The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
A washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a washing machine 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a washing tub 1, an outer tub 2, a door assembly 3, and an air pumping system 4.
Wherein, a washing space 10 is defined in the washing tub 1, the outer tub 2 is arranged outside the washing tub 1, a water storage space 20 is defined between the outer tub 2 and the washing tub 1, the water storage space 20 is communicated with the washing space 10, and the water storage space 20 is communicated with the outside atmosphere. Therefore, the washing water can be injected into the washing tub 1 through the outer tub 2, and the pressure in the water storage space 20 can be always kept in balance with the external atmosphere.
The door assembly 3 is provided on the washing tub 1 to open and close the washing space 10. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the top of the washing tub 1 is open, and the door assembly 3 may be disposed at the top of the washing tub 1.
The pumping system 4 includes a pumping duct 41 and a pumping device 42, a first end 411 of the pumping duct 41 is communicated with the pumping device 42, a second end 412 of the pumping duct 41 is adapted to be communicated with the washing space 10, and the pumping device 42 is configured to pump the washing space 10 such that the pressure inside the washing space 10 is less than the external atmospheric pressure. Alternatively, the air-extracting device 42 may be a vacuum pump or the like, but is not limited thereto. Therefore, the washing water in the washing space 10 can move upwards against gravity under the action of pressure difference until the washing water in the water storage space 20 all flows into the washing space 10, at the moment, air flows from the water storage space 20 to the washing space 10 under the action of pressure difference, so that the pressure difference between the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10 is gradually reduced until the gravity of the washing water is greater than the pressure, and at the moment, the washing water falls again under the action of gravity. Due to the fluidity and the discontinuity of the washing water, the washing water flows up and down in the washing space 10 under the action of gravity and pressure, and the clothes are driven by the strong water flow to roll up and down, so that the dirt on the clothes can be removed under the washing of the strong water flow, and the washing effect is achieved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air exhaust system 4 may be disposed separately from the washing tub 1, that is, when air exhaust is required, the second end 412 of the air exhaust pipe 41 may be communicated with the washing space 10, and after washing is finished, the air exhaust system 4 may be separated from the washing tub 1, so that the occupied space of the washing machine 100 may be saved, and storage may be facilitated.
For example, in the initial state, the air pressures in the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10 are equal to each other and are equal to the external atmospheric pressure, and the liquid level of the washing water in the water storage space 20 is equal to the liquid level of the washing water in the washing space 10. During the washing, the air-extracting device 42 extracts air from the washing space 10, so that the air pressure in the washing space 10 is reduced, since the water storage space 20 is communicated with the external atmosphere, the air pressure of the water storage space 20 is always equal to the external atmospheric pressure, so that the air pressure in the washing space 10 is less than the air pressure in the water storage space 20 during the air exhaust process, the washing water in the washing tub 1 moves upward against the gravity under the action of the pressure difference, so that the liquid level of the washing water in the washing space 10 is higher than the liquid level of the washing water in the water storage space 20, when the washing water in the water storage space 20 completely enters the washing space 10, the air passes through the washing water to flow to the space above the washing water under the action of the pressure difference until the gravity of the washing water is greater than the pressure difference between the washing space 10 and the water storage space 20, so that the washing water drops again by gravity, so that the level of the washing water in the washing space 10 drops. Due to the fluidity and the discontinuity of the washing water, the washing water rolls and flows up and down in the washing space 10 under the action of gravity and pressure to wash the clothes, remove stains on the dirty clothes and achieve the washing effect. Therefore, the entanglement of the laundry and the abrasion of the laundry can be reduced, and the washing time is short, thereby greatly reducing the power consumption of the washing machine 100 and reducing the use cost of the washing machine 100.
