The panel bottom lining 20 covers the front end face of the air conditioner shell and encloses a cavity for closing core components of a refrigeration system such as an indoor fan, an indoor heat exchanger and the like together with the shell. The panel bottom 20 is formed with a blowing port 21, and the blowing port 21 is provided corresponding to the opening 13. The panel body 10 and the panel bottom lining 20 are detachably assembled and connected, and the panel bottom lining 20 is arranged inside the panel body 10. The upper edge and/or the lower edge of the support main body 32 is approximately attached to the panel body 10 at the corresponding position, and the panel body 10 is covered outside the upper edge and/or the lower edge of the support main body 32, so that the panel bottom liner 20 is prevented from being exposed in a large area. In addition to the supporting main body 32, the panel body 10 further includes a limiting main body 35, and the limiting main body 35 is formed by bending the outer edge of the panel bottom liner 20 inward. Viewed separately, the restraining body 35 is also generally arcuate, and conversely, the arc of the restraining body 35 is greater than the arc of the support body 32, i.e., a small inward curvature of the restraining body 35 and a small outward curvature of the support body 32. Opposite thereto, the side body 11 comprises a guide groove 15. The guide groove 15 is formed by bending an outer edge of the side body 11 inward. The guide groove 15 extends in the height direction of the air conditioner case as a whole. The guiding groove 15 can improve the structural strength of the panel body 10 at the edge, and can fully wrap the panel bottom liner 20 to prevent the panel bottom liner from being exposed. As shown in fig. 6, the guide groove 15 includes a first flange 30 and a second flange 31 continuous with the side body 11, and the first flange 30 and the second flange 31 form an angle of approximately 90 degrees with each other. The guide groove 15 is configured to allow portions of the panel underlay 20 to slide therein during assembly to facilitate alignment.
The panel body 10 and the panel bottom liner 20 are limited by the positioning claws 16 and the avoiding clamping grooves 22. As shown in fig. 6, the positioning jaw 16 is formed at an inner edge of the guide groove 15 and extends from the inner edge of the guide groove 15. Specifically, the positioning claws 16 are continuous with the second flange 31, and the second flange 31 forms an included angle of substantially 90 degrees with the positioning claws 16. At the other end, an avoidance slot 22 is formed in the panel bottom lining 20. More specifically, the avoidance groove 22 is formed on the stopper body 35. The bypass catching groove 22 has a stepped positioning portion 23. When the assembly is completed, at least two end faces of the positioning claws 16 abut against the step positioning portions 23. As shown in fig. 6, when assembling, the upper edge and/or the lower edge of the supporting main body 32 is/are placed inside the panel body 10, the avoiding clamping groove 22 is aligned with the positioning claw 16, and the panel body 10 or the panel bottom lining 20 is pushed relatively until the first end face 33 and the second end face 34 of the positioning claw 16 abut against the stepped positioning portion 23 respectively, and the two faces are clamped relatively, i.e. positioning between the two is achieved. After positioning, bolts (shown as 24 in fig. 5) may be used to secure the upper and/or lower edges of the support body 32. When the panel body 10 or the panel bottom gusset 20 is pushed relatively, the panel bottom gusset 20 may partially slide in the guide groove 15, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, and a guide bevel 36 is formed on the outer end surface of the support main body 32 for facilitating the pushing.
Preferably, a plurality of positioning claws 16 and a plurality of avoiding grooves 22 are arranged. The positioning claws 16 are uniformly distributed at intervals, a plurality of avoidance clamping grooves 22 corresponding to the positioning claws are also arranged, and the avoidance clamping grooves 22 are uniformly distributed at intervals.
Referring to fig. 9-11, another mounting arrangement between the panel body and the panel underlay is provided. In the vertical air conditioner panel 40 shown in fig. 9 to 11, the panel body 42 and the panel bottom liner 41 are retained therebetween by the retainer clips 44 and the retainer holes 43. As shown in the drawings, a plurality of positioning fasteners 44 are uniformly distributed at intervals on the same side edge of the paired side main bodies, and a plurality of positioning fastener holes 43 are formed at corresponding positions of the panel bottom liner 41. When the assembly is completed, the positioning buckle 44 extends into the positioning buckle hole 43 for buckling connection. The panel bottom lining is also provided with a decorative border 45. The decorative border 45 covers the inner edge of the side body. Specifically, the decorative frame 45 is preferably provided with insertion holes into which insertion claws on the panel body 42 are inserted. The decorative border 45 functions as a decorative strip, and can also prevent the exposure of a metal cut or a metal section of the panel body.
