wherein, a drain box 316 and a condensate drain pump 307 are arranged on the heat exchanger base 301, the drain box 316 is communicated with a cavity for accommodating the evaporator 310 and the condenser 311, the condensate drain pump 307 is used for flowing condensate in the drain box 316 to a drain pipe adapter 607 through a condensate drain pipe 318, and the drain pipe adapter 607 is arranged on the rear side plate of the tank assembly 100.
The arrangement discloses a drainage system, which is used for directly discharging condensed water generated during evaporation of high-temperature damp and hot steam in a heat exchanger device of a heat pump system 300 in a heat pump washing and drying integrated machine or a heat pump clothes dryer to the outside of the machine through a drain pipe adapter 607 arranged on a rear side plate of a box assembly 100 by a condensed water drainage pump 307, so that the influence of condensed water flowing to an inner barrel assembly 202 again on dried clothes is avoided, and the drying effect is ensured. The drainage system of the barrel assembly 200 and the drainage system of the condensed water in the drainage box 316 are separately arranged, so that the drainage of the condensed water in the drainage box 316 and the drainage of the barrel assembly 200 can be independently used, the structural design of the system is simplified, and the drainage reliability of the heat pump system is improved.
As a preferred example of the present application, the drain adapter 607 is three-way, and the inner double-headed is connected to the condensate drain 318 and the outer drain 605, respectively. In use, the condensate drain 318 and the outer drain 605 meet at the drain adapter 607 of the rear panel of the tank assembly 100, and then a water pipe is led out of the machine to connect to a sewer to achieve reliable drainage of condensate and wash water.
As a preferred example of the present application, the condensed water drain pipe 318 includes a horizontal drain section 3181 and a first horizontal extension section 3182, where the first horizontal extension section 3182 is horizontally disposed, and is used for draining condensed water in the drain box 316 to the rear side plate of the tank assembly 100; the outer drain pipe 605 includes a second horizontal extension 6051, the second horizontal extension 6051 is used for guiding the water flowing out of the drain pump 604 to the rear side plate of the tank assembly 100, and the first horizontal extension 3182 and the second horizontal extension 6051 are arranged in parallel.
On the one hand, the arrangement reduces the position conflict of the condensed water drainage pipeline on the heat pump system or other structures in the whole machine, and can better carry out space layout on the structure of the system in the whole machine, and meanwhile, the device is also beneficial to the continuity and stability of drainage.
As a preferred example of the present application, a first vertical drain segment 3183 is disposed at an end of the first horizontal extension segment 3182 away from the horizontal drain segment 3181, a second vertical drain segment 6052 is disposed at an end of the second horizontal extension segment 6051 away from the drain pump 604, and the first vertical drain segment 3183 and the second vertical drain segment 6052 are connected to the drain pipe adapter 607. Preferably, the drain adapter 607 is positioned higher than the highest point of the inner tub assembly 202. This arrangement makes it possible to drain the condensed water and the washing water, respectively, only in the case where the condensed water drain pump 307 and the drain pump 604 are normally operated, and ensures the reliability of the operation of the drain assembly.
As a preferred example of the present application, a connecting sleeve 608 is provided at the outer sides of the first and second horizontally extending sections 3182 and 6051 and/or the outer sides of the first and second vertical drain sections 3183 and 6052. By arranging the connecting sleeve 608, the condensed water is tightly connected with different drainage sections of the outer barrel drainage, so that the condensed water and the different drainage sections of the outer barrel drainage cannot be loosened or separated in the use process, and the connection stability and the working reliability of the drainage system are improved.
As a preferred example of the present application, the condensed water drain pipe 318 includes a horizontal drain section 3181, a first horizontal extension section 3182, and a first vertical drain section 3183, which are sequentially disposed, wherein the horizontal drain section 3181, the first horizontal extension section 3182, and the first vertical drain section 3183 are perpendicular to each other. In use, the horizontal drain 3181 is configured to drain condensate from the drain box 316 to a position adjacent to an inner wall of the tank assembly 100, the first horizontal extension 3182 is configured to drain condensate to a position adjacent to an upper inner wall of a rear side plate of the tank assembly 100, and the first vertical drain 3183 is configured to drain condensate to a drain adapter 607 at a height. This arrangement further optimizes the arrangement structure of the drainage system pipeline, and reasonably utilizes the space inside the box assembly 100, thereby ensuring the reliable operation of the drainage system.
As a preferred example of the present application, a plurality of fixing buckles 320 are provided on the heat exchanger base 301 for clamping the horizontal drain 3181. This arrangement ensures the stability of the connection of the horizontal drain 3181 to the heat exchanger base 301, prevents the condensed water drain 318 from shaking when in use, and improves the reliability of condensed water drainage.

As a preferred example of the present application, a mounting groove 3151 is provided on the drain pump cover 315, and a water level detection sensor 319 is provided in the mounting groove 3151, and the water level detection sensor 319 can detect the height of condensed water in the drain box 316. Preferably, the water level detection sensor 319 includes a mounting plate 3193, and a first detection probe 3191 and a second detection probe 3192 are respectively disposed on the same side of the mounting plate 3193, and distances between the first detection probe 3191, the second detection probe 3192 and the mounting plate 3193 are not equal. That is, in use, the mounting plate 3193 is disposed within a mounting slot 3151 in the drain pump cover 315, and the first detection probe 3191 and the second detection probe 3192 extend into the drain box 316 at different height positions within the drain box 316. When the water level in the drain box 316 is high, the first detection probe 3191 and the second detection probe 3192 are electrically connected, and at this time, the condensed water drain pump 307 is started for draining the condensed water in the drain box 316.
The device is beneficial to realizing the monitoring and automatic drainage control of the condensed water level in the drainage box 316, has a simple structure, is accurate and reliable in detection, improves the automation degree and the operation efficiency of the system, ensures that condensed water is timely discharged, and maintains the normal operation of the system.
As a preferred example of the present application, the condensate drain pump 307 is disposed at a side of the drain box 316 remote from the water level detection sensor. This arrangement increases the physical isolation between the condensate drain pump 307 and the water level detection sensor, improves the safety of condensate drain, avoids interference or misoperation between the drain pump and the water level detection device from affecting the drain process, and ensures the stability and reliability of drain.
Other structures are the same as in embodiment 1.
