Thereby, the area of the second connecting piece 7 matched with the second air duct shell 12 is increased, the reliable fixing of the air duct shell 1 is further realized, and the second connecting piece 7 is simple in structure and low in cost.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 6, one end of the second connector 7 is connected to the first connector 6 in a snap-fit manner, and the other end of the second connector 7 is detachably connected to the base plate 3. For example, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the second connecting member 7 is provided with a second hook 711, the first connecting member 6 is provided with a second hook hole 611 adapted to mate with the second hook 711, and the other end of the second connecting member 7 is connected to the base plate 3 by a fastener or a screw. Therefore, the structure is simple, the installation and the disassembly of the second connecting piece 7 are convenient to realize, and the second connecting piece 7 is reliably fixed on the second air duct shell 12.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 14, the free end of the third vertical section 72 is provided with a second fastening part 721, the bottom plate 3 is provided with a second fastening hole 33 (refer to fig. 9) adapted to cooperate with the second fastening part 721, the third vertical section 72 of the second connecting piece 7 is further provided with a second connecting hole 722, and a threaded fastener passes through the second connecting hole 722 to connect with the casing of the clothes dryer to fix the third vertical section 72 to the casing of the clothes dryer, thereby being beneficial to further improving the fixing effect of the second connecting piece 7 on the second air duct casing 12.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 15, the connection member 5 further includes a third connection member 8, the third connection member 8 and the second connection member 7 are disposed at intervals in the length direction of the second duct housing 12, and one end of the third connection member 8 is detachably connected to the base plate 3 and the other end is adapted to be connected to an external structure. For example, the first air duct case 11 and the second air duct case 12 are arranged in the front-rear direction and the first air duct case 11 is perpendicular to the second air duct case 12. Thereby, the space occupation of the first air duct case 11 and the second air duct case 12 as a whole is advantageously reduced, thereby advantageously reducing the space occupation of the air duct case 1.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, the first air duct housing 11 is provided therein with a liquid discharge partition plate 9, the liquid discharge partition plate 9 has a liquid guide groove, an inlet of the liquid guide groove and an outlet of the liquid guide groove are respectively located at two ends in a length direction (a front-rear direction as shown in fig. 1) of the liquid guide groove, wherein the liquid discharge partition plate 9 further has a shunt groove located at least one side in a width direction (a left-right direction as shown in fig. 1) of the liquid guide groove, the shunt groove is communicated with the liquid guide groove through a liquid passing opening, and a liquid discharge channel 91 of condensate is defined between the liquid guide groove and an inner bottom wall of the chamber 1a, respectively. Therefore, when negative pressure is generated in the air duct, condensate flowing back at the outlet of the liquid guide groove can flow to the liquid guide groove and the flow dividing groove respectively, so that on one hand, the flow dividing effect can be achieved, the hydraulic pressure is reduced, and on the other hand, the path of condensate flowing back is increased, thereby being beneficial to preventing condensate from flowing back into the air duct, and further being beneficial to improving the drying efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the duct housing 1 is configured as a thermal insulation member formed separately from the base plate 3. For example, the duct housing 1 may be plastic. For example, the duct case 1 may be a foam member such as foamed plastic, foamed rubber, or the like. Thereby, the heat preservation effect of the air duct case 1 is favorably improved, and the weight of the air duct case 1 is favorably reduced.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, the connection base 2 is provided at one side (front side as shown in fig. 1) of the duct case 1 and has a passage 2a, the passage 2a communicates with the chamber 1a, wherein one of the connection base 2 and the duct case 1 has a sealing groove 2b and the other has a sealing rib 1b, wherein it may be that the connection base 2 has the sealing rib 1b, the duct case 1 has the sealing groove 2b in sealing engagement with the sealing rib 1b, or that the connection base 2 has the sealing groove 2b, the duct case 1 has the sealing rib 1b in sealing engagement with the sealing groove 2b, and the sealing groove 2b cooperates with the sealing rib 1b to seal the junction of the duct case 1 and the connection base 2.
From this, through making one of connecting seat 2 and wind channel shell 1 have seal groove 2b and another have sealing rib 1b, seal groove 2b cooperates with sealing rib 1b in order to seal the junction of wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2, and the leakproofness of the junction of wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2 is good, is favorable to guaranteeing the drying efficiency of dryer, and when equipment wind channel shell 1 and connecting seat 2, can realize the prepositioning between wind channel shell 1 and the connecting seat 2 through the cooperation of seal groove 2b and sealing rib 1b, is convenient for realize the fixed between wind channel shell 1 and the connecting seat 2, is favorable to improving the assembly efficiency of base subassembly 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown with reference to fig. 4 and 5, the opposite sides of the duct case 1 and the connection base 2 to each other have a duct opening and a duct 2a opening, respectively, wherein the duct opening communicates with the chamber 1a, the duct 2a opening communicates with the duct 2a, one of the seal groove 2b and the seal rib 1b extends in the circumferential direction of the duct opening, and the other of the seal groove 2b and the seal rib 1b extends in the circumferential direction of the duct 2a opening.
For example, the duct case 1 is provided with a seal groove 2b, the seal groove 2b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the duct opening, the connection base 2 is provided with a seal rib 1b, the seal rib 1b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the duct 2a opening, or the duct case 1 is provided with a seal rib 1b, the seal rib 1b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the duct opening, the connection base 2 is provided with a seal groove 2b, and the seal groove 2b extends in a ring shape along the circumferential direction of the duct 2a opening.
Therefore, one of the sealing groove 2b and the sealing rib 1b extends along the circumferential direction of the opening of the air duct, and the other of the sealing groove 2b and the sealing rib 1b extends along the circumferential direction of the opening of the channel 2a, so that the sealing effect between the sealing groove 2b and the sealing rib 1b is further improved, the air leakage at the joint of the air duct shell 1 and the connecting seat 2 is prevented, and the drying efficiency of the clothes dryer is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 4 and 5, one of the connection base 2 and the duct case 1 has a first rib 22 and a second rib 23, the first rib 22 and the second rib 23 being spaced apart in the arrangement direction of the duct case 1 and the connection base 2, and the sealing groove 2b being located between the first rib 22 and the second rib 23. It can be appreciated that the portion of the sealing rib 1b is adapted to cooperate with the first rib 22 or the second rib 23, so that by cooperation of the sealing rib 1b with the first rib 22 or the second rib 23, the reliability of pre-positioning cooperation between the air duct housing 1 and the connection base 2 can be further improved, which is beneficial to further reducing the difficulty in assembling between the connection base 2 and the air duct housing 1.
