Alternatively, the guide member 25 and the reinforcing cross rib 251 are an integral piece, and further, the guide member 25, the reinforcing cross rib 251 and the back plate 2 are all an integral piece. This can simplify the assembly process of the guide 25 and the back plate 2, and can enhance the structural strength of the back plate.
As shown in fig. 4, 7, 9 and 13, the first step surface 243 is provided on the side of the rib 24 close to the first end 21, the third plate body 313 is located on the side of the first plate body 311 close to the first end 21, and one end of the third plate body 313 close to the chassis 1 abuts on the first step surface 243. This can support the third plate 313, thereby ensuring the reliability of fixing the reinforcing plate 3 and thus the parts fixed to the reinforcing plate 3.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 9, one end of the reinforcing rib 24 close to the chassis 1 is provided with a first step surface 243, and the first step surface 243 is parallel to the surface of the boss 23 far from the chassis 1 and is slightly higher than the surface of the boss 23 far from the chassis 1, so that the reinforcing plate 3 can be better supported, and the reliability of the connection between the connecting plate 32 and the boss 23 can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the mounting plate 31 further includes a fourth plate 314, the fourth plate 314 extends along the length direction of the back plate 2, and one end of the fourth plate 314 in the width direction is connected to one end of the third plate 313 far from the first plate 311. The fourth plate 314 and the third plate 313 are at an angle, and the fourth plate 314 can further enhance the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 3.
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, the inner side wall of the back plate 2 is provided with a second step surface 26, the second step surface 26 is located on the side of the reinforcing rib 24 close to the first end 21, the second step surface 26 is flush with and connected to the first step surface 243, and one end of the fourth plate 314 close to the chassis 1 abuts against the second step surface 26. Therefore, the support of the reinforcing plate 3 can be further enhanced, and the fixing reliability of the reinforcing plate 3 and the fixing reliability of the components fixed on the reinforcing plate 3 can be ensured.
Optionally, the fourth plate 314 is attached to the inner sidewall of the back plate 2.
As shown in fig. 10, one end of the fourth plate 314, which is far away from the third plate 313, is bent toward the third plate 313 to form a bent portion 3141, and the bent portion 3141 is stacked on the fourth plate 314, so that the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 3 can be further enhanced, and the reliability of fixing the components fixed on the reinforcing plate 3 can be ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the reinforcing plate 3 further includes a fifth plate body 315 and a sixth plate body 316, the fifth plate body 315 and the sixth plate body 316 extend along the length direction of the back plate 2, one end of the fifth plate body 315 in the width direction is connected to one end of the first plate body 311 away from the second plate body 312, one end of the sixth plate body 316 in the width direction is connected to one end of the fifth plate body 315 away from the first plate body 311, the fifth plate body 315 is perpendicular to the first plate body 311, the fifth plate body 315 extends toward the direction away from the third plate body 313, the sixth plate body 316 is perpendicular to the fifth plate body 315, and the sixth plate body 316 extends toward the direction away from the back plate 2. As shown in fig. 4, the connection plate 32 extends in a direction away from the third plate 313, and the connection plate 32 extends into a space defined by the first plate 311, the fifth plate 315, and the sixth plate 316.
Alternatively, the connecting plate 32 is connected to the boss 23 by a fastener. Thereby, the reliability of the connection between the connection plate 32 and the boss 23 can be increased, and the connection manner between the connection plate 32 and the boss 23 can be simplified. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, 7 and 9, the connecting plate 32 is provided with a first mounting hole 321, the boss 23 is provided with a second mounting hole 231, and the fastener is inserted into the first mounting hole 321 and the second mounting hole 231. In this embodiment, the first mounting holes 321 may be plural, for example, two as shown in fig. 7, the second mounting holes 231 may be plural, the plural first mounting holes 321 and the plural second mounting holes 231 correspond to each other one by one, and correspondingly, the plural fastening members are plural, and the plural fastening members correspond to the plural first mounting holes 321 and the plural second mounting holes 231 one by one.
Further, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the connecting plate 32 is provided with an annular protrusion 322, the annular protrusion 322 is located on one side of the connecting plate 32 away from the boss 23, and the annular protrusion 322 surrounds the first mounting hole 321, so that the structural strength of the connecting plate 32 can be increased, and the reliability of the connection between the connecting plate 32 and the boss 23 can be enhanced.
