Abstract
本发明涉及一种多功能天麻酒及制备其方法,原料按重量份数,天麻酒4‑6份、治伤药草4‑6份、活血药草4‑6份和顺气药草4‑6份。其中,天麻酒中含有丰富氨基酸,易于消化,具有舒筋活血、抗衰老、促进食欲及保护心脏的功能。也可作为药引使用,还可以烹饪使用,以去除膻腥味,增加食物的质感。还具有镇痛、抗惊厥等功能。治伤药草具有治伤的功能,活血药草具有活血的功能,顺气药草具有顺气的功能。多种功能的中药与天麻酒合理搭配,使得天麻酒的功效和药草的功效相辅相成,即,天麻酒在保持原有功效的基础上,能够促进人体对药草中有效物质的吸收,大大增强了中药的药效,起到较强的活血、顺气以及治伤的作用。而且,药酒具有见效快以及无毒无副作用等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及酿酒技术领域,尤其涉及一种多功能天麻酒及制备其方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,人们生活水平的不断提高的同时,人们的生活压力、工作压力也都在不断增大,同时,由于生活环境污染的日益严重,人们生活无规律、缺少锻炼,人们的体制也在不断下降,越来越多的人处于一种亚健康状态,因此,人们的保健意识不断增强,观念也在不断更新,要求饮酒时,不仅能享受饮酒的乐趣,而且要保证身体健康,而如果酒具有一定的功效,可以代替药物治疗不同病症,则更好。
因此,市场上急需一种具有镇痛、抗惊厥、活血、顺气和治伤功效的多功能天麻酒及制备其方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有镇痛、抗惊厥、活血、顺气和治伤功效的多功能天麻酒及制备其方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种多功能天麻酒,原料按重量份数,天麻酒4-6份、治伤药草4-6份、活血药草4-6份和顺气药草4-6份。
在其中一个具体实施例中,治伤药草为无色草、小了子、亮根草、伍甲皮、八皮麻、秸骨丹、四色草、杜仲皮和伍味子根中的至少一种。
在其中一个具体实施例中,活血药草为猪血七、藏红花和血秸中的至少一种。
在其中一个具体实施例中,顺气药草为小茴香和/或藿香。
在其中一个具体实施例中,黄酒由大米、糯米或黍米制成。
基于同一构思的一种制备上述多功能天麻酒的方法,包括以下步骤:
将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数1:2.5-3混合,上笼蒸熟后,搅拌均匀进行发酵,制得天麻酒;
将上述量的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于炒锅中进行烘炒,将烘炒后的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得中药粉;
使中药粉浸泡于上述量的天麻酒中,于10-20℃温度下密封浸泡45-55天,制得多功能天麻酒。
在其中一个具体实施例中,在将烘炒后的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得中药粉之后,对中药粉进行筛分。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的多功能天麻酒以天麻酒为基础,天麻酒中含有丰富氨基酸,易于消化,具有舒筋活血、抗衰老、促进食欲及保护心脏的功能。也可作为药引使用,还可以烹饪使用,以去除膻腥味,增加食物的质感。而且,天麻酒具有较强的镇痛、抗惊厥、降血压以及明目增智的作用。治伤药草具有治伤的功能,活血药草具有活血的功能,顺气药草具有顺气的功能。多种功能的中药与天麻酒合理搭配,使得天麻酒的功效和药草的功效相辅相成,即,黄酒在保持原有功效的基础上,能够促进人体对药草中有效物质的吸收,大大增强了中药的药效,起到较强的镇痛、抗惊厥、活血、顺气以及治伤的作用。而且,药酒具有见效快、纯天然以及无毒无副作用等优点。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种多功能天麻酒,原料按重量份数,天麻酒4-6份、治伤药草4-6份、活血药草4-6份和顺气药草4-6份。
在此实施例中,天麻酒中含有丰富氨基酸,易于消化,具有舒筋活血、抗衰老、促进食欲及保护心脏的功能。也可作为药引使用,还可以烹饪使用,以去除膻腥味,增加食物的质感。而且,天麻酒由糯米和天麻共同蒸熟后发酵制成,具有镇痛、抗惊厥、降血压以及明目增智的效果。治伤药草具有治伤的功能,活血药草具有活血的功能,顺气药草具有顺气的功能。多种功能的中药与天麻酒合理搭配,使得天麻酒的功效和药草的功效相辅相成,即,天麻酒在保持原有功效的基础上,能够促进人体对药草中有效物质的吸收,大大增强了中药的药效,起到较强的镇痛、抗惊厥、活血、顺气以及治伤的作用。而且,药酒具有见效快、纯天然以及无毒无副作用等优点,具有较大的推广意义。