According to the washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the air exhaust system 4 is arranged, the air exhaust device 42 of the air exhaust system 4 is used for exhausting air to the washing space 10, and the pressure difference between the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10 is utilized to make the washing water in the washing barrel 1 flow in a rolling manner, so that the clothes can be driven to roll up and down under the action of strong water flow, stains on the clothes can be removed under the washing of the strong water flow, the washing effect is achieved, the winding of the clothes and the abrasion of the clothes in the washing process are reduced, the washing time is short, the power consumption of the washing machine 100 is greatly reduced, and the use cost of the washing machine 100 is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the outer tub 2 is provided with a first water inlet 21, the bottom wall of the washing tub 1 is provided with a second water inlet 11, and the first water inlet 21 is communicated with the second water inlet 11. Referring to fig. 2, 4 and 5, the first water inlet 21 may be formed at the top of the outer tub 2, and the second water inlet 11 may be formed at the bottom wall of the washing tub 1. Wherein, the second water inlet 11 can be a plurality of, and a plurality of second water inlets 11 are arranged at intervals on the bottom wall of the washing tub 1. Alternatively, the first and second water inlets 21 and 11 may be formed as circular through-holes, but are not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments of the present invention, the first water inlet 21 and the second water inlet 11 may be formed as through holes having a square shape, an oval shape, an oblong shape, and the like. The shapes of the first water inlet 21 and the second water inlet 11 may be the same or different, and the present invention is not limited to this.
Specifically, the outer tub 2 includes: a tub 201, and an end plate 202, the end plate 202 being provided at one end (e.g., an upper end in fig. 2) of the tub 201 and the end plate 202 surrounding the outer circumference of the washing tub 1. For example, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the tub 201 of the outer tub 2 has a height less than that of the washing tub 1, the end plate 202 may be provided at an upper end of the tub 201, and the end plate 202 may be formed in a substantially ring shape. Alternatively, the end plate 202 and the tub 201 may be smoothly transited, whereby the overall structural strength of the outer tub 2 may be enhanced and the appearance of the washing machine 100 may be enhanced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the outer tub 2 is an integrally formed part. Therefore, the processing technology of the outer tub 2 can be simplified, the processing efficiency can be improved, the processing cost can be reduced, the overall structural strength of the outer tub 2 can be further improved, and the reliability of the washing machine 100 can be improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, at least a portion of the end plate 202 is disposed spaced apart from the outer wall of the washing tub 1 to communicate the water storage space 20 with the external atmosphere. That is, at least a portion of the end plate 202 is not in contact with the outer wall of the washing tub 1 to form the communication gap 22 between the end plate 202 and the outer wall of the washing tub 1, so that the water storage space 20 is maintained in communication with the external atmosphere through the communication gap 22. Among them, a part of the end plate 202 may be spaced apart from the outer wall of the washing tub 1 to form the communication gap 22 so that the water storage space 20 is kept in communication with the external atmosphere, or the end plate 202 may be spaced apart from the outer wall of the washing tub 1 to form the communication gap 22 so that the water storage space 20 is kept in communication with the external atmosphere. Therefore, the water storage space 20 can be communicated with the external atmosphere through the communication gap 22 between the end plate 202 and the outer wall of the washing tub 1, and the washing machine is simple in structure and convenient to process.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, at least one of the end plate 202 and the tub 201 is provided with at least one communication hole therethrough to communicate the water storage space 20 with the external atmosphere. Specifically, one or more through communication holes may be provided only in the end plate 202, one or more through communication holes may be provided only in the tub 201, and a plurality of through communication holes may be provided in the end plate 202 and one or more through communication holes may be provided in the tub 201. Therefore, the communication between the water storage space 20 and the outside atmosphere can be realized through the communication hole, and the communication between the water storage space 20 and the outside atmosphere can be maintained.
Alternatively, a communication hole on the tub 201 may be provided at an upper portion of the tub 201, and thus, the washing water in the storage space 20 may be prevented from flowing out therefrom.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the door assembly 3 is configured such that the door assembly 3 is hermetically connected with the washing tub 1 when the door assembly 3 closes the washing space 10. Therefore, the difficulty of air extraction of the air extractor 42 can be reduced, and the air extraction power of the air extractor 42 can be reduced, so that the power consumption of the washing machine 100 can be further reduced, and the use cost of the washing machine 100 can be further reduced.

According to some embodiments of the present invention, the through hole 3240 is disposed opposite to the assembly hole 3211. Therefore, the flow resistance of the air can be reduced, and the air extraction noise is reduced.
Alternatively, the cross-sectional area of the second end 412 of the extraction duct 41 gradually decreases in a direction away from the first end 411 of the extraction duct 41. For example, the second end 412 of the extraction duct 41 may be formed generally as a tapered structure. Therefore, the second end 412 of the exhaust tube 41 can be conveniently extended into the assembly hole 3211 to be matched with the assembly hole 3211.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the suction tube 41 may be a hose. Therefore, the second end 412 of the exhaust pipe 41 is tightly fitted with the fitting hole 3211, and the sealing performance of the washing space 10 is improved.