Optionally, the back plate 2 is connected with the chassis 1 by fasteners. Therefore, the reliability of the connection between the backboard 2 and the chassis 1 can be improved, and the connection mode of the backboard 2 and the chassis 1 can be simplified. Of course, the back panel 2 and the chassis 1 may also be connected by a snap fit, or the back panel 2 and the chassis 1 may be connected by both a fastener and a snap fit.
For example, in the example shown in fig. 7 and 13, when the back panel 2 is connected to the chassis 1 in a snap-fit manner, the chassis 1 is provided with a snap hole 11, the lower end surface of the boss 23 is provided with a snap 27, and the snap 27 is snapped into the snap hole 11. In the process of connecting the back plate 2 and the chassis 1, the back plate 2 moves towards the chassis 1, the buckle 27 extends into the clamping hole 11, and after the back plate 2 is installed in place, the buckle 27 is clamped in the clamping hole 11.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second end 22 is provided with the boss 23, the reinforcing rib 24 and the reinforcing plate 3, and the boss 23, the reinforcing rib 24 and the reinforcing plate 3 are correspondingly arranged and connected in the same manner as the first end 21. It can be understood that, there are two reinforcing plates 3, two reinforcing plates 3 are respectively disposed at two ends of the width direction of the back plate 2, there are two bosses 23, two bosses 23 are respectively disposed at two ends of the width direction of the back plate 2, a reinforcing rib 24 is disposed between an end face of each boss 23 far away from the reinforcing rib 24 and the back plate 2, and the connecting plate 32 of each reinforcing plate 3 is connected to the corresponding boss 23.
The structure of the second end 22 of the back plate of the housing assembly of the air conditioner and the structure of the reinforcing plate 3 engaged therewith according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail.
Specifically, the second end 22 is provided with a boss 23 extending toward the inside of the air conditioner 100, and the boss 23 is located at the end of the back panel 2 connected to the chassis 1. It will be appreciated that the boss 23 is provided on the inner side of the backplate 2, the boss 23 being located at the end of the second end 22 of the backplate 2 adjacent the chassis 1. Wherein, be connected with strengthening rib 24 between the terminal surface of keeping away from chassis 1 of boss 23 and the medial surface of backplate 2, strengthening rib 24 can strengthen the structural strength of backplate 2 to increase the joint strength of backplate 2 and chassis 1.
Further, the reinforcing plate 3 is located inside the back panel 2 and disposed at the second end 22, the reinforcing plate 3 may be connected to the back panel 2, for example, the reinforcing plate 3 may be connected to the back panel 2 by a snap or a fastener, and components inside the air conditioner 100, such as a heat exchanging component and an air duct component, may be connected to the reinforcing plate 3, so as to be fixed.
Specifically, reinforcing plate 3 includes mounting panel 31 and connecting plate 32, and mounting panel 31 extends along the length direction of backplate 2, and mounting panel 31 can be connected with backplate 2, and for example mounting panel 31 can pass through the fastener with backplate 2 and be connected, or the joint, or both connect through the fastener and the joint to can improve the reliability that mounting panel 31 is connected with backplate 2, thereby improve the fixed reliability of the part of installing on reinforcing plate 3. The mounting plate 31 has a projection 317 projecting toward the inside of the air conditioner 100, and the reinforcing beads 24 are located in the projection 317. It will be appreciated that the side of the mounting plate 31 facing the back plate 2 has an escape space 318 recessed into the mounting space, and the reinforcing ribs 24 are located in the escape space 318. Thereby make mounting panel 31 can avoid strengthening rib 24, avoid setting up of strengthening rib 24 to lead to reinforcing plate 3 can't extend to backplate 2's bottom to the setting of reinforcing plate 3 of being convenient for can be through the better structural strength who strengthens backplate 2 with reinforcing plate 3 extends to backplate 2's bottom, set up the structural strength that reinforcing rib 24 can further strengthen backplate 2's bottom simultaneously.
