Therefore, the matching area of the second connecting piece 7 and the second air duct shell 12 is increased, the air duct shell 1 is further fixed reliably, and the second connecting piece 7 is simple in structure and low in cost.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, one end of the second connector 7 is snap-connected to the first connector 6, and the other end of the second connector 7 is detachably connected to the base plate 3. For example, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the second connector 7 is provided with a second hook 711, the first connector 6 is provided with a second locking hole 611 adapted to be engaged with the second hook 711, and the other end of the second connector 7 is connected to the bottom plate 3 by a buckle or a screw. Therefore, the structure is simple, the second connecting piece 7 is convenient to mount and dismount, and the second connecting piece 7 can reliably fix the second air duct shell 12.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 14, a second fastening portion 721 is disposed at a free end of the third vertical section 72, a second fastening hole 33 (shown in fig. 9) adapted to be matched with the second fastening portion 721 is disposed on the bottom plate 3, the third vertical section 72 of the second connecting member 7 is further provided with a second connecting hole 722, and a threaded fastener passes through the second connecting hole 722 to be connected with a cabinet of the clothes dryer so as to fix the third vertical section 72 to the cabinet of the clothes dryer, thereby being beneficial to further improving a fixing effect of the second connecting member 7 on the second air duct housing 12.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 15, the connecting member 5 further comprises a third connecting member 8, the third connecting member 8 and the second connecting member 7 are arranged at a distance in the length direction of the second air duct shell 12, one end of the third connecting member 8 is detachably connected with the bottom plate 3, and the other end is suitable for being connected with an external structure. For example, the external structure may be a cabinet of the dryer, one end of the third connector 8 is provided with a third connection hole 821, a screw fastener passes through the third connection hole 821 to fix one end of the third connector 8 to the base plate 3, and the other end of the third connector 8 is detachably connected to the cabinet of the dryer.
Therefore, the second connecting piece 7 and the third connecting piece 8 are arranged, so that the second air duct shell 12 is fixed effectively, and the reliable operation of the air duct shell 1 is guaranteed.

For example, the first air duct shell 11 and the second air duct shell 12 are arranged in the front-rear direction and the first air duct shell 11 is perpendicular to the second air duct shell 12. Thus, the space occupation of the first air duct shell 11 and the second air duct shell 12 as a whole is reduced, which is advantageous for reducing the space occupation of the air duct shell 1.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, a liquid discharge partition plate 9 is provided in the first air duct casing 11, the liquid discharge partition plate 9 has a liquid guide groove, an inlet of the liquid guide groove and an outlet of the liquid guide groove are respectively located at both ends of the liquid guide groove in a length direction (a front-rear direction shown in fig. 1), wherein the liquid discharge partition plate 9 further has a branch flow groove, the branch flow groove is located at least one side of the liquid guide groove in a width direction (a left-right direction shown in fig. 1), the branch flow groove is communicated with the liquid guide groove through a liquid passing port, and the liquid guide groove and the branch flow groove respectively define a liquid discharge passage 91 for the condensate with the inner bottom wall of the chamber 1 a. Therefore, when negative pressure is generated in the air channel, condensate flowing back at the outlet of the liquid guide groove can flow to the liquid guide groove and the shunting groove respectively, on one hand, the effect of shunting can be achieved, hydraulic pressure is reduced, on the other hand, the path of condensate flowing back is increased, so that the condensate can be prevented from flowing back to the air channel, and drying efficiency can be improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the duct case 1 is constructed as a heat insulating member formed separately from the base plate 3. For example, the air duct casing 1 may be plastic. For example, the duct casing 1 may be a foamed member such as a foamed plastic, a foamed rubber, or the like. Therefore, the heat preservation effect of the air duct shell 1 is improved, and the weight of the air duct shell 1 is reduced.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, the connection base 2 is disposed at one side (front side as shown in fig. 1) of the air duct shell 1 and has a passage 2a, the passage 2a communicates with the chamber 1a, wherein one of the connection base 2 and the air duct shell 1 has a sealing groove 2b and the other has a sealing rib 1b, wherein the connection base 2 may have the sealing rib 1b, the air duct shell 1 has a sealing groove 2b in sealing engagement with the sealing rib 1b, or the connection base 2 has a sealing groove 2b, the air duct shell 1 has a sealing rib 1b in sealing engagement with the sealing groove 2b, and the sealing groove 2b cooperates with the sealing rib 1b to seal a joint of the air duct shell 1 and the connection base 2.
From this, through making in connecting seat 2 and the wind channel shell 1 one have seal groove 2b and another have sealed muscle 1b, seal groove 2b and sealed muscle 1b cooperation are sealed with the junction with wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2, the leakproofness of the junction of wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2 is good, be favorable to guaranteeing the drying efficiency of dryer, and when equipment wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2, prepositioning between wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2 can be realized through seal groove 2b and sealed muscle 1 b's cooperation, be convenient for realize fixing between wind channel shell 1 and the connecting seat 2, be favorable to improving base component 100's assembly efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the sides of the duct casing 1 and the connection base 2 opposite to each other have a duct opening and a passage 2a opening, respectively, wherein the duct opening communicates with the chamber 1a, the passage 2a opening communicates with the passage 2a, one of the seal groove 2b and the seal rib 1b extends in a circumferential direction of the duct opening, and the other of the seal groove 2b and the seal rib 1b extends in the circumferential direction of the passage 2a opening.
For example, the air duct shell 1 has a sealing groove 2b, the sealing groove 2b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the air duct opening, the connecting seat 2 has a sealing rib 1b, the sealing rib 1b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the opening of the channel 2a, or the air duct shell 1 has a sealing rib 1b, the sealing rib 1b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the air duct opening, the connecting seat 2 has a sealing groove 2b, and the sealing groove 2b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the opening of the channel 2 a.
