Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of household appliances, and particularly provides a roller washing machine, a door body and a spraying system thereof. The invention aims to solve the problems of complex installation structure and unattractive appearance of the spraying device of the existing roller washing machine with the circulating spraying function. The drum washing machine of the invention comprises a box body, an outer drum fixedly arranged in the box body, an inner drum rotatably arranged in the outer drum, a circulating pump and a door body pivotally arranged on the box body. The door body is provided with a cavity, a water inlet hole communicated with the cavity and a plurality of injection holes communicated with the cavity; wherein, a plurality of jet orifices are arranged on the inner side of the door body and can point to the inner cylinder opening of the inner cylinder. The water inlet of the circulating pump leads to the inner part of the outer barrel, and the water outlet of the circulating pump is communicated with the water inlet hole of the door body. When the washing machine works, the circulating pump pumps the washing water in the outer barrel to the cavity, and the plurality of jet holes jet the washing water into the inner barrel. The door body with the jet holes has a simple structure, and the original appearance structure is kept.

The existing drum washing machine originates from Europe and mainly comprises a box body, an outer drum and an inner drum from outside to inside. Although the drum-type washing machine disclosed in the patent document with the publication number CN201037211 has a strong cleaning capability for clothes, the spraying device needs to be mounted on the door body by means of a mounting structure, the mounting structure is complex, and the spraying device is exposed in the visual field of a user when the door body is opened, so that the spraying device is not beautiful enough, and the user experience is poor.
Accordingly, there is a need in the art for a new drum washing machine to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, namely the problems that the installation structure of the spraying device of the existing drum washing machine with the circulating spraying function is complex and not attractive, the invention provides a door body for the drum washing machine, wherein the door body is provided with a cavity, a water inlet communicated with the cavity and a plurality of spraying holes communicated with the cavity; wherein the plurality of injection holes are provided at an inner side of the door body.

In a preferred technical solution of the above spraying system, the plurality of injection holes are arranged at equal intervals around the circumference of the door body.
In a preferred embodiment of the spraying system, the cavity is an annular cavity, a circular cavity or an arc-shaped cavity formed in the door body.
In a preferred technical scheme of the spraying system, the door body comprises a body and a glass observation window which are fixedly connected, and the plurality of injection holes are formed in the glass observation window.
In the preferable technical scheme of the spraying system, the glass observation window is provided with a groove structure, the door body further comprises a sealing cover plate, and the sealing cover plate is connected with the side wall of the groove structure in a sealing mode and forms the cavity.
In the preferable technical scheme of the spraying system, the water inlet is connected to a water outlet of a circulating pump arranged on the box body or the outer cylinder through a water outlet pipe, and a water inlet of the circulating pump leads to the inside of the outer cylinder.

