4. The repair liquid for whitening and removing freckles as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the repairing agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-0.7% of squalane and 4.5-5.3% of aloe barbadensis extract.
5. The repair liquid for whitening and removing freckles as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the preservative is 0.03-0.09% by mass, and the preservative is ethylhexyl glycerol.
6. The repair liquid for whitening and removing freckles as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the antibacterial agent also comprises an astringent antibacterial agent with the mass percentage of 14.2-15.6%, wherein the astringent antibacterial agent is ethanol.

The repair liquid for whitening and removing freckles as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the composition comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 14.7% of ethanol, 18.3% of 1, 2-propylene glycol, 24.5% of glycerol, 0.03% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.7% of phenyl silicone oil, 0.4% of squalane, 0.06% of ethylhexyl glycerol, 1.5% of sodium ascorbyl phosphate, 4.8% of aloe barbadensis extract, 0.2% of tocopherol, 1.3% of alpha-arbutin, 0.05% of sodium hyaluronate, 0.3% of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and the balance of deionized water.
9. The preparation method of the repair liquid for whitening and removing freckles according to claim 7 or 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials in corresponding parts by weight according to a formula proportion for later use;
(2) sequentially adding ethanol, 1, 2-propylene glycol, glycerol and sodium hyaluronate into deionized water, and homogenizing at the speed of 1200r/min for 5 minutes;
(3) adding squalane, caprylic/capric triglyceride and phenyl silicone oil into the mixture obtained in the step (2), heating to 80-85 ℃, homogenizing at the speed of 900-1200 r/min for 3 minutes, and then carrying out vacuum heat preservation and stirring for 15 minutes;
(4) and (3) after the mixture in the step (3) is cooled to 42-45 ℃, sequentially adding aloe vera extract, ethylhexyl glycerol, sodium ascorbyl phosphate, tocopherol, alpha-arbutin and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, homogenizing for 1 minute at the speed of 1000-1500 r/min, vacuumizing, slowly stirring and defoaming to obtain the repair liquid for whitening and removing freckles.
