In the invention, the clothes treatment equipment can be a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like, and the clothes treatment equipment is of a top opening type, and the top of the clothes treatment equipment is provided with an upper cover. The invention is described by taking a washing machine as an example, and is also applicable to other clothes processing equipment with an upper cover, such as a clothes dryer and the like.
The upper cover of the washing machine is arranged on the upper part of the dish seat, and as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the upper cover usually has two states relative to the dish seat: 1. a cover closed state, in which the washing machine is in an operating state or in an unused state; 2. a state in which the cover is opened, and in which the user is putting or taking out laundry into or from the washing tub.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the upper cover of the conventional washing machine is generally composed of a glass cover plate, an upper case, and a lower case, the glass cover plate being uppermost, and electronic components being mounted in a middle region between the upper case and the lower case. The washing inner barrel opening faces the glass cover plate, steam in the barrel with the upper cover in a closed state can be liquefied into water on the glass cover plate during washing, in order to facilitate a user to operate the washing machine, the upper cover is generally designed into a structure with a certain inclination, the front part is low, the rear part is high, water can flow along the glass to the front side, and therefore the water can enter an area on the front side of the upper cover and threaten electronic elements arranged on the inner side of the upper cover. Therefore, when the upper cover is in a closed state, the condensed water is easy to flow back to electronic elements such as the display control module, and the normal operation of the washing machine is affected.
In order to solve the problem, the invention provides an upper cover 2 of a clothes treatment device, the upper cover 2 is provided with an observation window 3 and an electronic component 4, the upper cover 2 is in an inclined state when being closed, and the position of the observation window 3 is higher than that of the electronic component 4; a flow guide structure 5 is arranged between the observation window 3 and the electronic element 4 and used for guiding liquid to avoid the electronic element 4 and flow out of the upper cover 2.
In this embodiment, the electronic component 4 may be a lamp, a display panel, a controller, or the like. The flow guide structure 5 can isolate the observation window 3 with a higher position from the electronic element 4 with a lower position, guide liquid to avoid the electronic element 4 and discharge the liquid out of the upper cover 2, and prevent the liquid from accumulating, thereby ensuring the normal work of the electronic element 4, prolonging the service lives of the electronic element 4 and clothes treatment equipment, saving the cost and improving the user experience.
The flow guiding structure 5 will be further described below by taking the specific embodiment as an example.
Example one
As shown in fig. 5 to 13, the present embodiment provides an upper cover 2 of a clothes treating apparatus, the upper cover 2 includes a housing having an opening 23, and a cover plate 24 provided on the housing, the cover plate 24 covering the opening 23 to form a viewing window 3. The shell comprises an upper shell 21 and a lower shell 22, and the upper shell 21 and the lower shell 22 are respectively provided with a first flow guide structure 5 and a second flow guide structure 5; when the upper cover 2 is closed, the liquid inside the observation window 3 is discharged out of the upper cover 2 through the first flow guide structure 5 and the second flow guide structure 5 in sequence.
In this embodiment, the main function of the upper cover 2 is to cover the upper space of the washing tub when the washing machine works, because the upper part of the washing tub is open, the upper casing 21 and the lower casing 22 are correspondingly provided with the opening 23, and the cover plate 24 covers the opening 23 to form the observation window 3, therefore, part of the washing water splashes to the inner side of the observation window 3 in the washing process, or the washing machine has a drying function, and the inner side of the observation window 3 has water drops condensed by water vapor in the drying process. Since the joint between the cover plate 24 and the edge of the opening 23 of the upper housing 21 has a gap, the first flow guiding structure 5 provided on the upper housing 21 can collect and guide out the water entering from the gap, and prevent the liquid from flowing into the electronic component 4 under the observation window 3 under the action of gravity. The lower shell 22 is also provided with a second flow guide structure 5, and liquid is discharged through the first flow guide structure 5 and the second flow guide structure 5 in sequence; firstly, can form complete water conservancy diversion route, realize with the purpose of liquid discharge upper cover 2, secondly two water conservancy diversion structures 5 can also increase the holding capacity to liquid, guarantee also can derive liquid completely under the condition that has produced a large amount of comdenstion water, avoid influencing electronic component 4.