As shown in fig. 4, a connecting plate 32 is attached to one end of the mounting plate 31 near the chassis 1, and the connecting plate 32 is attached to the boss 23. Simultaneously can further fix reinforcing plate 3 for the bottom of reinforcing plate 3 is connected with the bottom of backplate 2, better reinforcing backplate 2's structural strength.
Further, the reinforcing rib 24 comprises a first section 241 and a second section 242, the first section 241 extends along the length direction of the back plate 2, the outer end of the first section 241 is connected with the back plate 2, the second section 242 is located on one side of the first section 241 close to the chassis 1, one end of the second section 242 is connected with one end of the first section 241 close to the chassis 1, the other end of the second section 242 is connected with the surface of the boss 23 far away from the chassis 1, the outer end of the second section 242 is connected with the inner side surface of the back plate 2, and the first section 241 is perpendicular to the second section 242.
The outer end of the first segment 241 refers to an end of the first segment 241 close to the back plate 2, the inner end of the first segment 241 extends towards the installation space, and the outer end is located outside the inner end relatively. The outer end of the second segment 242 refers to an end of the second segment 242 close to the back plate 2, the inner end of the second segment 242 extends toward the inside of the installation space, and the outer end is located relatively outside the inner end.
It will be appreciated that the first section 241 and the second section 242 together form the "L" shaped stiffener 24, the first section 241 mainly realizes the connection with the back plate 2, the second section 242 mainly realizes the connection with the boss 23, and the first section 241 and the second section 242 are connected together to strengthen the connection strength between the boss 23 and the back plate 2.
In the present example, the reinforcing rib 24 includes a first section 241 and a second section 242, the first section 241 extends in the up-down direction, the outer end of the first section 241 is connected to the back plate 2, the second section 242 is located below the first section 241, the upper end of the second section 242 is connected to the lower end of the first section 241, the lower end of the second section 242 is connected to the upper surface of the boss 23, the outer end of the second section 242 is connected to the inner side surface of the back plate 2, and the first section 241 and the second section 242 are perpendicular. In addition, the surface of the second section 242 remote from the base pan 1 may be inclined toward the base pan 1 in a direction toward the inside of the air conditioner 100. In the process of installing the reinforcing plate 3 and the back plate 2, the reinforcing plate 3 can move from top to bottom, and the upper surface of the second section 242 can be formed as a guide surface, so as to guide the reinforcing plate 3 to move downwards to the installation position.
Further, the mounting plate 31 includes a first plate 311, a second plate 312, and a third plate 313, the first plate 311, the second plate 312, and the third plate 313 all extend along the length direction of the rear panel 2, the first plate 311 and the third plate 313 are respectively connected to two ends of the second plate 312 in the width direction, and the first plate 311, the second plate 312, and the third plate 313 define the protruding portion 317. It can be understood that first plate 311 extends along the length direction of back panel 2, second plate 312 extends along the length direction of back panel 2, third plate 313 extends along the length direction of back panel 2, one end of first plate 311 in the width direction is connected with one end of second plate 312 in the width direction, one end of third plate 313 in the width direction is connected with the other end of second plate 312 in the width direction, first plate 311 and second plate 312 are at an angle with each other, second plate 312 and third plate 313 are at an angle with each other, first plate 311 and third plate 313 are located on the same side of second plate 312, first plate 311, second plate 312 and third plate 313 jointly define a protruding portion 317, and the side of second plate 312 facing first plate 311 and third plate 313 and the space defined between first plate 311 and third plate 313 are an escape space 318. The connecting plate 32 is connected to the first plate 311 and located on a side of the first plate 311 facing the back plate 2, and the connecting plate 32 is perpendicular to the first plate 311.
Further, the reinforcing ribs 24 are located on the boss 23 near the second end 22, and the connecting plate 32 is located on the side of the reinforcing ribs 24 far from the second end 22. From this can be so that connecting plate 32 and strengthening rib 24 separate apart, avoid connecting plate 32 and strengthening rib 24 to take place to interfere, be convenient for the connection between reinforcing plate 3 and the boss 23, strengthen the structural strength of backplate 2 in boss 23 department simultaneously, guarantee backplate 2 to the supporting effect of reinforcing plate 3 to fixed part's reliability on the reinforcing plate 3 improves.