在本发明一具体实施例中,治伤药草为无色草、小了子、亮根草、伍甲皮、八皮麻、秸骨丹、四色草、杜仲皮和伍味子根中的至少一种。如此,使得形成的药酒具有较强的治伤效果。
在本发明一具体实施例中,活血药草为猪血七、藏红花和血秸中的至少一种。如此,使得形成的药酒具有较强的活血效果。
在本发明一具体实施例中,顺气药草为小茴香和/或藿香。如此,使得形成的药酒具有较强的顺气效果。
在本发明一具体实施例中,黄酒由大米、糯米或黍米制成。
黄酒的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)原料选择:黄酒酿造所用的主要原料是经过精白处理的糯米和大米,也有用黍米和玉米的,其次是小麦和水。酿造所用曲子为蓼子花。以大米为例,酿造黄酒的大米应洁白丰满、大小整齐且夹杂物较少。每千粒重约20~30克,比重在1.40~1.42,大米的淀粉含量越高越好。使用吸水快、易糊化和糖化的软质米更佳。酿造所用水必须清洁卫生,符合饮用水的标准,常用山泉水、湖水、深井水或河心水。
(2)米的精白:大米的外层包裹层含有较多的脂肪和蛋白质,应该通过精白(碾米加工)将它们除去,大米的精白程度可用精米率表示,一般要求精米率在90%,也可以直接以标一粳或标二粳作投料用米。
(3)浸米:通过浸米使大米所含淀粉吸水,便于蒸饭。浸米时长为18~20天,以便取得浸米浆水,浆水中含有大量乳酸,可用于调节发酵醪液的酸度。
(4)蒸饭:通过蒸饭使淀粉糊化。使用卧式或立式连续蒸饭机蒸饭,常压蒸煮25分钟左右即可,蒸煮过程中可喷洒85℃左右的热水并进行抄饭。要求米饭“外硬内软、内无生心、疏松不糊、透而不烂、均匀一致”。
(5)落罐发酵:蒸熟的米饭通过风冷或水冷落入发酵罐中,再加水、麦曲(原料米量的10%)、酒母(约发酵醪液体积的10%),使总重量控制在300~340公斤(按原料米100公斤为基础),混合均匀,品温控制在24~26℃。落罐10~12小时,品温升高,进入主发酵阶段。此时,必须控制发酵温度在30~31℃,利用夹套冷却或搅拌调节醪液温度并使酵母呼吸和排出二氧化碳。主发酵一般要3~5天完成。
(6)后发酵:经过主发酵后,发酵趋缓弱,即可将酒醪转移至后发酵罐内,控制品温和室温在15~18℃,静止发酵20~30天左右,使酵母进一步发酵。
(7)压榨、澄清及消毒:后发酵结束,利用板框式压滤机把黄液体和酒糟分离开来,让酒液在低温下澄清2~3天,吸取上层清液再经棉饼过滤机过滤,然后送入换热消毒器,在70~75℃灭菌20分钟左右,杀灭酒溶中的酵母和细菌,并使酒中沉淀物凝固而进一步澄清,也让酒体成分得到固定。灭菌后趁热罐装,并严密包装,入库陈酿一年。成品黄酒要求酒度在16%以上,酸度在0.45以下。
本发明还提供一种制备多功能天麻酒的方法,包括以下步骤:
以糯米为例,将洗净的天麻切成小块,和糯米按重量份数40kg:100-120kg混合,上笼蒸熟后,搅拌均匀进行发酵,制得天麻酒。
将上述量的天麻粉、治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于炒锅中进行烘炒。将烘炒后的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得中药粉。
在此步骤中,按重量份数,选取优质的天麻粉、治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草。对治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草进行清洗以去除杂质。将除杂后的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于炒锅中。使用小火烘炒5-10分钟。待烘炒后的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草的温度降至室温时,将治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于粉碎机中进行粉碎以形成中药粉。此处,需要说明的是,中药粉的颗粒大小不一,需对中药粉进行筛分。使用80目筛对中药粉进行筛分,得筛下物。
使中药粉浸泡于上述量的天麻酒中,于10-20℃温度下密封浸泡45-55天,制得多功能天麻酒。
在此步骤中,按重量份数,选取优质的天麻酒。使中药粉(筛下物)浸泡于黄酒中。于10-20℃温度下密封浸泡45-55天,制得多功能天麻酒。对多功能天麻酒进行过滤,降低多功能天麻酒的颗粒物。整体上,天麻酒的功效和药草的功效相辅相成,即,黄酒在保持原有功效的基础上,能够促进人体对药草中有效物质的吸收,大大增强了中药的药效,起到较强的活血、顺气以及治伤的作用。而且,药酒具有见效快、纯天然以及无毒无副作用等优点。
实验1
