Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the connecting piece 5 is adapted to the outer shape of the air duct casing 1. Therefore, the matching area of the connecting piece 5 and the air duct shell 1 is increased, and the air duct shell 1 is further fixed reliably.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to FIG. 1, the duct case 1 is constructed as a heat insulating member formed separately from the base plate 3. For example, the air duct case 1 may be a foamed member such as a foamed plastic, a foamed rubber, or the like. Therefore, the heat insulation effect of the air duct shell 1 is improved, and the weight of the air duct shell 1 is reduced.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, illustrated with reference to fig. 1 and 13, the connecting element 5 comprises: first butt section 61, first vertical section 62 and second vertical section 63, first butt section 61 be located the top of bottom plate 3 and with bottom plate 3 interval arrangement, the one end of first vertical section 62 and the one end of second vertical section 63 link to each other with bottom plate 3 respectively, the other end of first vertical section 62 and the other end of second vertical section 63 link to each other with the both ends of first butt section 61 respectively.
Wherein, first butt section 61 cooperates with the roof of wind channel shell 1, and first vertical section 62 and/or second vertical section 63 cooperate with the lateral wall of wind channel shell 1. In other words, it may be that one of the first and second vertical sections 62 and 63 is fitted with one side wall of the duct case 1, or that the first and second vertical sections 62 and 63 are respectively fitted with opposite side walls of the duct case 1. Therefore, the matching area of the connecting piece 5 and the air duct shell 1 is increased, the air duct shell 1 is further fixed reliably, and the connecting piece 5 is simple in structure and low in cost.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, one end of the connecting member 5 is engaged with the base plate 3, and the other end of the connecting member 5 is connected to the base plate 3 by a screw fastener. It can be understood that when utilizing connecting piece 5 to fix wind channel shell 1 to bottom plate 3, can be earlier with the one end and the 3 joint of bottom plate of connecting piece 5, then link to each other the other end of connecting piece 5 and bottom plate 3 through threaded fastener, from this, connect conveniently, the assembly effect is high, and is favorable to improving the reliability height fixed to wind channel shell 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the connecting member 5 is provided in a plurality, and the plurality of connecting members 5 are spaced apart from each other along the length of the air duct shell 1. For example, the number of the connecting members 5 is two, and the two connecting members 5 are spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the air duct case 1. This is advantageous for further secure fastening of the air duct casing 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the connecting member 5 includes a first connecting member 6, both ends of the first connecting member 6 are detachably connected to the bottom plate 3, respectively, and at least a portion of the duct case 1 is located between a middle portion of the first connecting member 6 and the bottom plate 3. Therefore, on the basis of reducing the assembling difficulty, the reliable fixation of the air duct shell 1 is facilitated, and the damage to the air duct shell 1 is reduced. For example, the first connecting member 6 is plural, and the plural first connecting members 6 are distributed at intervals in the length direction of the first air duct casing 11.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, the first connecting member 6 includes: a first abutting section 61, a first vertical section 62 and a second vertical section 63, wherein the first abutting section 61 is positioned above the bottom plate 3 and is arranged at intervals with the bottom plate 3, one end of the first vertical section 62 and one end of the second vertical section 63 are respectively connected with the bottom plate 3, the other end of the first vertical section 62 and the other end of the second vertical section 63 are respectively connected with two ends of the first abutting section 61,
wherein, first butt section 61 cooperates with the roof of wind channel shell 1, and first vertical section 62 and/or second vertical section 63 cooperate with the lateral wall of wind channel shell 1. In other words, it may be that one of the first and second vertical sections 62, 63 cooperates with one side wall of the air duct shell 1, or that the first and second vertical sections 62, 63 cooperate with opposite side walls of the air duct shell 1, respectively. Therefore, the matching area of the connecting piece 5 and the air duct shell 1 is increased, the reliable fixation of the air duct shell 1 is further realized, and the first connecting piece 6 is simple in structure and low in cost.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 13, one end of the first connecting member 6 is engaged with the base plate 3, and the other end of the first connecting member 6 is connected with the base plate 3 by a screw fastener. For example, a first buckling portion 621 is disposed at a free end of the first vertical section 62, a first buckling hole 32 (shown in fig. 10) adapted to be matched with the first buckling portion 621 is disposed on the bottom plate 3, and a first connecting hole 631 adapted to pass through a threaded fastener is disposed at one end of the second vertical section 63. It can be understood that when utilizing connecting piece 5 to fix wind channel shell 1 to bottom plate 3, can be earlier with the one end and the 3 joints of bottom plate of connecting piece 5, then link to each other the other end of connecting piece 5 and bottom plate 3 through threaded fastener, from this, it is convenient to connect, and the assembly effect is high, and is favorable to improving the reliability height fixed to wind channel shell 1.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the first connecting member 6 is plural, and the plural first connecting members 6 are distributed at intervals in the length direction of the air duct casing 1. This is advantageous for further secure fastening of the air duct casing 1.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the air duct casing 1 includes a first air duct casing 11 and a second air duct casing 12, the first air duct casing 11 and the second air duct casing 12 are communicated, wherein the first air duct casing 11 is at least partially fixed on the bottom plate 3 through a first connecting member 6, the connecting member 5 further includes a second connecting member 7, one end of the second connecting member 7 is connected with the first connecting member 6, the other end of the second connecting member 7 is detachably connected with the bottom plate 3, and the second air duct casing 12 is at least partially fixed on the bottom plate 3 through the second connecting member 7.
