Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
A base assembly for a dryer according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a base assembly for a dryer according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a base 100, a two-unit mounting chamber 200, and an air duct 300.
Specifically, the two-piece mounting cavity 200 is configured as a heat insulator molded separately from the base 100, that is, the two-piece mounting cavity 200 is molded separately from the base 100, and the two-piece mounting cavity 200 is a heat insulator. Here, the heat insulating member refers to a component made of a material having heat insulating property, for example, the two-unit mounting chamber 200 is a foam member.
The two-unit installation chamber 200 is provided to the base 100, and the two-unit installation chamber 200 has a two-unit chamber having an air inlet 201 and an air outlet for installing the evaporator 410 and the condenser 420 (i.e., "two units" in the present invention). The air duct 300 is connected to the two-unit installation chamber 200, and the air duct 300 communicates with the air outlet.
Therefore, when the clothes dryer works, hot and humid air enters the two chambers through the air inlet 201, then the evaporator 410 condenses moisture in the hot and humid air, the condenser 420 heats the air, and finally, dry air enters the air duct 300 through the air outlet, so that the circulation flow of the dry air is realized.
According to the base assembly for the clothes dryer, the whole cavity of the two devices is made of the heat insulation material, so that the base assembly has good heat insulation performance, can reduce heat loss, and is beneficial to heat exchange between circulating air and the two devices during working, so that the performance of the clothes dryer can be improved; and, the base assembly is composed of a base 100, a two-unit installation cavity 200 and an air duct 300, and the air duct 300 and the two-unit chamber are installed on the base 100 and relatively independent from each other, i.e., the base assembly is modularly designed so as to be respectively replaced during maintenance or installation.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, a two-piece mounting cavity 200 comprises: a two-piece lower cavity 210 with an open top wall and a two-piece upper cavity 220 with an open bottom wall. The two-piece lower chamber 210 is mounted to the base 100. The two-unit upper cavity 220 is connected to the two-unit lower cavity 210 and located above the two-unit lower cavity 210, the two-unit upper cavity 220 and the two-unit lower cavity 210 together define a two-unit chamber, and the air duct 300 is connected to at least one of the two-unit lower cavity 210 and the two-unit upper cavity 220. Thus, the two mounting cavities 200 can be conveniently disassembled and assembled, and the maintenance and the replacement are convenient.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the two-unit lower chamber 210 has a first installation chamber 211 for installing the evaporator 410 and a second installation chamber 212 for installing the condenser 420, the first installation chamber 211 communicates with the second installation chamber 212, and the air duct 300 communicates with the second installation chamber 212. In this way, it is more convenient to install the evaporator 410 and the condenser 420.
It is understood that the air inlet 201 may be provided only in the first mounting chamber 211 or the two upper chambers 220, or the air inlet 201 is defined by the first mounting chamber 211 and the two upper chambers 220; the air outlet may be provided only in the second mounting chamber 212 or the two upper chambers 220, or the air outlet may be defined by the second mounting chamber 212 and the two upper chambers 220.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the front side wall of the first mounting cavity 211 is provided with a first lower opening 213 and the rear side wall of the second mounting cavity 212 is provided with a second lower opening 214, the first lower opening 213 and the two upper cavities 220 together define the air inlet 201, and the second lower opening 214 and the two upper cavities 220 together define the air outlet. Therefore, the structure is simpler and the disassembly and the assembly are more convenient.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1-4, a first upper opening is formed on a first side wall (i.e., a front side wall) of the two-piece upper cavity 220, and a second upper opening 221 is formed on a second side wall (i.e., a rear side wall), the first lower opening 213 and the first upper opening together define the air inlet 201, and the second lower opening 214 and the second upper opening 221 together define the air outlet, so that the heat preservation effect is good.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-4, the duct 300 is defined by an open-top leeward cavity 310 and an open-bottom windward cavity 320, the leeward cavity 310 being connected to the two-piece lower cavity 210 and the windward cavity 320 being connected to the two-piece upper cavity 220. Therefore, the maintenance and the replacement are more convenient. The leeward cavity 310 and the two-unit leeward cavity 210 can be integrally formed, and the windward cavity 320 and the two-unit windward cavity 220 can be integrally formed, so that the assembly is simpler, the modularization of the base assembly is more facilitated, and the heat loss is smaller.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-4, the central axis of the air inlet 201 and the central axis of the air outlet are coincident, for example, the first lower opening 213 is disposed opposite to the second lower opening 214, and the first upper opening is disposed opposite to the second upper opening 221, so that the air flows smoothly, the heat loss is small, and the heat exchange is sufficient. For example, the evaporator 410 and the condenser 420 are arranged side by side, the length direction of the evaporator 410 coincides with the length direction of the condenser 420, and the central axis of the air inlet 201 is perpendicular to the length direction of the evaporator 410, so that the heat exchange effect is good.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3, the base 100 is provided with a water drainage channel 101, and the hollow-out structure 215 communicated with the water drainage channel 101 is provided at a position corresponding to the evaporator 410 of the lower chamber 210 of the two chambers. In this manner, the condensed water can directly flow down into the drain 101. Advantageously, a drain pump 500 may be provided in communication with the drain 101, so that drainage is smoother and drainage is more effective.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the base 100 may be a plastic member, thereby being easily formed and assembled and easily modularized. It is understood that the air duct 300 may be a heat insulating member, such as a foam plastic, so that the heat insulating effect of the air duct 300 is good, and the noise reduction is facilitated.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, a condensation drying system 10 for a dryer according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes: a base assembly for a dryer, an evaporator 410, a condenser 420 and a compressor 600 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention. An evaporator 410 is disposed adjacent the air inlet 201 and a condenser 420 is disposed adjacent the air outlet. The compressor 600 is connected to the evaporator 410 and the condenser 420, respectively.
According to the condensation drying system 10 for the clothes dryer of the embodiment of the present invention, with the pedestal assembly for the clothes dryer as described above, the heat insulation performance is good, the heat loss is small, the heat exchange between the circulating air and the two devices is good, so that the performance of the clothes dryer can be improved, and the assembly, the maintenance and the replacement are easy and convenient.
The clothes dryer according to the embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention includes the condensation drying system 10 for the clothes dryer according to the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention.
According to the clothes dryer of the embodiment of the invention, the condensing and drying system 10 for the clothes dryer has good performance, is easy to assemble, and is convenient to maintain and replace.
