass ratio of the sucrose to the dextrin is 3:1, and the total dosage of the sucrose and the dextrin is 23% of the thick paste.
Clinical treatment effect test:
test one: the number of diseased cows was about 132 cows selected from a cattle farm in Weifang City in Shandong province, wherein 96 adult cows were bred, 15 adult cows were bred, and 21 young cows were bred. The patients with short course of disease will be treated in 1-2 days, while the patients with long course of disease will be treated in about 4 days. The clinical symptoms are cyanosis of the limb periphery and visible mucous membrane of the sick cattle, emaciation, cough, asthma, dyspnea of different degrees, viscous exudates in nostrils, and reduced or abolished appetite. Among 132 sick cattle, 75 cases were diagnosed with bovine lung plague, 33 cases were diagnosed with bovine asthma, and 24 cases were diagnosed with bovine influenza, and the various diseased cattle were divided into four groups and treated with the Chinese medicinal preparations prepared in examples 1 to 3 (test examples 1 to 3) and the commercially available Chinese medicinal preparation (comparative example), respectively, and the obtained data are recorded in table 1:
TABLE 1
And (2) test II: 80 sick chickens with infectious bronchitis in a certain chicken farm in the Weifang city of Shandong province were selected, and divided into four groups, and were treated with the Chinese medicinal preparations prepared in examples 1 to 3 (test examples 1 to 3) and the commercially available Chinese medicinal preparation (comparative example), respectively, and the obtained data are recorded in Table 2:
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the relevant data in tables 1 and 2, compared with the comparative example, the traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by the invention has good treatment effect on respiratory diseases of livestock and poultry; moreover, the sucrose, the dextrin and the hawthorn are compatible with each other, so that the food intake of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation prepared by the invention by livestock and poultry can be effectively improved, the intake of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation is increased, and the active treatment effect on the respiratory diseases of the livestock and poultry is achieved. Therefore, the expanding agent prepared by the invention has wider market prospect and is more suitable for popularization.