As a specific solution, the first flow guiding structure 5 includes a flow guiding groove 6, and the flow guiding groove 6 extends along the edge of the observation window 3 and is transversely disposed between the observation window 3 and the electronic component 4 to guide the liquid to be discharged from the upper cover 2.
The electronic component 4 in this embodiment is illustrated by taking a display control module as an example. The display control module is arranged on the upper cover 2, and can directly display and control the upper cover 2, so that the upper cover 2 has a protection function and a display control function. The side of the opening 23 of the upper case 21 has a receiving groove or the upper case 21 and the lower case 22 together form a receiving groove, and when the display module is placed in the receiving groove, the cover plate 24 is disposed at the upper opening of the receiving groove, so that the display control module is combined with the cover plate 24 to form a display area and/or a control area at a corresponding position of the cover plate 24. The display area and the control area are not formed independently by cutting the cover plate 24, but can be displayed and controlled through the cover plate 24, so that the integrity of the cover plate 24 is ensured, and the aim of beautifying the appearance of the atmosphere is fulfilled.
And one side of the accommodating groove is provided with a wire outlet so that the display control module is electrically connected with the computer board and other structures. The line card is arranged outside the outlet and used for fixing structures such as a conducting wire and the like so as to prevent the circuit from moving inside the shell and causing circuit faults due to circuit abrasion.
The diversion trench 6 is across between the observation window 3 and the display control module and extends along the edge of the observation window 3, so that the edge of the observation window 3 and the display control module can be completely isolated. When condensed water generated inside the observation window 3 flows to the edge under the action of gravity, the condensed water can directly and completely enter the diversion trench 6 to avoid the display control module, so that the safe operation of the display control module is ensured.
In order to facilitate the arrangement of the diversion trench 6, the diversion trench 6 is formed by partially recessing the surface of the upper shell 21 close to the edge of the observation window 3. Like this, can reform transform at the edge of current upper housing 21's opening 23, form guiding gutter 6, need not additionally add the structure, set up simply, save the cost.
In order to further enhance the diversion effect of the diversion trench 6, the height of the middle part of the bottom wall of the diversion trench 6 is greater than the height of the two ends of the diversion trench, so that water flows to the two sides after entering the diversion trench 6, the display control module below the middle part of the diversion trench 6 is convenient to avoid discharging water, and better containing and diversion effects on a large amount of water are also facilitated.
In order to prevent the liquid from overflowing into the display control module, the height of the position of the display control module is higher than that of the bottom wall of the diversion trench 6. So, guiding gutter 6 has certain degree of depth, and the bottom of guiding gutter is located the low department, and the hydroenergy that flows into from the gap of apron 24 and last casing 21 can directly enter into the bottom of guiding gutter, and the display control module is in the eminence for the bottom of guiding gutter, can fully protect the display control module.
In order to achieve a better drainage effect, as a specific embodiment, the guiding gutter 6 comprises a water collecting section 61 and a guiding section 62, the water collecting section 61 extends along the edge of the observation window 3, the guiding section 62 is located at least one end of the water collecting section 61, and the liquid collected by the water collecting section 61 is discharged through the guiding section 62.
Preferably, the area of the middle part of the bottom wall of the water collecting section 61 can be smaller than the area of the two ends. When the middle part height of the diapire of water collection section 61 is higher than both sides height, the area at water collection section 61 both ends is great to be favorable to holding a larger amount of water, avoids taking place the condition of overflow, guarantees good water conservancy diversion effect.
