Since the upper portion of the overflow drain pipe 72 is required to protrude from the drain cover 30, the overflow drain pipe 72 is provided integrally with the drain cover 30. Or a spillover water pipe 72 is provided in sealing arrangement with the drain cover 30. Avoiding gas communication within drain tank 20 with the space above drain tank 20 by overflow down pipe 72.
In this embodiment, the water collecting tank 10 and the water draining tank 20 are both positioned on the clothes dryer base 100, and the base 100 is further provided with an outer cover plate 80 covering the outer side of the upper space 90 of the water draining tank 20; by providing the outer cover plate 80, inspection and maintenance of the drain tank 20 and the drain pump 40, etc. are facilitated. Claims (10)

1. A condensed water drain structure of a clothes dryer, comprising:
a water collecting tank for collecting dryer condensed water;
a drainage tank which is provided in communication with the water collection tank;
a drain groove cover which is hermetically arranged with the drain groove;
a drain pump provided in the drain tank;
a drain pipe for draining condensed water in the drain tank;
and a drain sealing structure connected between the drain pipe and the drain pump for preventing the drain tank from communicating with the outside.
2. The condensate drain structure of claim 1, wherein the drain seal structure comprises a water outlet chamber connected to a water outlet of the drain pump, the water outlet chamber having a water outlet extension tube and a water outlet seal tube disposed in upper communication, the water outlet extension tube being connected to the water outlet.
3. The condensate drain structure of claim 2, wherein the drain seal structure further comprises a drain down tube extending into the water seal tube, the drain down tube being connected to the drain tube.
4. The condensate drain structure of claim 3, wherein the drain down tube is integrally provided with the drain cover, the upper end of the water outlet chamber is provided with a sealing cover, and the drain down tube is hermetically provided with the sealing cover.

The condensate drain structure of claim 3, wherein the drain down tube has a down tube body, a down tube cover disposed on the down tube body, the down tube cover sealing cover disposed on the water outlet chamber; the drainage down pipe and the drainage groove cover are arranged in a sealing way; the water outlet cavity and the drain tank cover are of an integrated structure, and the lower pipe cover sealing cover is arranged at the upper opening of the water outlet cavity.

The condensate drain structure of claim 5, wherein an upper sealing edge extending upward is provided on the drain cover, the upper sealing edge is disposed around the outside of the upper opening, an inner sealing edge extending downward is provided on the lower pipe cover, the inner sealing edge is located inside the upper sealing edge, and a lower pipe sealing strip is disposed between the inner sealing edge and the upper sealing edge.

The condensate drain structure of claim 6, wherein an outer sealing rim extending downwardly is provided on the lower tube cover, the outer sealing rim being located outboard of the upper sealing rim; an extending edge extending upwards is arranged along the edge of the upper opening, the extending edge is located below the inner sealing edge, an inner sealing protrusion extending inwards is arranged along the lower pipe sealing strip, and the sealing protrusion is located between the inner sealing edge and the extending edge.
8. The condensate drain structure according to claim 7, wherein a groove seal is provided between the drain cover and drain groove, the groove seal being provided in connection with the down tube seal; the drainage tank cover is provided with an extension opening for extending the lower pipe sealing strip, and the extension opening is positioned between the extension edge and the upper sealing edge.

The condensate drain structure according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a drawable water box, the upper end of the drain pipe being connected to the water box, the water box being further connected to an overflow pipe, an overflow sealing structure for preventing the drain tank from communicating with the outside being provided between the drain tank and the overflow pipe; the overflow sealing structure is provided with an overflow sealing pipe extending upwards along the bottom surface of the drainage tank and an overflow lower pipe extending into the overflow sealing pipe, and the overflow lower pipe is connected with the overflow pipe.
10. A clothes dryer, characterized in that the clothes dryer is provided with the condensed water drainage structure as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, the water collecting tank and the drainage tank are arranged on a base of the clothes dryer, and an outer cover plate which is covered outside a space above the drainage tank is further arranged on the base.
