The clothes dryer of claim 3, wherein the base water collection chamber comprises a first base water collection chamber and a second base water collection chamber, a second partition is disposed between the first base water collection chamber and the second base water collection chamber, the first base water collection chamber and the second base water collection chamber are communicated through a second partition through hole formed in the second partition, and the overflow trough is communicated with the second base water collection chamber.
7. The clothes dryer of claim 6 further comprising a heat exchanger disposed within the first base water collection chamber.