According to some further embodiments of the present invention, the door body assembly 3 further comprises: and a seal 34, the seal 34 being provided between the door glass 324 and the opening 311. For example, referring to fig. 2, a sealing member 34 may be provided on an inner circumferential surface of the cover plate 31, and the bottom plate 3241 of the door glass 324 may be stopped against an upper end of the sealing member 34. This can further improve the sealing performance of the door assembly 3.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the door body assembly 3 may further include a front sealing plate 35, and the front sealing plate 35 is provided with a through hole 352. The front sealing plate 35 is connected to the cover plate 31, and the through hole 352 is provided to face the opening 311. The seal 34 may be secured to the front closure plate 35 by a clamp. This stabilizes the position of the seal 34 and prevents the seal 34 from moving.
Specifically, the door body assembly 3 further comprises a locking structure, the locking structure comprises a locking hook 36 and a locking groove 37, the locking hook 36 is arranged on the door inner ring 323, the locking groove 37 is arranged on the cover plate 31, and the locking hook 36 is suitable for extending into the locking groove 37 to lock the door body assembly 3. Therefore, the door body assembly 3 can be locked through the locking structure in the washing process, and a user is prevented from opening the door body assembly 3 in the washing process.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the latch hook 36 includes a latch hook portion 361 and a fixing portion 362, the latch hook portion 361 is connected to a lower surface of the fixing portion 362 and extends downward, a fixing hole 3621 is provided on the fixing portion 362, a through mounting hole 3214 is provided on the door inner 323, and the mounting hole 3214 is disposed adjacent to the second screw column 3231. During assembly, the fastening hole 3621 may be fitted over the second screw hole 3222, the locking hook 361 may be inserted through the mounting hole 3214, and the fastening portion 362 may be compressed between the door outer 322 and the door inner 323 via the inner and outer races. Simple structure, design benefit, and convenient assembling.
Other configurations and operations of the washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.
The washing method of the washing machine 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention is described as follows. Wherein the washing machine 100 may be the washing machine 100 in the above-described embodiment, the washing method of the washing machine 100 includes the steps of:
injecting water into the water storage space 20;
the door body assembly 3 is closed, and the air in the washing space 10 is exhausted by the air exhaust system 4, so that the air pressure in the washing space 10 is smaller than the external atmospheric pressure.
Specifically, the user can inject washing water with a proper water level into the washing space 10 according to the quantity of the laundry, then close the door assembly 3, and exhaust the washing space 10 through the air exhaust device 42 of the air exhaust system 4, so that the air pressure in the washing space 10 is reduced, and the washing water in the washing tub 1 is forced to flow through the pressure difference between the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10.
For example, the washing water may enter the water storage space 20 from the first water inlet 21 and flow toward the washing tub 1 from the second water inlet 11. In the initial state, the air pressures in the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10 are equal to each other and are equal to the external atmospheric pressure, and the liquid level of the washing water in the water storage space 20 is equal to the liquid level of the washing water in the washing space 10.
Because the water storage space 20 is communicated with the outside atmosphere, the air pressure of the water storage space 20 is always equal to the outside atmospheric pressure, so that in the air extraction process, the air pressure in the washing space 10 is smaller than the air pressure in the water storage space 20, the washing water in the washing tub 1 overcomes the gravity to move upwards under the action of pressure difference, when the washing water in the water storage space 20 completely enters the washing space 10, the air passes through the washing water to flow to the space above the washing water under the action of the pressure difference until the gravity of the washing water is larger than the pressure difference between the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10, at the moment, the washing water falls again under the action of the gravity, and the liquid level of the washing water in the washing space 10 is lowered. . Due to the fluidity and the discontinuity of the washing water, the washing water rolls and flows up and down in the washing space 10 under the action of gravity and pressure to wash the clothes, remove stains on the dirty clothes and achieve the washing effect.
According to the washing method of the washing machine 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the washing water in the washing tub 1 is enabled to flow in a strong rolling manner by utilizing the pressure difference between the water storage space 20 and the washing space 10, so that the clothes can be driven to roll up and down under the action of strong water flow, stains on the clothes can be removed under the washing of the strong water flow, the washing effect is achieved, the winding of the clothes and the abrasion of the clothes in the washing process are reduced, the washing time is short, the power consumption of the washing machine 100 is greatly reduced, and the use cost of the washing machine 100 is reduced.