In this scheme, water collecting section 61 is located between observation window 3 and the display control module, and extends along the edge of observation window 3 towards one side of the display control module. The side of the observation window 3 facing one side of the display control module is a first side, the sides positioned at two sides of the first side are a second side and a third side respectively, and the second side is opposite to the third side. When the middle part of the first side edge protrudes towards one side of the display control module, the intersection positions of the first side edge and the second side edge, and the first side edge and the third side edge are all in smooth transition to form a fillet. The first side of edge of water collection section 61 extends to surround the regional setting of fillet, consequently, the area at water collection section 61 both ends is great, can hold more water, avoids taking place the overflow phenomenon.
More specifically, the two ends of the water collecting section 61 are respectively provided with a flow guide section 62, and the flow guide sections 62 at the two ends are respectively inclined with the water collecting section 61 at a certain angle; preferably, the diversion section 62 and the water collection section 61 form an obtuse angle shape with a bend and are symmetrically distributed.
So, the water conservancy diversion section 62 cooperation at water collection section 61 and both ends leads away the drainage that can both be quick with the liquid that shows control module upper portion periphery, avoids during liquid gets into display control module, reaches better water-proof effects.
In order to discharge the liquid in the first flow guiding structure 5 to the second flow guiding structure 5, further, the first flow guiding structure 5 further comprises a water leakage hole 7, and the water leakage hole 7 is arranged at the end of the flow guiding groove 6. The water leakage hole 7 may be provided at an end portion of either end of the water collecting tank 8, or may be provided at end portions of both ends.
Preferably, the water leakage hole 7 is arranged at the end part of the diversion section 62 far away from the water collection section 61, and the liquid in the diversion trench 6 enters the second diversion structure 5 through the water leakage hole 7.
In this embodiment, the second diversion structure 5 includes a water collection tank 8, and the water collection tank 8 is located on the upper surface of the lower housing 22 and is communicated with the water leakage hole 7 of the first diversion structure 5 to discharge the liquid out of the upper cover 2.
The upper surface of the lower shell 22 of the upper cover 2 is provided with an annular convex rib 81 protruding upwards, the area surrounded by the annular convex rib 81 forms a water collecting tank 8, and the upper opening 23 of the water collecting tank 8 is correspondingly arranged below the water leakage hole 7. So, collect the liquid of drainage in the guiding gutter 6 and enter into water catch bowl 8 through hole 7 that leaks, discharge upper cover 2 after accumulating to a certain extent in water catch bowl 8.
The inside of water catch bowl 8 is equipped with 2 callus on the sole of upper cover, 2 callus on the sole one end of upper cover are fixed inside water catch bowl 8, and the lower surface of casing 22 under the other end stretches out, assembly clearance has between the diapire of water catch bowl 8 and the 2 callus on the sole of upper cover, and liquid in the water catch bowl 8 is discharged from the assembly clearance.
In order to avoid the 2 clashes to the disk seat 1 that open and shut of upper cover, be equipped with 2 callus on the sole of upper cover on the upper cover 2, 2 callus on the sole protrusion of upper cover in the lower surface of upper cover 2 play shock attenuation, buffering, prevent the purpose of damaging when upper cover 2 and closure. In this scheme, be equipped with the jack on the diapire of the water catch bowl 8 that annular protruding muscle 81 encloses, 2 callus on the sole insert jacks on the upper cover. The circumference of the upper end of 2 callus on the sole on the upper cover is equipped with towards keeping away from the outstanding protruding structure of central direction, and the circumference diameter of protruding structure is greater than the jack, fixes 2 callus on the sole on the upper cover in water catch bowl 8. When assembling, there will be a certain assembly gap between the foot pad of the upper cover 2 and the upper housing 21, i.e. the bottom wall of the water collection tank 8, so that when the water in the water collection tank 8 is gathered to a certain extent, the water will flow out from the assembly gap. The water flows out to the inclined plane of the inlet of the tray seat 1, and then flows into the inner tub of the washing machine.