Further, the side of the reinforcing rib 24 away from the second end 22 is provided with a guide 25, the guide 25 is arranged on the inner side of the back plate 2, and the guide 25 extends along the length direction of the back plate 2 and is spaced apart from the boss 23. The guide 25 may be located in the avoiding space 318 of the reinforcing plate 3, and during the installation of the reinforcing plate 3, the reinforcing plate 3 moves from top to bottom, and the guide 25 plays a role of guiding the movement of the reinforcing plate 3. One end of the guide 25 close to the chassis 1 is spaced apart from the boss 23, so that an escape vacancy is formed for the escape connecting plate 32 on the side of the guide 25 facing the chassis 1, on the side of the reinforcing rib 24 remote from the second end 22, and on the end face of the boss 23 remote from the chassis 1. In the installation process of the reinforcing plate 3, the reinforcing plate 3 can be buckled on the inner side of the back plate 2, the connecting plate 32 is located in the avoidance vacancy, and the reinforcing plate 3 is moved towards the chassis 1 until the connecting plate 32 is attached to the surface, far away from the chassis 1, of the boss 23.
Further, a first step surface 243 is disposed on a side of the reinforcing rib 24 close to the second end 22, the third plate body 313 is disposed on a side of the first plate body 311 close to the second end 22, and one end of the third plate body 313 close to the chassis 1 abuts against the first step surface 243. This can support the third plate 313, thereby ensuring the reliability of fixing the reinforcing plate 3 and thus the parts fixed to the reinforcing plate 3.
Further, the mounting plate 31 further includes a fourth plate 314, the fourth plate 314 extends along the length direction of the back plate 2, one end of the fourth plate 314 in the width direction is connected with one end of the third plate 313, which is far away from the first plate 311, the fourth plate 314 and the third plate 313 form an angle with each other, the inner side wall of the back plate 2 is provided with a second step surface 26, the second step surface 26 is located on one side of the reinforcing rib 24, which is close to the second end 22, the second step surface 26 is connected with the first step surface 243 and is flush with the first step surface 243, and one end of the fourth plate 314, which is close to the chassis 1, abuts against the second step surface 26. Therefore, the support of the reinforcing plate 3 can be further enhanced, and the fixing reliability of the reinforcing plate 3 and the fixing reliability of the components fixed on the reinforcing plate 3 can be ensured.
Further, one end of the fourth plate 314, which is far away from the third plate 313, is bent toward the third plate 313 to form a bent portion 3141, and the bent portion 3141 and the fourth plate 314 are stacked, so that the structural strength of the reinforcing plate 3 can be further enhanced, and the reliability of fixing the components fixed on the reinforcing plate 3 can be ensured.
Further, reinforcing plate 3 still includes fifth plate body 315 and sixth plate body 316, fifth plate body 315 and sixth plate body 316 extend along the length direction of backplate 2, the one end of fifth plate body 315 width direction is connected with the one end of keeping away from second plate body 312 of first plate body 311, the one end of sixth plate body 316 width direction is connected with the one end of keeping away from first plate body 311 of fifth plate body 315, fifth plate body 315 is perpendicular with first plate body 311, the direction that third plate body 313 is kept away from to fifth plate body 315 extends, sixth plate body 316 is perpendicular with fifth plate body 315, sixth plate body 316 extends towards the direction of keeping away from backplate 2. Specifically, a first mounting hole 321 is formed in the connecting plate 32, a second mounting hole 231 is formed in the boss 23, and the fastener penetrates through the first mounting hole 321 and the second mounting hole 231. The air conditioner casing assembly of claim 1, wherein the reinforcing rib includes a first section and a second section, the first section extends along a length direction of the back plate, an outer end of the first section is connected to the back plate, the second section is located on a side of the first section close to the base plate, one end of the second section is connected to an end of the first section close to the base plate, the other end of the second section is connected to a surface of the boss far from the base plate, and the first section and the second section are perpendicular.

6. The housing assembly of an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein the guide is plural in number spaced apart along a length direction of the back plate.

The air conditioner casing assembly of claim 3, wherein a first step surface is provided on a side of the stiffener adjacent to the first end, the third plate is located on a side of the first plate adjacent to the first end, and an end of the third plate adjacent to the base plate abuts against the first step surface.
