In some examples, the height of the drainage apertures 131 is no greater than the height of the upper surface of the partition 12. This ensures that the condensed water in the air duct 101 can flow into the water collection portion 20 through the drainage holes 131 even when the water collection portion 20 is not filled with water.
In some examples, a check valve (not shown) is disposed at the drainage hole 131, and is configured to be conducted only when the condensate flows from the wind tunnel 101 to the sump 20.
That is to say, when the clothes dryer is in operation, the condensed water generated by the evaporator in the air duct 101 can only flow into the water collecting portion 20 through the drainage holes 131, and does not flow back, and even if a negative pressure region is formed in a local region in the air duct 101, the water flowing into the water collecting portion 20 cannot flow back into the air duct 101 through the space between the partition plate 12 and the base body 11 and the drainage holes 131, so that the air duct 101 and the water collecting portion 20 are further completely isolated, the sealing effect of the clothes dryer is enhanced, and the energy efficiency and the working performance of the clothes dryer are improved.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the base 10 has a receiving groove with an open bottom, and the sump 20 has a sump cavity with an open top, and when installed, the sump 20 is directly installed into the receiving groove from the bottom of the base 10, so that the top opening of the sump 20 faces the receiving groove, which is simple to operate.
In some alternative examples, the sump 20 is detachably mounted to the receiving groove, for example, the sump 20 is mounted to the receiving groove by a snap-fit structure. Of course, the water container box may be a separately provided sink (e.g., a water storage container in a bathroom, etc.).
In some optional examples, the water collecting part 20 may be a water collecting box, which is simpler in structure and more convenient to install, and does not need to be separately processed, thereby being beneficial to reducing the production cost and improving the production efficiency.