From this, first connecting piece 6 can realize the fixed to first wind channel shell 11, second connecting piece 7 can realize the fixed to second wind channel shell 12, be favorable to further improving the effect fixed to wind channel shell 1, simultaneously, one end through second connecting piece 7 links to each other with first connecting piece 6, the other end of second connecting piece 7 can be dismantled with bottom plate 3 and link to each other, second wind channel shell 12 is at least partly fixed on bottom plate 3 through second connecting piece 7, be favorable to simplifying the structure of second connecting piece 7, be convenient for realize the fixed to second connecting piece 7.
Further, referring to fig. 14, the second connection member 7 includes a second abutting section 71 and a third vertical section 72, the second abutting section 71 is located above the bottom plate 3 and spaced from the bottom plate 3, one end of the third vertical section 72 is connected to the bottom plate 3 and the other end is connected to the second abutting section 71, the second abutting section 71 is matched with the top wall of the second air duct shell 12, and the third vertical section 72 is matched with the side wall of the second air duct shell 12.
Therefore, the matching area of the second connecting piece 7 and the second air duct shell 12 is increased, the air duct shell 1 is further fixed reliably, and the second connecting piece 7 is simple in structure and low in cost.
In some alternative embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, one end of the second connector 7 is snap-connected to the first connector 6, and the other end of the second connector 7 is detachably connected to the base plate 3. For example, as shown in fig. 6, one end of the second connector 7 is provided with a second hook 711, the first connector 6 is provided with a second locking hole 611 adapted to be engaged with the second hook 711, and the other end of the second connector 7 is connected to the bottom plate 3 by a buckle or a screw. Therefore, the structure is simple, the second connecting piece 7 is convenient to mount and dismount, and the second connecting piece 7 can reliably fix the second air duct shell 12.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 14, a second fastening portion 721 is disposed at a free end of the third vertical section 72, a second fastening hole 33 (shown in fig. 9) adapted to be matched with the second fastening portion 721 is disposed on the bottom plate 3, the third vertical section 72 of the second connecting member 7 is further provided with a second connecting hole 722, and a threaded fastener passes through the second connecting hole 722 to be connected with a cabinet of the clothes dryer so as to fix the third vertical section 72 to the cabinet of the clothes dryer, thereby being beneficial to further improving a fixing effect of the second connecting member 7 on the second air duct housing 12.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 15, the connecting member 5 further comprises a third connecting member 8, the third connecting member 8 and the second connecting member 7 are arranged at a distance in the length direction of the second air duct shell 12, one end of the third connecting member 8 is detachably connected with the bottom plate 3, and the other end is suitable for being connected with an external structure. For example, the external structure may be a cabinet of the dryer, one end of the third connector 8 is provided with a third connection hole 821, a screw fastener passes through the third connection hole 821 to fix one end of the third connector 8 to the base plate 3, and the other end of the third connector 8 is detachably connected to the cabinet of the dryer.
Therefore, the second air duct shell 12 is fixed effectively by the second connecting piece 7 and the third connecting piece 8, and reliable operation of the air duct shell 1 is guaranteed.
