When the washing device 10 provided by the embodiment of the present application starts a washing procedure, the pump body 150 may draw water in the tub 113 to be re-pumped into the washing tub 112 through the shower pipe 160, so as to flush the upper-layer washings and residual foam in the glass bowl 1222 in the washing tub 112. Thereby improving the laundry washing effect. When the laundry washing process is about to be finished and the draining process is not yet started, the pump body 150 may pre-pump the water in the washing tub 112 into the water storage space 123 of the door assembly 120 for storage, and the excess water may be drained out of the washing apparatus 10 through the draining outer tube 180 of the pump body 150. After a sufficient amount of water is stored in the door assembly 120, the washing apparatus 10 performs a dehydration process. In the starting stage of the washing apparatus 10 performing the dehydration operation, due to the inconsistent state of the load (the material and weight of the load), the load may be eccentric and the driving device 170 may not reach the preset rotation speed, so that the dehydration process cannot be performed. At this time, the pump body 150 may draw required water from the water storage space 123 of the door assembly 120, and spray the water from the spray pipe 160 into the washing tub 112 to wet the laundry. If the washing device 10 needs to wet and shake the laundry many times, the water can be reused, until the driving device 170 can reach the preset dehydration rotation speed, the water is discharged outside the washing device 10 through the pump body 150 and the outer drainage pipe 180, for example, the water for carrying out the wetting of the load can enter the door body assembly 120 again through the inner drainage pipe 140, the pump body 150 and the door water inlet pipe 130 for storage, and so on, the water can be reused, until the driving device 170 of the washing device drives the washing tub 112 to reach the preset dehydration rotation speed, the pump body 150 pumps the water in the door body assembly 120 through the door water inlet pipe 130, and the water is discharged outside the washing device 10 through the outer drainage pipe 180.
It should be noted that the pump body in the embodiment of the present application may be a circulation pump, for example, a vacuum circulation pump, and the circulation pump includes four connectors respectively connected to the shower pipe 160, the door water inlet pipe 130, the inner drain pipe 140, and the outer drain pipe 180. When the washing device needs to realize different functions, the washing device 10 can selectively use different connectors to work. The functions of pumping water, spraying and draining of the circulating pump can be implemented independently or in combination.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart of a control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. A control method for a washing apparatus, which may be the washing apparatus described above, the control method comprising:
and 201, detecting washing parameters of the washing equipment.
202, if the washing parameter is the first washing parameter, controlling the pump body to store the water of the barrel body assembly to the door body assembly through the drainage inner pipe and the door water inlet pipe.
And 203, if the washing parameter is the second washing parameter, controlling the pump body to spray water in the door body assembly into the barrel body assembly.
In some embodiments, if the washing parameter is the first washing parameter, controlling the pump body to store the water of the tub assembly to the door assembly through the drain inner pipe and the door inlet pipe includes:
if the washing parameters are first washing parameters and the first washing parameters are washing parameters generated after the washing program is finished, controlling the pump body to suck water in the barrel body assembly through the drainage inner pipe and store the water in the barrel body assembly to the door body assembly through the door water inlet pipe;
and if the washing parameter is a second washing parameter which is generated when the washing equipment meets the spraying condition in the drainage program, controlling the pump body to suck water of the door body assembly through the door water inlet pipe and spray the water into the barrel body assembly through the spraying pipe.
For example, when the laundry washing process is about to end and the draining process is not yet started, the first washing parameter is generated, the pump body can pre-pump the water in the washing tub into the water storage space of the door assembly for storage, and the excess water can be drained out of the washing device through the draining outer pipe of the pump body. When sufficient water is stored in the door body assembly, the washing equipment executes the dewatering process again, and at the starting stage of the washing equipment executing the dewatering work, due to inconsistent states of the load (factors such as material and weight of the load), the load may be eccentric greatly, and the driving device cannot reach the preset rotating speed, so that the dewatering process cannot be executed. The washing apparatus then needs to wet the load, causing the load to shake out. When the washing parameter is detected to be the second washing parameter, the second washing parameter may be a second washing parameter generated when the driving device does not reach the preset rotation speed, for example, by detecting a motor parameter of the driving device, and if the motor parameter is smaller than a preset threshold, the second washing parameter is generated. The pump body can be followed the required water of extraction in the water storage space of door body group spare, through spraying to the washing barrel inside from the shower, carries out moist to the washings. If the washing equipment needs to moisten the washings for many times and tremble, this part of water can used repeatedly, until after drive arrangement can reach preset dehydration rotational speed, the rethread pump body and drainage outer tube discharge the washing equipment outside, for example, the moist water of execution load thing accessible drainage inner tube again, the pump body, door inlet tube get into door body group spare again and store, so on and so on repeatedly usable, until after the drive arrangement drive washtub of washing equipment can reach preset dehydration rotational speed, the pump body is taken out the water in the door body group spare through the door inlet tube, through the drainage outer tube of connection discharge the washing equipment outside.
In some embodiments, when the washing device starts the washing program, the third washing parameter is generated, and the pump body can extract water in the water tub and drive the water into the washing tub again through the spray pipe to flush the upper-layer washings and residual foam of the glass bowls in the washing tub. Thereby improving the laundry washing effect.
It should be noted that the pump body of the embodiment of the present application may be a circulation pump, for example, a vacuum circulation pump, and the circulation pump includes four connectors respectively connected to the shower pipe, the door water inlet pipe, the drainage inner pipe, and the drainage outer pipe. When the washing device needs to realize different functions, the washing device 10 can selectively use different connectors to work. The functions of pumping water, spraying and draining of the circulating pump can be implemented independently or in combination.
In the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, reference may be made to related descriptions of other embodiments.
In the description of the present application, the terms "first", "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implying any number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more features.
The washing machine provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail above, and the principle and the embodiment of the present application are explained herein by applying specific examples, and the description of the above embodiment is only used to help understanding the method and the core idea of the present application; meanwhile, for those skilled in the art, according to the idea of the present application, there may be variations in the specific embodiments and the application scope, and in summary, the content of the present specification should not be construed as a limitation to the present application.