天麻酒4份、治伤药草4份、活血药草4份和顺气药草4份。其中,将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数40kg:100kg混合均匀,上笼蒸熟后,进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒。镇痛效果较好、抗惊厥效果较好、降血压效果较好、活血效果好、顺气效果好以及治伤效果好。
实验2
天麻酒4.5份、治伤药草5份、活血药草4.5份和顺气药草4.5份。其中,将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数40kg:110kg混合均匀,上笼蒸熟后,进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒。镇痛效果好、抗惊厥效果好、降血压效果好、活血效果好、顺气效果好以及治伤效果较好。
实验3
天麻酒5份、治伤药草5.5份、活血药草5.5份和顺气药草5份。其中,将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数40kg:110kg混合均匀,上笼蒸熟后,进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒。镇痛效果好、抗惊厥效果好、降血压效果好、活血效果较好、顺气效果较好以及治伤效果较好。
实验4
天麻酒5.5份、治伤药草6份、活血药草6份和顺气药草5.5份。其中,将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数40kg:120kg混合均匀,上笼蒸熟后,进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒。镇痛效果较好、抗惊厥效果较好、降血压效果较好、活血效果较好、顺气效果较好以及治伤效果较好。
实验5
天麻酒6份、治伤药草6份、活血药草6份和顺气药草6份。其中,将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数40kg:100kg混合均匀,上笼蒸熟后,进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒。镇痛效果较好、抗惊厥效果较好、降血压效果较好、活血效果较好、顺气效果较好以及治伤效果较好。
实验6
天麻酒5份、治伤药草5份、活血药草5份和顺气药草5份。其中,将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数40kg:100kg混合均匀,上笼蒸熟后,进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒。镇痛效果较好、抗惊厥效果较好、降血压效果较好、活血效果较好、顺气效果较好以及治伤效果较好。

Claims (7)
1.一种多功能天麻酒,其特征在于,原料按重量份数,天麻酒4-6份、治伤药草4-6份、活血药草4-6份和顺气药草4-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能天麻酒,其特征在于,所述治伤药草为无色草、小了子、亮根草、伍甲皮、八皮麻、秸骨丹、四色草、杜仲皮和伍味子根中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能天麻酒,其特征在于,所述活血药草为猪血七、藏红花和血秸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的多功能天麻酒,其特征在于,所述顺气药草为小茴香和/或藿香。
5.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的多功能天麻酒,其特征在于,所述黄酒由大米、糯米或黍米制成。
6.一种制备权利要求1至5任一项所述的多功能天麻酒的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将洗净的天麻和糯米按重量份数1:2.5-3混合,上笼蒸熟后,搅拌均匀进行发酵,制得所述天麻酒;
将上述量的治伤药草、活血药草和顺气药草置于炒锅中进行烘炒,将烘炒后的所述治伤药草、所述活血药草和所述顺气药草置于粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得中药粉;
使所述中药粉浸泡于上述量的所述天麻酒中,于10-20℃温度下密封浸泡45-55天,制得所述多功能天麻酒。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制备多功能天麻酒的方法,其特征在于,在所述将烘炒后的所述治伤药草、所述活血药草和所述顺气药草置于粉碎机中进行粉碎,制得所述中药粉之后,对所述中药粉进行筛分。