The drain pump 6 and the drain pipe 7 are both arranged in the box body 1, a water inlet of the drain pump 6 leads to the inner bottom of the outer cylinder 2, a water outlet of the drain pump 6 is connected with one end of the drain pipe 7, and the other end of the drain pipe 7 leads to the outside. The drain pump 6 can drain the washing water in the outer tub 2 through the drain pipe 7.
Further, as will be understood by those skilled in the art, when each portion of the drain pipe 7 is lower than the inner bottom end of the outer tub 2, those skilled in the art can omit the drain pump 6 and replace the drain pump 6 with a shut-off valve as needed. When the drum washing machine needs to drain, the cut-off valve is opened, so that the washing water in the outer tub 2 is automatically drained from the drain pipe 7 under the action of self gravity.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the front end of the box body 1 (left side of the box body 1 in fig. 1) is provided with a box body opening (not shown), the front end of the outer cylinder 2 (left side of the outer cylinder 2 in fig. 1) is provided with an outer cylinder opening (not shown), and the front end of the inner cylinder 3 (left side of the inner cylinder 3 in fig. 1) is provided with an inner cylinder opening (not shown). One end of the sealing window gasket 5 is connected with the edge of the outer cylinder opening in a sealing way, and the other end of the sealing window gasket 5 is connected with the edge of the inner cylinder opening in a sealing way. The door 4 is pivotally provided on the cabinet 1, and the door 4 can close the cabinet opening when closed, preventing the washing water in the tub 2 from overflowing from the cabinet opening.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the door body 4 of the present invention mainly includes a body 41, a glass observation window 42, and a sealing cover plate 43. Wherein, the body 41 and the glass observation window 42 are fixedly connected or integrally manufactured. The glass observation window 42 is protruded toward the inner side of the door body 4 (the lower side of the door body 4 in fig. 2), and the glass observation window 42 is formed with a groove structure (not shown). A sealing cover plate 43 is arranged within the groove structure and sealingly connected to the side walls of the groove structure and thus forms a cavity 44. Wherein, the cavity 44 can be configured into any type of cavity as required by those skilled in the art, such as a ring-shaped cavity, a circular cavity, an arc-shaped cavity, etc.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the sealing cover plate 43 is provided with a water inlet hole 45 communicated with the cavity 44, or one skilled in the art may also provide the water inlet hole 45 on the side wall of the glass observation window 42 as required. Further, in order to facilitate the communication between the water inlet 45 and the outside, a connection hose 47 is further disposed in the door body 4, one end of the connection hose 47 is hermetically connected to the water inlet 45, and the other end of the connection hose 47 is open to the outside. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the other end of the connection hose 47 is led to the outside from the pivotal connection of the door body 4 and the cabinet 1. Further, it is possible for those skilled in the art to omit the connection hose 47 and to provide the water inlet hole 45 on the sidewall of the glass observation window 42, as necessary.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 4, the inner side of the door body 4 is provided with a plurality of injection holes 46. Each of the injection holes 46 is directed toward the inner cylinder port when the door body 4 is closed. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of injection holes 46 are provided on the glass observation window 42 at equal intervals around the circumference of the glass observation window 42. Alternatively, the plurality of injection holes 46 may be disposed on the glass observation window 42 at unequal intervals as required by those skilled in the art.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, each of the injection holes 46 is provided in a flat structure, which is preferably a trumpet-shaped flat structure or a splayed flat structure. In other words, the injection holes 46 are provided such that the cross-section thereof becomes gradually longer in the direction in which the washing water flows, while the width thereof can be selectively made gradually smaller by those skilled in the art as needed. The spray holes 46 can spray the washing water toward the inner tub 3 in a waterfall or fan shape by the flat structure.
Furthermore, the skilled person can arrange the injection holes 46 in any other feasible shape, such as honeycomb, round hole, triangular, etc., as required, while ensuring that the laundry inside the drum 3 can be sprayed.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, in the case of the door 4 having the cavity 44, the water inlet hole 45 and the water outlet hole 46, the door 4 may be provided in any other feasible form, for example, the glass window 42 may be omitted or other structures may be used instead of the glass window 42.
With continuing reference to fig. 1, the drum washing machine of the present invention further comprises a spraying system, which mainly comprises a circulating pump 8, a water outlet pipe 9 and a door 4. Wherein the circulation pump 8 is preferably arranged within the tank 1 and fixedly connected to the tank 1. Alternatively, the circulation pump 8 may be fixedly connected to the outer tub 1 as required by those skilled in the art. The water inlet of the circulating pump 8 is open to the inside of the outer barrel 2, and preferably, the water inlet of the circulating pump 8 is connected with the bottom end of the outer barrel 2 through a water inlet pipe. Or the person skilled in the art can connect the water inlet pipe to any position of the outer cylinder 2, if necessary, while ensuring that the water inlet pipe is located below the liquid level in the outer cylinder 2. The water outlet of the circulating pump 8 is communicated with a connecting hose 47 through a water outlet pipe 9.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, when the spraying system of the present invention is operated, the circulation pump 8 pumps the washing water in the tub 2 to the cavity 44 through the outlet pipe 9 and the connection hose 47, and the plurality of spraying holes 46 spray the washing water into the drum 3 to wash the laundry. When the drum 3 is operated at a high speed, the water flow ejected from the ejection holes 46 can rapidly pass through the laundry and enter the outer tub 2 by centrifugal force and gravity.
It should be noted that the drain pump 6 and/or the circulation pump 8 of the present invention may be any feasible pump, such as a gear pump, a vane pump, a peristaltic pump, a centrifugal pump, etc.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in another possible embodiment of the invention, the drain pump 6 and the circulation pump 8 may be replaced by one pump. As an example one, the drain pump 6 is omitted, the water outlet of the circulation pump 8 is made to communicate with the water outlet pipe 9 and the water discharge pipe 7, respectively, and the water outlet pipe 9 is provided with a first cut-off valve for selectively opening or closing it, and the water discharge pipe 7 is provided with a second cut-off valve for selectively opening or closing it. When the drum washing machine executes the spraying operation, the first stop valve is opened, and the second stop valve is closed; when the drum washing machine performs a draining operation, the first cut-off valve is closed and the second cut-off valve is opened. As example two, the drain pump 6 is omitted and a three-way valve is provided for the water outlet of the circulation pump 8, so that the water outlet of the circulation pump 8 can be selectively communicated with the water outlet pipe 9 or the water outlet pipe 7 by means of the three-way valve. In addition, a person skilled in the art can also make the three-way valve capable of blocking the communication between the circulation pump 8 and the water outlet pipe 9 and the communication between the circulation pump 8 and the water discharge pipe 7 at the same time as required.
In summary, the spraying system of the present invention has the spraying holes 46 formed on the door 4 under the condition of ensuring the effective spraying of the clothes in the inner tub 3, so that the installation structure is not required, and the original appearance structure of the door 4 is maintained. Meanwhile, the spraying holes can not catch and damage clothes.
