3. The outdoor unit chassis assembly of claim 2, wherein the top of the sidewall of the chassis is recessed downward to define a spacing groove, and the portion of the sidewall of the chassis between two of the spacing grooves defines the latch.
4. The outdoor unit chassis assembly of claim 3, wherein a portion of the sidewall of the chassis is recessed inwardly to define a recess extending over the entire height of the sidewall of the chassis, the recess being provided with the two spaced grooves and the latch therebetween.

The outdoor unit chassis assembly of claim 4, wherein the middle partition plate includes a side plate vertically disposed, the side plate being parallel to a portion of the side wall of the chassis where the recess is formed, a stepped portion bent inward and formed at a lower portion of the side plate to avoid the recess, and the engaging groove is formed at a vertically extending portion of the stepped portion.

The chassis assembly of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein a portion of the vertically extending portion of the stepped part protrudes toward a direction near an outer side of the chassis to define a protrusion, a bottom of the protrusion is opened to define an insertion opening, the protrusion having the insertion opening defines the catching groove, and the second fastening hole is formed in the protrusion.
7. The outdoor unit chassis assembly of claim 5, wherein a bending plate is provided on the middle partition, one end of the bending plate is connected to the middle partition and the other end of the bending plate extends away from the middle partition and then bends downward to define the engaging groove with the middle partition, and the second fastening hole is provided in the bending plate.
8. The outdoor unit chassis assembly of claim 7, wherein the one end of the bent plate is connected to the vertically extending portion of the stepped portion, and the other end of the bent plate extends away from the middle partition plate and is bent downward to define the catching groove with the side plate.
9. The outdoor unit bottom plate assembly of claim 7, wherein the bent plate and the middle partition plate are integrally formed, and the latch and the bottom plate are integrally formed.
10. An outdoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising the base plate assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