Or, in order to achieve a better drainage effect, in a further scheme, an upper cover 2 foot pad is arranged in the water collection tank 8, a through hole is formed in the upper cover 2 foot pad, and liquid in the water collection tank 8 is drained through the through hole of the upper cover 2 foot pad;
preferably, the upper end of the foot pad of the upper cover 2 is not higher than the height of the annular convex rib 81, and the through hole is positioned in the middle of the foot pad of the upper cover 2 and penetrates through the foot pad of the upper cover 2 in the axial direction. In this way, the water in the water collecting tank 8 can be more smoothly discharged out of the upper cover 2 through the through holes, and flows onto the inclined plane of the input port of the tray seat 1, so that the water flows into the inner tub of the washing machine, and is reused as washing water, and the surrounding environment is not influenced.
In summary, in this embodiment, taking a washing machine as an example, condensed water generated inside the observation window 3 enters the diversion trench 6 disposed at the edge of the observation window 3 through the gap between the cover plate 24 and the upper casing 21 under the action of gravity, the diversion trench 6 collects and guides the water to avoid the display control module below the diversion trench, the water flows out from the water leakage hole 7 of the diversion trench 6 and flows into the water collection trench 8 surrounded by the annular rib 81 of the lower casing 22, the water in the region of the annular rib 81 is collected to a certain extent and flows out from the assembly gap between the lower casing 22 and the foot pad of the upper cover 2 or flows out from the through hole on the foot pad of the upper cover 2 and drops on the inclined plane of the input port of the tray seat 1, the water flows into the washing inner barrel of the washing machine along the inclined plane of the input port, which can not only avoid the condensed water damaging the display control module, but also can recycle the condensed water, the surrounding environment is not affected. Simultaneously, guiding gutter 6 sets up on last casing 21, and last casing 21 is hidden by apron 24 and lower casing 22, and water catch bowl 8 sets up the upper surface at casing 22 down, so, inside whole water conservancy diversion structure 5 all hidden at upper cover 2, can not influence the holistic aesthetic property of upper cover 2.
In addition, as a specific scheme, the rear side of the upper cover 2 is connected with the washing machine, the upper cover 2 is gradually inclined downwards from the rear side to the front side when being closed, the shell of the upper cover 2 is provided with an opening 23, a cover plate 24 is arranged on the shell, and the cover plate 24 covers the opening 23 to form the observation window 3; the display control module is positioned at the front side of the observation window 3, the flow guide structure 5 is arranged at the edge of the front side of the observation window 3, the observation window 3 and the display control module are isolated, and liquid on the inner side of the observation window 3 is guided to avoid the display control module and be discharged.
So, when upper cover 2 was closed, water conservancy diversion structure 5 can utilize the position to keep apart observation window 3 and display control module, and the guide liquid dodges display control module discharge upper cover 2, prevents that liquid from gathering to guarantee display control module's normal work, extension display control module and clothing treatment facility's life saves the cost, improves user experience.
In this scheme, the connection structure of the upper housing 21 and the lower housing 22 is a plug-in structure, the upper housing 21 is provided with a jack, the jack and the lower housing 22 are provided with a plug, and the plug and the lower housing 22 are integrally arranged; or the upper case 21 has a plug integrally provided and the lower case 22 has a receptacle.
Because the plug and the shell are arranged integrally, the shell can form a connecting structure without an additional connecting piece, so that the assembling steps are reduced, and the overall cost is reduced.
The plug structure is also provided with a limiting device to ensure the firmness of the plug structure. The limiting device is formed by matching a protrusion arranged on the plug and a groove arranged on the jack to limit. The plug is provided with a protrusion in the circumferential direction of the top, the edge of the protrusion is also provided with a limiting groove with an inclined surface capable of sliding into the insertion hole, and correspondingly, the front end of the groove is also provided with a groove with an inclined surface convenient for the protrusion to insert into the limiting groove.
Because the plug has protruding structure, and the circumference size is greater than the jack, therefore still be provided with elastic construction in plug department to the protruding in-process size that can insert contracts, after protruding arrival spacing recess, elastic construction resumes, makes protruding card go into the fixed connection structure in the recess, can not produce mutual displacement.