In some alternative embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, the third connecting member 8 includes a third abutting section 81 and a fourth vertical section 82, the third abutting section 81 is located above the bottom plate 3 and spaced from the bottom plate 3, one end of the fourth vertical section 82 is connected to the bottom plate 3 and the other end is connected to the third abutting section 81, the third abutting section 81 is engaged with the top wall of the second air duct shell 12, and the fourth vertical section 82 is engaged with the side wall of the second air duct shell 12. For example, the free end of the third abutting section 81 is provided with a third hook 811, and the third hook 811 is adapted to be snapped into the cabinet of the dryer. Therefore, the matching area of the third connecting piece 8 and the second air duct shell 12 is increased, the reliable fixation of the air duct shell 1 is further facilitated, and the third connecting piece 8 is simple in structure, low in cost and reliable in connection.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the length direction of the first air duct shell 11 is perpendicular to the length direction of the second air duct shell 12. For example, the first air duct shell 11 and the second air duct shell 12 are arranged in the front-rear direction and the first air duct shell 11 is perpendicular to the second air duct shell 12. Thereby, it is advantageous to reduce the occupation of the space of the first air duct shell 11 and the second air duct shell 12 as a whole, and thus, it is advantageous to reduce the occupation of the space of the air duct shell 1.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 3, a liquid discharge partition plate 9 is provided in the first air duct casing 11, the liquid discharge partition plate 9 has a liquid guide groove, an inlet of the liquid guide groove and an outlet of the liquid guide groove are respectively located at both ends of the liquid guide groove in a length direction (a front-rear direction shown in fig. 1), wherein the liquid discharge partition plate 9 further has a branch flow groove, the branch flow groove is located at least one side of the liquid guide groove in a width direction (a left-right direction shown in fig. 1), the branch flow groove is communicated with the liquid guide groove through a liquid passing port, and the liquid guide groove and the branch flow groove respectively define a liquid discharge passage 91 for the condensate with the inner bottom wall of the chamber 1 a. Therefore, when negative pressure is generated in the air duct, condensate flowing back at the outlet of the liquid guide groove can flow to the liquid guide groove and the flow dividing groove respectively, on one hand, the liquid guide groove can play a role in flow dividing, hydraulic pressure is reduced, on the other hand, the path of condensate flowing back is increased, therefore, the condensate can be prevented from flowing back into the air duct, and the drying efficiency can be improved.
In some examples, as shown in fig. 1, the duct case 1 includes an upper duct case 13 and a lower duct case 14, the upper duct case 13 and the lower duct case 14 are connected to define a chamber 1a of the duct case 1, a portion of the sealing rib 1b is formed on an inner peripheral wall of the upper duct case 13, and the rest of the sealing rib 1b is formed on the lower duct case 14, the upper duct case 13 and the lower duct case 14 define the sealing rib 1b together, when the base assembly 100 is assembled, the connecting base 2 may be first mounted on the bottom plate 3, then the lower duct case 14 is hermetically fitted on the connecting base 2, then the upper duct case 13 is hermetically fitted on the connecting base 2 to achieve pre-positioning of the duct case 1, then both ends of the support 4 are fixed to the connecting base 2 and the duct case 1, to achieve fixed connection of the connecting base 2 and the duct case 1, when other components such as a pre-support are prevented from being subsequently mounted, the connecting base 2 is tilted relative to the duct case 1, finally, the first connector 6, the second connector 7 and the third connector 8 are fixed to the base case 1, and the base assembly 100 is assembled simply, and the base assembly 100 is assembled.
In other embodiments of the present invention, as shown with reference to FIG. 16, at least one of the connectors 5 is a threaded fastener by which the duct case 1 and the base plate 3 are connected. For example, referring to fig. 17 and 18, the connecting member 5 is plural and each connecting member 5 is a threaded fastener, and the air duct shell 1 and the bottom plate 3 are connected by the plural threaded fasteners. Therefore, the connection between the air duct shell 1 and the bottom plate 3 can be reliable, and the cost is low.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 17 and 18, the air duct shell 1 includes an upper air duct shell 13 and a lower air duct shell 14, the upper air duct shell 13 and the lower air duct shell 14 are connected to define a chamber 1a of the air duct shell 1, the plurality of connecting members 5 are screws, when the air duct shell 1 is mounted on the bottom plate 3, the lower air duct shell 14 may be first placed on the bottom plate 3, then the plurality of screws sequentially penetrate through the lower air duct shell 14 and the bottom plate 3 from top to bottom to fix the lower air duct shell 14 to the bottom plate 3, and finally the upper air duct shell 13 is mounted on the lower air duct shell 14.
The dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the pedestal assembly 100 for the dryer according to the above-described embodiment of the present invention.
According to the clothes dryer of the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the base assembly 100 for the clothes dryer according to the embodiment of the invention, the air duct shell 1 and the connecting seat 2 can be designed in a split manner, so that the difficulty of mold design is reduced, the production requirement is reduced, and the air duct shell 1 and the connecting seat 2 are made of separate pieces, so that the air duct shell 1 and the connecting seat 2 can be made of different materials, the application of new materials is facilitated, and the material cost is reduced.
Other configurations and operations of the dryer according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (15)

1. A base assembly for a clothes dryer, comprising:
an air duct shell having a chamber for mounting a heat exchanger;
the connecting seat, the connecting seat has the passageway just the passageway with the cavity intercommunication, the connecting seat can locate with disassembling one side of wind channel shell, one in the connecting seat with wind channel shell has the seal groove and another has sealed muscle, the seal groove with sealed muscle cooperation is in order with the wind channel shell with the junction of connecting seat is sealed, one in the connecting seat with wind channel shell has first protruding muscle and second protruding muscle, first protruding muscle with the second protruding muscle is in wind channel shell with spaced apart setting in the direction of arranging of connecting seat, the seal groove is located between first protruding muscle and the second protruding muscle, the connecting seat with another in the wind channel shell still has the constant head tank, the constant head tank is close to sealed muscle sets up, one in first protruding muscle with the second protruding muscle peg graft in the constant head tank.
2. The base assembly for the clothes dryer according to claim 1, wherein sides of the duct case and the coupling socket opposite to each other have a duct opening and a passage opening, respectively,
wherein the air duct opening is communicated with the chamber, the passage opening is communicated with the passage, one of the sealing groove and the sealing rib extends along the circumferential direction of the air duct opening, and the other of the sealing groove and the sealing rib extends along the circumferential direction of the passage opening.
3. The base assembly for the dryer of claim 1, wherein the sealing groove is formed on an outer wall surface of the connection socket, and the sealing rib is formed on an inner wall surface of the duct housing.
4. The base assembly for the clothes dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a bottom plate on which the connection socket and the duct case are detachably provided, respectively.
5. The base assembly of claim 4, wherein a first positioning portion is provided at a bottom of the connection socket, a second positioning portion is provided at the bottom plate, and the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion are engaged to position the connection socket.
6. The base assembly for the clothes dryer according to claim 4, wherein the edge of the bottom plate has a fixing flange bent upward, and the side of the coupling seat is coupled to the fixing flange by a fastening member.
7. The base assembly for a clothes dryer of claim 4, further comprising: and one end of the supporting piece is connected with the connecting seat, and the other end of the supporting piece is connected with the bottom plate.
8. The base assembly for the dryer of claim 4 wherein the bottom plate is a metal piece and the connecting socket is configured as a plastic piece that is formed separately from the bottom plate.
9. The base assembly for the clothes dryer of claim 4 wherein the air duct housing is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate by a connector.
10. The base assembly of claim 9, wherein both ends of the connector are detachably connected to the bottom plates, respectively, and at least a portion of the duct housing is positioned between a middle portion of the connector and the bottom plates.
11. The base assembly for a clothes dryer of claim 10 wherein said connector conforms to an outer shape of said air duct housing.
12. The base assembly for a clothes dryer of claim 10, wherein said connector comprises:
a first abutment section located above the floor and spaced from the floor;
a first vertical section and a second vertical section, one end of the first vertical section and one end of the second vertical section are respectively connected with the bottom plate, the other end of the first vertical section and the other end of the second vertical section are respectively connected with two ends of the first abutting section,
wherein the first abutting section is matched with the top wall of the air duct shell, and the first vertical section and/or the second vertical section are/is matched with the side wall of the air duct shell.
13. The base assembly of claim 10, wherein one end of the connector is engaged with the bottom plate, and the other end of the connector is connected to the bottom plate by a screw fastener.
14. The base assembly for the clothes dryer according to any one of claims 9 to 13, wherein the connecting member is plural, and plural connecting members are spaced apart in a length direction of the air duct case.
15. Laundry dryer, characterized by comprising a base assembly for a laundry dryer according to any one of claims 1-14.
